Did a good job on our baby lock Joy adjusted hook timing and did a clean and oil service

Wasted my time. Quite an attitude. Came late and was ready to take off with my machine with nothing but a big price tag.Update. Found a knowledgeable repairman who made me all the more thankful that I didn’t send my machine off with Quick. Got the education i needed and since the machine only needed some oiling, I saved more than half the money that Quick wanted.

Very nice and helpful. The name of his business is appropriate....he was very quick! Obviously very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of tips for sewing. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible, broke my mother’s old sewing machine and refuses to fix it. Machine was running before he got there. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was rough with the machine and not careful, but claims he was. My mother had that machine as a child and this horrible man crushed her heart by breaking her beloved machine with sentimental value. DO NOT USE HIM HE DOES NOT CARE. Also likes to add on charges for extra services that magically appear. Deserves ZERO STARS. Won’t fix it but offers his “blessing”. Absolutely awful.

My sewing machine broke and I was unable to even move the needle. I initially called another place but they gave me attitude and told me it would be 3-4 weeks till they could even get to my machine. Ruben, was super friendly and came to fix my machine a few hours after I called and did so in under an hour. He explained to me what had happened and how I can try to prevent it in the future which I really appreciated. If you’re having problems with your machine definitely go to Ruben!

WOW Ruben is the best . Took my mothers 30 year old Singer sewing machine to the other repair shop and they told me it was not worth fixing and tried to sell me a new sewing machine. What a rip off!!! Call Ruben at Quick Sewing Machine, we made an appointment for the following day. He came to our residence and was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned, lubricated and tuned moms sewing machine. It is now running very smoothly and Mom is very happy that her machine is fixed!!!! Thank you Ruben!!!!

4 / 14 / 2020Best sewing machine repair service Ive ever had!It all started with my Brother JX2517 sewing machine skipping stitches while making face masks for my workplace. I tried to find out what was wrong by looking online, on YouTube, and even reading my manual over and over again. I changed the needle, I used different threads, I opened the bobbin thread portion, to find nothing wrong. Or so I thought? I really needed my machine fixed so that I could not only sew masks, but sew my cosplays for Kawaii Kon and Comic Con as well!After 4 days of trying to troubleshoot my machine problem I decided to find a professional. I hopped on Google during my lunch break and went ahead and found Quick Sewing Machines as my first option to pop up. With only two reviews, I read both and saw that these two customers had excellent service, and decided to trust this pro with my beloved machine. I called and asked where he was located and found out that he is a mobile repair shop! (Ha! Waddaya know!?) That makes it so much easier for people who live far away (Especially in Kaneohe )^_^), the shop comes to you!We scheduled for my machine repair the same day! I was so excited! After work I rushed home and grabbed my sewing machine, eagerly waiting for the man to come and fix it good as new!The time comes and here he is! The man who can solve my skippin stitches! He absolutely knows sewing machines inside and out. He opened it up, brushed the debris, and started finding the problem with my machine. As he was fixing my machine we talked story and I found out that he used to work for Singer as their sewing machine technician! Completely impressed by the work he did and the suggestions he gave for the settings! Once he was done fixing my machine, he tested it to make sure it was working properly and that the different types of stitches (straight, zigzag, etc.) were going through. He also gave me a good tip for sewing! (TIP: When sewing on a machine you generally want 10 stitches per inch!) He did such an excellent job that I got him to repair my grandmas Singer sewing machine too! (same issue of skippin stitches) Although I didnt have the foot pedal for it, he luckily had spare parts as well! He repaired both mine and my grandmas machine in just an hour and didnt cost me an arm and a leg for repairs and replacement parts! Phew! I cannot be more satisfied and impressed by the work hes done and the passion he shows!If he reads this, I wanna thank you so much again for fixing my machines and letting me continue to sew for future generations!
