I called and was told NO WAIT for pedicure. Ive been here over an hour and my pedicure just started.They took several people who came here after me first and left me waiting.Then someone who was starting my pedicure completely stopped to work on someone else instead.No communication, no courtesy explanation,, no professionalism or organization. Just another 30 minute wait for someone to finally come to me, but the water is cold and this is no longer an enjoyable experience.I will never come back again. Sadly, Ive come here often and would bring people with me a lot.Not anymore.

In this place, it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not. You will still have to wait 30-1 hour for service. Save your self some time and don’t worry about making an appointment and just go for a walk in instead. It will probably be faster, if you don’t care who will take care of you. But if you do, make ur appointment with that person and be ready to wait. Overall they are very nice people.

Very disappointed. First time i come here driven by good reviews. The nails i wanted didn’t happen. The two lady i spoke to, i asked if they had neon color polish, they said yes. I showed them the picture of how i wanted them and repeatedly told them what i wanted. The whole time they said yes. Before she started with my nails i told her if she couldn’t do it, it was ok i will just get a french nail but she assure me that it was alright. I asked for black glitter and she just stared at me and ended up just painting it black color. The blue wasn’t a neon color and the glitter nothing like i wanted. They could just say they can’t do it i would had understood but not act like they know what i’am asking for and do whatever.

I went here last week and waited for 1 hour and got skipped over so i left. THEY ARE RACIEST AND DONT LIKE BLACK CLIENTS i went there before and will never gooooo back . Stay away

This nail salon has to be the worst I have EVER been to.I did my nails on a Sunday, by Wednesday my acrylic nail was already cracked on the side . Super bad quality and they do their work way too fast .Never again.

My pedicure was ok. My mani was rushed, and the shape was not what I asked for. She refused to do stiletto nails and I left with barely with a coffin shape. They also charged me to reshape.The color was good though. Save your money and time. Go to Optima Lite2!

Horrible service the lady didn’t know how to take off hard gel polish still left a bunch on my nails now I have to spend more money elsewhere to get them removed!!!! Even when I tried not to pay for the unfinished work they refused. Won’t come back here.

I have been coming here for years. The last three times that I’ve come the prices have gone up for a regular mani and pedi however, the quality and time they put into the work is sloppy and rushed. The last time there was cotton and nail polish all over my feet and pants.

Super expensive and horrible job in doing nails. I literally had to take off my nails the next day of how ugly wide and thick they were. Worst nails I’ve ever had done and the most expensive. I do not recommend.

I’m new to homestead and this is the first nail salon I have gone to here, I chose it because it’s close to my house. They don’t have a good selection of colors. My pedicure was painful, they cut my cuticle too deep and my toe was bleeding lightly. I flinched at one point when they were pushing the cuticle up on a different toe. The salon itself wasn’t very clean, all of the trash cans were full and the floor needed to be swept. I’ll drive further for a better salon next time.

Extremely disappointed. Went for a refill because I’m new to the area. Completely messed the shape of my coffin nails up, they look like front doors. And are extremely rude. Would not recommend to anyone !

She did pretty good,she did my hair and it looked bootiful, i believe her name was nicole, you should come here and as for nicole to do your hair, she is pretty good with hair. i mean she somehow managed to not pull out my hair but she did pull out a horse!! yea it was pretty weird having a horse in there.

Good experience overall. It can be very busy and you will have to wait. Making an appointment is recommended. The nail technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job. The place is clean and they clean and disinfect the equipment after each use.

I like they way they do nails. I had a bad experience a few years back with the customer service quality and decided to give it another try after a friend recommended and I liked her nails. I dont like mine thick busy a thick overlay on my real nails. Lin did a great job. My only problem is for the chrome nails which is literally just a powder rubbed over was $20 extra. Most places are $10, so thats double other places and its not nearly as shiny. Other than that the nails looked good.

I visited YES NAILS two days ago, expecting fabulous nails for my birthday party. Now, don’t e fooled by the kind derive and “quiet atmosphere” because the employees are not trained properly and you’ll leave that place feeling ripped off. My cuticle feels as if it was stripped from the skin ENTIRELY and made me bleed 3 TIMES. She just said “sorry” and continued to cut. Not only that, but the work was so poorly done. She smudged my nail polish while applying the polish but instead of removing it with acetone and starting again SHE LAYERED MORE NAIL POLISH ON TOP OF IT, leaving it bubbly and bumpy. Now please, save your time, money, and dignity on this place.

I recommend this place for manicures/pedicure. I have been going here for over 3 years and have had a good experience each time, for the most part. It is hard to understand most of the staff and they talk in their own language all of the time and it knid of makes you feel uncomfortable but everyone is nice and professional. Also, it is a little pricey. But I like this place better than others because it is roomy, not all cramped up.

I have been currently waiting for the last hour...4 people have been taken before me because they dont need a full set...The only reason I am not leaving is because I dont want my time waited to go to waste even though it already had and because I know they do good work which is hard to find here in homestead.

This place is very expensive, they charge you $5 to take your previous polish off smh.I have been to this nail salon twice and I will not be back the owner wife is a little rude which makes me feel so uncomfortable. Also the area you get your Pedi done is ok, and but the nail area is very Dirty... Expensive for no reason!

I was a walk in and they had me take a ticket. They told me the wait would be 30 minutes and it turned into 2 hours. Then when it was my turn the person available couldn’t help me with the type of nail I wanted so they asked me to wait 30 more minutes. They are extremely understaffed. They only had about 8 people working. Not worth the wait!

Been looking for a new nail place. Sat there for 3hrs and only got a pedicure. Halfway thru getting a refill said he couldnt get the color right and to bo back to my old nail parlor. So now my nails are at the buff down refill state Saturday afternoon on mothers day weekend. So just F my nails I guess. WORST PLACE EVER

My acrylic nails have never come out so good. Every other place always made them ugly and uneven but the people hear made my nails look amazing and they are very nice. The environment is clean and quiet and you can see that they clean their tools.

V @ table 9 is a technician sent from the Heavens. Her work is amazing. Walk-Ins are welcome but I HIGHLY suggest making an appt. a day ahead.

This must be the worst place in have been to. I showed the owner hey your nails tech put clear on too quickly because someone else came in and he acknowledges oh Im sorry about that with no solution to make it right. This is my first and last time coming to this place.

The owner and staff are sneaky and money hungry they charged me for something I didn’t even want or asked for ! Beware of how rude they make you feel and make sure if you do end up there repeat what you want to them. Would not doubt they still get it wrong and charge you more it’s a trick to get your money ! I went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed last night. Without taking the time to let the wax cool, it was applied to my face incredibly hot. This morning, waking up to catch my flight home for the first time in years, I noticed severe pain and when I looked in the mirror both of my eyebrows AND my lip are burned. So now I have dark and painful markings on my face. Never will I go back and I do not recommend anyone else does.

Best nail salon iv ever been to. The salon is beautiful, professional, and ambiance is tranquil. Lynn did my nails, she hooked it up! Angie did my pedi, absolutely lovely experience. Iv been going to same place for past 15 years in miami, and went to other places during that time and regreted it. Ever since iv moved to homestead i drove all the way to miami because i was scared, but i have no regrets. Actually I am pleasantly suprised and glad i moved so i can find this oasis of a salon. ☺

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude nail technicians that arent even that good at what they do. No sense of time. Appointments available means call for an appointment, but dont bother coming early or on time because they will make you wait no less than an hour... even when you are the first appointment of the day! When I say rude, I mean its unbearable how rude they are. Its unfortunate.

Horrible customer service charged me $60 for full set that she did bad. Got my nails done Monday December 10th I had to come back Friday December 14th to fix two nails because they broke she did my nails so thin two more broke Saturday when I scratched my head came back Sunday December 16th she tried to charge me for her bad service I would never come back and waste my money. She doesn’t do her caucasian customers this way but because I’m black women she told me I was doing “wild stuff” I work a full time job and come home to my children, at the time my nails broke I was sick at home laying in the bed. Nasty. We allow these people to make a business in our communities and we are the higher paying customers but we get treated like trash. Enough is enough I normally never get online and complain but work to hard for my money you will not treat me like I lay around all day.I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT “yes nail salon” again

The nail technician told me 10 minute wait.Ive been setting at Yes Nails for almost an hour, I asked how much longer and she points to one of the nail technician and said she is almost done. That did not answer my question! This is a Thursday no one esle is setting around waiting. There is only 4 nail technician working. This is very disappointing when you have so many salons around!2 women walked in why I was waiting they got seated right away to a nail technician now it has been at least 1hour an 10 minutes I walked out! If they are taking appointments then they need to tell you that they are going by appointments instead of having you sitting there for so long. They lie to you when you walk in that wait is10 minutes!

First time getting a mani pedi in my life...lolThe wifie finally convinced me to go with her.This place has amazing service. I had the same woman do my mani and pedi. She was awesome...did not speak much English but did not need to..just with her hand motions I know what she wanted...lol she did an amazing massage on my caves and feet.She was smiling and talking to the others but not in a way that made you feel uncomfortable you cauld tell they were just enjoying there day at work.Wifie had a different person for her mani and pedi and both were friendly and very good at there jobs...remember my wife gets this done often and if she is happy then they did a great job...lol

I have been a customer here for over 8 years and have bought them many customers. However I had a appointment the made me wait over 45 minutes I had to leave to pick up my kids and my nails were horrible because they had me sitting waiting they removed my gel but didnt put on the polish after asking for a discount due to the bad customer service she refused and had to pay full price for the pedicure I had done. Would never go again also telling everyone I know to stop going. All they care about to making money and no customer service

Usually the work and wait here is okay..... I made an appt 2 days in advance and on a weekday morning. Only to come in and forced to wait LIKE A WALK IN! Normally I am a walk in but since I dont have a lot of time I made the appt early thinking it would lessen my wait time. Been here waiting for 30 mins, 30 mins passed my appt time.... SMH

Went there last week to get a fill in and try a closer spot and unfortunately 4 of my nails have broken off. I have never had a problem with the acrylic and nails separating. Needless to say I wont be going back.

They can do a nice job every now and then but if they dont get something right they made rude sarcastic remarks. I want to appreciate someones efforts and pay them accordingly. Why spend money at a place that makes you feel unwelcomed. Fake politeness is so obvious here. If they dont like their job they should find a different one. If I dont like their service....Ill find a different place. Btw...theres another nail place in the same strip mall area and they are also excessively rude. Try somewhere completely different.Today my friend went when I told her dont go. They wouldnt even acknowledge her presence. She was looking at colors waiting for 10 minutes. 1 guy made a rude comment to her and the girl behind the counter made rude comments about how crappy all the people coming in are. Nice.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. beautiful salon but terrible job on my nails and the nail tech lady was rude rude rude rude rude !!!!!! My nails are lumpy she didnt even smooth out the acrylic. Its like my nails have hills in them. I tried them once and ill never go again. EVER.

Forget the wait time. How about doing an appointment 3 different times to only be told you can only be attended for half of things you wanted done, or that another appointment was overlooked. Terrible customer service.
