THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE THIS LADY REFUSES TO REFUND ME MY $7.50 THAT HERE BROKEN WASHER TOOK FROM ME AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE AVOIDS MY CALL IF SHE KNOWS ITS ME CALLING FOR A REFUND... BECAUSE OF THAT IM REFUSING TO GO TO THAT OR HER OTHER WASHERETTE AT THE BOTTOM OF PAHOA VALLEY... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Expensive, 3mins on a quarter for a dryer for small dryers, 2 mins on a quarter for large dryers, $4.00 for a wash

I love that this laundromat is open 24/7. It is clean and well maintained. All machines are coin operated only (minus 1/2 star) so sometimes the machines block the coin intake if they are full of quarters, especially the larger washers later in the afternoons and evenings (minus 1/2 star). There are 2 change machines on premise that accepts bills up to $20, and they are pretty well stocked. There were a few times when one machine ran out of quarters, but the other one still had. Theres a country operated vending machine for soap and fabric softener if you didnt bring your own. No food vending machines. There are 5 triple load washers @ $6.75, about a dozen or so double load washers @ $4.00. No single load washers. All washers are front loading, and they actually use hot water for the hot and warm wash cycles, unlike several other laundromats in the area that dont disclose that they use only cold water for all cycles. There are about a dozen large dryers large enough to dry two double loads @ $0.25 per 3 minutes. The 2 extra large dryers (great for king size comforters or other big bulky loads) are $0.25 per 2 minutes. Most loads take about 24-30 minutes (approximately $2.50 for the large dryers, ~$4.00 for the extra large dryers) to dry completely, depending on the amount of clothes and the type of material. For example, a double load of cotton terry cloth towels needs a little more time, like 39-45 minutes.This is not the closest laundromat to my house, yet it is my preferred laundromat because of its hours, cleanliness, and good quality, well maintained machines with hot water and stocked change machines. This place would get 5 stars if their machines accepted cards (either credit/debit card readers on each machine, or proprietary reloadable laundry cards with a reloading station that accepts cash and/or credit/debit cards) instead of quarters. Personally, I go late at night when there are few other customers, if any, and I can do all my multiple loads of laundry simultaneously which really saves me time.

It’s be nice if they actually informed their customers that they’d disconnected the hot water. Very deceitful at these prices. Will never be back.

OWNERS::: PLEASE CONSIDER HAVING SOME MACHINES WITH DEBIT CARD OPTIONS TO PREVENT UNUSABLE COIN MACHINE PROBLEMS. This will eliminate many issues. Overall a nice business.

Its so incredibly hot in the laundry mat during the day its unbearable. I was soaking wet when I got done, it was 15° cooler outside. Then a machine took my money, didnt work, and theres no one to refund your $. I felt robbed. Theres nowhere to get water or a drink to cool down and rehydrate while waiting for laundry. They need to fix all these things. But who do you tell when theres no one watching the business? Horrible experience! 👎

Convenient and clean. Time per quarter is 3 minutes when drying. Highly recommended

I Used da double loader ryte by office door & it wouldnt stop spining called the owner. She said unplug & wait 10 min den take clothes out. I waited more den 10 min, my clothes was so soaked. I spent $23 jus to dry dat 1 load. Dat was almost da same amount i spent 2 wash & dry my other 2 loads. $29 for 1 load was & dry oh no no no. Called da owner back she said she would refund me but it has to b on her time.. Hello i work during da day how am i gonna meet u there.. Then wen im off i call her to meet up & shes busy or i gotta come now she only going b there for 10-15 min. Twice i rush dwn there mind u i live kapahulu, only to find out she left.. I call her to ask where is she & she says i tell u come i no can wait come back later.. Its been over 3 wks & still no refund. Hey i still want my money $23 is alot.. Good machines, but if something happens, like, your clothes get stuck in the machine, the assistance its terrible.

Greatly overpriced at $4 per small washer load and a quarter for every 3 minutes of drying. Bring lots of change.
