I was a little thrown off by the outside but the inside of the shop is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. I love that they have a reward system off of visits, it’s a great way for me to save. I loved the way my nails looked!

Tommy and his staff are kind. They make sure to let you know the cost of their services. Tommy is a very nice man. He did my toes and was very careful not to thin out my nail when taking off my gel. He also handed out water bottles to the customers in the room.

Before you did your nail they all ready told u how much your nail had cost you. That’s your problem you didn’t know what Nails was different. What a gel nail and what a gel polish. Gel nail that’s mean gel powder is 30$. If you do fullest with gel polish they will cost u $35. Your just stupid and don’t know what nail is different I have gone there for 7 months now and it’s perfectly fine. Anyways get your in knowledge ass somewhere else,

**Zero Stars**. People do not go here because they do not value customers, period. I went in at 11:00 while no one was in there and was immediately told to wait as the nail tech was getting her toes done. I waited 10 mins and a guy comes to service me. Before I sat down I asked if they would be able to accomplish a particular nail design before I even received services. So the guy ask me very rudely do you want your nails done or not? I said excuse me, what do you mean? He said do you want me to do your nails or do you want to leave. No need to say more, I walked out and let him know that he was very rude and I would be letting others know.If this is how Tommy Nails salon does business I definitely wont be spending my hard earned money here. And some of you might be saying well maybe she had an attitude, no, I didnt. I waited patiently and when I was called I asked the question and that was the answer I was given. So you be the judge.

I love the pedicures!!! Its very clean and i love how they take their time with each customer. Annabel and Minerva are the BEST! Im always a satisfied customer!! Keep up the good work ladies!!!! :)

If there is a review that says horrible it would apply in this junk place horrible in every aspect i agree w the other person who wrote the review i read the review but i still went. I got there at 10:30 am no clients thrre except one that was just starting to have, a pedicure, i ask for him n i wanted him to do my nails n,he just told me the price i told them that i want him to do my nails n he just walks away very rude nasty n they think they r doing a favor to the clients when is all the way around. I left pissed n ended up at a place called NAIL ART,is where the winn dixie is at, not a fancy place but the service, the people n the designs were amazing they will see me again there.

DO NOT!! Do your nails with ROSA (fat mexican girl) shes extremely rude with no talent what so ever, I got a gel refill with her and she messed up the nail shape and didnt even get the right color I wanted. Had to get Tommy to do them all over again.

Only Tommy and his wife do acrylics. Tommy is good but his wife is rude and decides who she does and doesn’t want to help
