Lets start positive.The pool is pristine. The amenities are great all together actually from laundry, to the pool to the parking. Even the vending machine.Theres a judgmental vibe when entering this location.Not shown by all... I dont like to paint all with the same brush. Its just a bit impersonal and not the most welcoming atmosphere.The employees do their jobs well. The grounds are well kept. They take privacy and security seriously for the most part.Its a decent place for sure.

My experience as a resident has been anything but pleasant. Guards will often harass residents and specially guests if they see anything out of the ordinary. One of the guards wouldnt stop following me around bc I wasnt on his list of residents, something that is out of my control and not a document that is printed by me. Turns out the management had forgotten to add my name to such list. This is just an example of issues that occur on a regular basis. Seriously, they have a thing for being difficult about literally everything.

Theres no public parking at the Gardens. This place only allows parking to residents and guests of residents. They are not very welcoming. Residents are expect to be with guests AT ALL TIMES.

I went there from time to time, but I went there with a guest.
