Currently renting an apartment by Baron Graham and the apartment has rats. After 6 months of living here Ive tried to sort this out with him directly but he feels that by calling the exterminators to put in rat traps in the apartment is sufficient. He refuses to let me out of my lease and is adamant about charging $500 for early termination of my lease agreement. Be careful about renting or buying from this person, how he treats people from low income areas is very poor.
