DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! RUDE RUDE. I’m extremely upset at the way I was treated. I went in with my nails done but I needed a pedicure and the lady who attended me started yelling at me why I wanted to do my feet if I did my hands somewhere else. Made no sense how do you get angry at a client for wanting to come to you for a service ?!!

My nail tech does a fabulous job. I like French nails and I can count on them lasting 2 weeks. Well done, June!

I use to come here all the time before the pandemic. Now they only have 2 people doing full sets and made changes. Worst customer service ever I will never come back here again. No wonder yall dont get busy on anymore. On a Saturday people barley came in.

Needs customer service training. Never seen a business establishment so unprofessional. I walked in no one speaks just stares, I ask do they provide a service the lady replied so rudely I just walked out. You will not talk to me any kind of way and get my hard earned money.

I wasn’t impressed the service could have been better. The polish I had wasn’t best I went to my other nail salon to do change or color. As I was getting my nails done I was watching how they do pedicures, and they use same tools without satanizing them. I hate leaving reviews but I have to be honest about my visit.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to in the Country.Much of the staff looked like they were forced to work against their will and treated your hands like they were working in a factory.The technician working on my hands was very hard on my hands. While getting my nails ready for the gel nails I picked, made two of my fingers bleed with the filing tool she was using.I asked for the gel nails to be filed so they were curved around (instead of flat on top) and what I got was some that were flat on top and some that were curved.All of my nails were done in away that made them look like I did them over a week ago (like the nail underneath had already grown out, there was a space between the gel and the cuticle on all of my nails).A couple of the nails were completely crooked and were not in alignment with my real nails.The technician was annoyed when I took a couple minutes to look for my nail polish color, had ice cold hands and did not even look me in the face or talk to me the whole time.It was a very unnerving experience and I will never go back. The only time she spoke to me is to try to make me feel bad about my eyebrows so she could work on those too.Please do not waste your hard earned money here. There are so many great nail salons in the area, this one is the worst.

I love this place. Have been coming here for the past 6 years or so and have never been disapointed. I always do gel nails, full face wax and there prices never go up. Once they see me they know exactly what I want. I love it !

Started coming here couple months ago and immediately loved Lulu. She’s a great nail tech and takes her time but best of all she is so sweet and caring . Love her energy and love the treatment she gives me and how she treats others. Your in good hands with lulu

If I was able to leave no stars I would. I walked into this place showing them a picture of how I wanted my nails done and the lady said “yes I can do that”. She did a horrible job and everyone that saw my nails after agreed. I complained and they offered me to get them done again at no charge and when I show up the lady is extremely disrespectful telling me that her work was good. I showed the other nail techs what she did and they all agreed that it was not good.After this mess her and an employee started screaming at each other for a couple of minutes.Definitely do not recommend, take your money some where else.

Been here several times due to convenience but finally decided to not go anymore. Majority of staff is rude, insist on things after you’ve already said you don’t want it, constantly talk amongst each other while making it clear they’re talking about you, and ignore you then rudely command you to do or switch hands by tapping you. Wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter absolutely loved her experience. The nail tech was amazing and my daughters V-day inspired gel manicure looks gorgeous!

Always a great experience. Come here every two weeks. The big toes are my own fault for cutting them two short. They do an amazing job.

Well the place is nice and the people are nice as well and very talkative towards you. Like I had a full blown conversation with this nice lady.The first time I went there they did a good good job on my nails and I was happy of what a great job they did. Also, they do good eyebrow waxing as well.

I always go to this salon and they never fail to make me happy. They speak English and their own language which they have a right to do, and I dont have to wait long, they like to check up on people so they are satisfied and the nail techs try their best to ensure you get what u want. Just make sure to clearly specify. All in all this is by far one of the best places in homestead

Gel refill started lifting and chipping after 2 days. I went back and told tammy and she used super glue on the ones that were lifting. By the next day they started lifting again. I went back and she tried to super glue them again. I told her that wasnt holding and she needed to fix them properly. She fixed one nail. Now I have several others lifting and it hasnt even been two weeks. Now I need to go to another salon to get them fixed properly. Will never go back.

I GO TO SANDY. SHE IS THE BEST! VERY POLITE TO ALL CUSTOMERS AND EVERY TIME I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SHE IS READY FOR ME WHEN I GET THERE. AND SHES SUPER FUNNY! WOULD RECOMMEND HER IF YOU PLAN ON GOING THERE.

I had a great experience. I walked in after a phone call to confirm availability and was taken right in. The Vietnamese girl that took care of me (Gena) did a fine job. Worth coming back for. Hope you don’t mind Vietcong chatter because it’s non stop.

I came here because the place I usually go to didn’t have any last minute appointments and I’m super disappointed. I paid for something I could have done better myself. The lady who I saw was super nice, but she just did a really bad job on both my hands and feet. Not worth it.

Went in there and asked for a pedicure had to wait (that’s not the issue) the issue is that while waiting i saw TWO roaches just chilling walking around. That lets me know that they don’t keep they’re working environment clean! Came to T&T nails just by entering you can tell the difference it’s clean and customer service is nice and their tv is actually working so if you do have to wait you won’t be bored.

I used to come here for years before I moved out of the area last year and was usually very happy with my nails. I frequently bhave to come down here now for work so I decided to stop in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was super disappointed when my gel manicure started chipping 2 days later, especially when I hadnt done anything that might have caused it. Pretty disappointed, will definitely not be back.

Tommy from Atlanta is the best! He is very polite, conversational and shapes your nails according to your nail shape. Ask for him and you will get an awesome experience.

Absolutely worst customer experience of my life. The older lady that works there tried to fight a young light skin girl. Im not making this up. The men that work there were holding the old woman back! They dont say thank you when you tip them either. I was showing a friend a pic of the style I wanted to do & the man waitng to do my nails lightly smacked my elbow and said show me. I didnt even know him like that for him to be touching me any kind of way. They are ghetto & ruthless would never recommend.

This place is the worst. The people here need to be courteous. The workers are rude and not friendly. Ill never come back here again. They should learn some customer service. It really goes a long way.

Awesome pedicure and gel manicure. Liza was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and was great. Also did my eyebrows and she rocked it! Will definitely be seeing her again.

Ive been here many times however, over the past 6 months it appears to be going downhill quickly. The place is dirty, the chairs are worn. The technicians are good at what they do, they continually speak to each other loudly across the salon, and ignoring customers. I will not be going back.

I give this place a four star ONLY because of my nail tech DANNY (the young one). He is the only nail tech I have had for years and I WOULD NEVER go to another one. I have tried other nail techs at this location and everyone was either horrible or not as attentive, detailed, friendly and awesome as Danny!!! He left for a couple months and I never went back. The moment I found out he was back, I returned! NO other nail tech is as great as he is.

My nails came out good but their customer service is horrible. I had to wait over an hour to get a full set while they helped 6 people who came in after me get a pedicure. Then when I was finally told to sit in a chair the lady took another 30 mins before she started doing my nails. Horrible. Just horrible.

I had to wrap my fingers during the whole week to do everything, they hurt me a lot even whenI warned the guy doing my nails that I was in pain. Over charge you and poor quality work. Avoid the place if you need your hands.

I went in to get a polish change and the lady told me a hour. So said I would come back and a hour later I came back and the lady said I had to wait a hour. Then they said talking in the own language and said we didnt say anything an continue to be rude. I dont recommend this place to anyone they are very rude!

Love Danny ! I have been going to him for years and I always get compliments on my nails. His wife Anne always is so nice and always does a good job on my eyebrows.

Do not invest your time and money here! My mother and I went there today.. everything was fine until the lady kept pushing to get gel. Keep in mind both of us got pedi and full set. We kept saying no it’s alright. She then told me for $5 I can get gel. I said ok. The owner then come by and yells no $10. Both me and the tech looked confused. The owner and the tech proceeds to talk. Everyone started staring at my mom and me. Only one hand got gel! even though it was OFFERED to me by the tech. After that we were basically kicked out by the owner while me and my mom were drying our nails because they closed. Super rude and we felt so embarrassed and it was our first time there.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!Worst service ever. Ive never been treated so badly at a nail salon. I went for a refill and she shapes my nails uneven. Painted them horriblely. Additionally I was being forced to give a tip. This was super bad and they were talking bad about me while I was there. Then they had the audacity to charge me twice because I did not leave a tip for their bad service. I had to pay $20 so they charged me that plus $25 more. In total $45. I couldnt get a refund due waiting for my account to finish pending. DO NOT GO THERE!

I went to them for about two years and I have never had a problem with their services. But when I went there not to long ago I was extremely angry with the service that I had received. First, it took them over 2 hours until they were ready to have me seated, and they gave me attitude when I complained about my nails being crooked. Then, when it was time to put the hardening liquid and powder on they asked me which one I would like and I asked what was the price difference and they said it was no difference. When it was time to polish I asked them what was the price and they said it was $30 for some short nails. I disagreed with that price and they said they were going to call the police. All I have to say is just save your money and go somewhere else unless you want poor customer service. I will never go back here again.

Worse service ever! My hands are butchered! I made the mistake of letting myself convince by the owner to wait. My acrylics are full of bumps, my cuticles still there, never trimmed. As I am there waiting, I noticed that none of the ladies that did pedicure clean their station, this is off course after I did mine. Then I noticed roaches walking on the wall.One thing is for sure, Im never coming here again!

Went to them for years with my mom we both went to the same nail tech Brandon. If Brandon wasnt there or had appointments nobody else wanted to assist us. They started to be rude and acting like they didnt want to do our nails so we stopped going. I went not to long ago just to get a color change and as to be expected they were rude. The chubby asian lady with the glasses was just plain nasty asking where I go now and where my mom goes. I feel like thats unprofessional, what is it to you where i now go?. All you need to be concerned about is painting my nails. Great place just poor poor poor poor customer service! Our hard earned money can be spent anywhere we dont have to go to your shop. (:

Worst customer service ever, got pedicure and had me sitting waiting for an hour to get acrylics, helped about 10 ppl who came after me for pedicures aAND acrylics until i left without getting my nails done lol ive been coming here for YEARS, it has always been bad and ive tried to give it another chance but its never been THIS bad. They do not have enough people who know how to do acrylics. It’s only 2 nail techs, not enough. Nobody ever gives a wait time so you’ll be waiting for over 25 minutes and nobody tells you when you’re next.They tell you to pick a color and leave you guessing. Horrible customer service

Gel nail Polish peeled off less than a day after my nails appointment. Returned the next day, the polished was only replaced in the peeling nails and not the whole set. The rest of the nails peeled the next day

This place doset even deserve a one star. When I asked how long it will be for a polish change on both hands and feet, they spoke in their language amonst each other and said an hour. I said can I have a pen to sign in and they said no, so I left and came back in an hour. An hour has now passed I come back and again they look that I came in whitout even acknowledging me and the are talking amongst each other and they told I would have to wait after three clients that werent there when I came in the first time. They are rude and act as if we are doing them a favor and instead of them being curtious cause without clients they wouldnt have a business. If they dont like doing polish change then why the heck do they say they do it. Other times Ive come in for acrylics and just want to do a use a normal polish they insist that I get gel, even when I tell them that I dont want gel. Smh! They will never get my business or my families again, and we go there often. They and their attitudes suck!! 😡

I asked for a gel polish change which means you are supposed to soak my fingers (with the gel polish) in a solution for 20 minutes then scaple them off, no the lady I had soaked them for 2 minutes then trying to scrape with a metal tool to try and take them off, meanwhile she cracked 7 of my nails. I stopped her and told the manager and the owner near by, they looked at me and said that normal! I however had plenty of manicures and pedicures where this has never happened, not even one nail. So meanwhile when I told them fine, if its normal then one nail should be the maximum t happens to, not several! So they switched ladys to finish the gel paint. The new lady was great at drawing the lines for the French color but when I finished the gel polish was cracked right where my REAL nail was cracked. So when it was time to pay I told the lady the polish looked bad because it wasnt a sleek job and she said it was cracked before I went to the salon and blamed it on me. She Insisted on charging me the full price of it and said I was wrong. Eager to get out of there I asked for the ladys name that messed my nails up so I could tell you guys and she DIDNT give it to me. Then she insisted on tipping them, worst place ever!

Very rude and unprofessional. Did my nails on Saturday 6/16/18 and my nails started chipping by Tuesday 6/19/18. I called in to speak to the “manager” and I had the lady answer the phone tell me she was a customer answering the phone( since when does a customer answer the phone)...when I asked for names the phone was hung up on me TWICE!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY!!! First and LAST time.

I went twice and was disappointed. The first visit I got a mani/pedi. The guy who polished my toes left the paint really streaky. When he did my manicure he cut up the cuticles on my hands to the point to where my fingers were bleeding like crazy. Literally I had to wrap my fingers in paper towels to stop the bleeding. Ive never had this happen before.I decided to try them again, assuming maybe it was just the guy I got stuck with... well, I was stuck with another upset. I got a gel overlay over my real nails; square round. To say the least I ended up walking out with my fingernails looking like I had glued chiclets on them. All of my nails were the same size and they are fat (wide). I asked for a nail design and there was left over polish on my nail bed and the design was sloppily done. Very disappointed.My daughter also got her nails done, she wanted ombre nails... the guy tells me they cant do the design because they dont have an airbrush machine. If anyone knows a little about the ombre effect on nails we know that you dont use airbrush. Unfortunately, she was stuck with the typical, ugly, old school flower dot design that they always do on little girls. They didnt even know what Matte Nail Polish Was!!!!!!This is 2013 Beautiful Nails!!! You guys need to take some more classes and update your skills because you are lacking and are behind the times . With that being said I wont be wasting anymore money here. Find somewhere else to go.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. 😳😳😳Walked in to get a refill on my nails. The man set me at his table and started to work on my nails and began to struggle trying to take some of the old Acrylic off one of my nails. I suggested to him to try acetone and he said he did not have any or the machine to sand it down. I thought that was strange. After trying to take the old acrylic off with a plastic replacement nail, he then gave up and rudely said to me I don’t have time for this, come back another day. He then walked away with an attitude. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism.

If I could give zero I would have done it with great pleasure I went to this place for the first time and this lady treated me very badly since in the morning I did my nails in gel and maybe the girl who did them in the morning was not at fault. That enamel would not work, it fell silent then then I went just last night to have them made and it was she who made them with a bad attitude and treating me badly.

Horrible experience with several of the workers, more than all the men and an older lady, I have given them the opportunity but every time I come I am more disappointed. I will never return nor should they come to have their nails damaged.
