I booked my hair appointment and lash lift and tint appointment as a first time customer. The day before my lash lift and tint I get a call that my appointment had to be cancelled due to covid worker measures and they’d let me know as soon as they were available again. I asked for the lightest blonde we could possibly get, a root smudge, and a money piece. I was left with a warm brown color and no money piece. The service was $350 and the manager isn’t replying to my texts about questions I had for a partial refund so I could get my hair fixed someplace else. While I was getting my hair done, I had my stylist ask 3 different employees for help. She’d ask them to make her a new batch of bleach, to help brow dry my hair, hold some pieces of my hair, etc. My stylist was also talking to another employee about how the lady that was supposed to do my lashes got fired, and they were talking about how it “was coming for her”. I left the salon with something not even close to what I asked for, and a very bleached Brandy Melville shirt. The lady next to my stylist was doing a little girls hair and the grandma asked to straighten her hair more, and once the grandma and the little girl left both stylists started talking behind the ladies back and mocking her about how it was already super straight. My mother also was getting her hair done at the same time as me. It took her stylist 5 hours to finish when she barely has any hair. They didn’t even cover her roots. My hair was not worth the $350, and my moms greys weren’t even covered. Her hair was $195. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Such a waste of money. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Ashley is amazing!!! I trust her so much that I just sit in the chair and she blends my hair beautifully. I’ve been seeing Ashley for years and I’ve never been disappointed. All the staff at Cutting Loose are friendly and very helpful. A++++ experience!! I also recommend Cutting Loose to anyone I know.

The best of the best! The owner is amazing and truly cares about not only her clients but also her employees. Finding a place in south Florida was extremely hard for me and I definitely hit the jack pot by finding this salon! I 10/10 recommend!

I went to school with owner and knowing what kind of person she is I trusted her business was ran the same way. I took my 13 year to get her eyebrows waxed. My husband had to take her and because I’m a crazy mom I sent him with “requests” and the tech read it all, was so sweet, and my daughter left very happy. We went back again.

Love coming here. Ashley is simply the best. The atmosphere is relaxing and not busy. The staff never rush you or the work they do but some how manage the always be communicative and appreciate your time and schedule.

Im a very picky person. I hadnt cut my hair in over 10 yrs. I read the reviews and made an appointment with Baron. Hes been the fastest and best hairstylist Ive been to. I have curly hair and he knows how to blow out hair. My hair stayed straight and shiny for 4 days. I wanted to see how long it would last. Through rain, humidity and sweat, it didnt frizz! I have been going to Cuttin Loose hair salon for years. Ashley has always been professional when I am at the hair salon. My hair stylist Tawnya is always on time and is so good at what she does. She does my highlights, root color, eyebrows and so much more. She is a stylist that can fix my screw ups when I am out of down and to inpatient to wait to get home for a root color. She just say, sit down and we will fix it.She has even waxed my fiancé brow, ears and nose, I know crazy, but she does it. She is fabulous!I have had Ashley, Marilyn, Cesy, Baron and other girls do my hair when my normal girl is sick or out of town. Again I am never disappointed!Nelly and Sandra are the best nail technician out there. Wonder way it’s hard to get in for a pedi or mani. Well, they are that good. Perfection is worth the wait!I am so picky about my eyebrows that I trust my girls to do them correctly. I say what I want and that’s what I get! I chose cuttin loose, based on my decision to get lashes done with Melissa. She was amazing. However, another stylist was in the room, when I arrived. We had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time.. it was out of Melissas hands however, her service made the wait worth it!

Brianna was amazing from start to end. I hadnt been to a salon in years, she made me feel comfortable right from the start. In the beginning we werent sure if we would be able to do the fantasy colors I wanted in my hair because my hair was so fine/dry, & seemed to not be strong enough. Since we needed to lighten my whole hair pretty much, She was very upfront and honest and suggested we perform a spot test on a piece of hair to see how it would react to the lifting process. Everything turned out to be great, so we continued with the tedious process and in the end I am absolutely ecstatic with the way it turned out. I will not go to anyone else for my hair moving forward. Overall, the whole cuttin loose salon gave a great vibe and I definitely will be returning soon to try out some of the many other services they provide. It is hard to say that all 3 are easily recommended and recognized with my personal experience. My last 2 sessions have been with Cecy. She has given me amazing results each time. I had an ingrown hair by my chin that I had been trying to get out for almost 2 years. I even became self conscious about it. Ive asked other estheticians to remove it but they couldnt so I thought it was a lost cause. Jovanni politely asked if I wanted her to remove it. I didnt want to get my hopes up but when she did, I wanted to burst into tears.

I got a haircut from Julie. She listened and continually checked in on whether the length was good. Superior hair cut.

I went to Brianna yesterday for another hair appointment with her back in January I had so many different colors in my hair, my hair needed a color correction after multiple hair stylist said no, I came across cuttin loose to Brianna, and yesterday after two months of my color correction with olaplex (Brianna recommended) I finally got to a blonde color I feel comfortable and happy with I love my hair and definitely recommended Brianna for any color hair she’s very patient after both session of 7 hours she was not rushing and did a great job .

I had been very hesitant to try a place to fix my hair, it had all types of weird shades going on. I saw one of my friends post her hair being done, color and cut and it was amazingly done by Breanna! I decided to wait some time before actually making an appointment, and my only regret was not coming in sooner to make an appointment with breanna ! she’s so kind and did an amazing job and did exactly what i wanted and what worked with my hair ! I will definitely be making future appointments with her. If you want to get color or fix color she is definitely the person to go to ! it’s pricy but worth the quality !

Nelly did my first gel manicure and it came out fantastic. When I panicked and was indecisive at another occasion, Nicole and Cathy were very helpful and I got beautiful bedazzled gels. They also did some great work when I wanted nail art for rodeo weekend.

Immediately upon walking in the salon I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean. Claudia, the nail technician who attended to me during my gel mani + pedi was very nice, a great conversationalist, and overall did an amazing job! I gave the salon a score of 9/10 due to the fact that their prices are a bit more expensive than other salons Ive visited in the past. Despite this little con, I would 100% recommend Cuttin Loose Salon!

They offer you coffee and snacks while you wait and even go as far as to make it for you while you relax. It isn’t an uptight atmosphere at all and that’s such a big thing for me. I love places that feel warm and cozy, like you belong there.As far as stylists.. the owner, Ashley, is a dream!! She not only knows her craft like the back of her hand but she talks to you through the process so you always know exactly what’s going on and how things work. Love everybody in this salon. The family atmosphere is so warm and cozy. My stylist Tawyna has been doing my hair now for probably about a year and I am so pleased. I get partial highlights. She does a beautiful job and my hair doesn’t feel dried out and full of damage like it used to with other highlights I would receive from other salons. Always 100% satisfied with her work!!!

Claudia did a fantastic job with my mani/pedi- she took her time, delicately trimmed and manicured, and did a great job painting. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy and the atmosphere was pleasant and upbeat but calm at the same time. The Receptionist tried her hardest to fit me in last minute. The Salon was safe and clean, and the manicure tools were sanitary. The chair was comfortable and satisfying. The brow wax center was clean and Cecy did a great job trimming, waxing, and taking her time. Ashley oversaw everything going on and had every station properly run and managed. So many great things to say! It’s always a great experience at Cuttin Loose.

I came in on Friday to get a hair cut fixed because i went to supercuts & they messed up my long layers & not only that but cut of 4 inches of my LONG hair. I had an appointment with Gena. I cant recommend anyone more than i can recommend her. she was absolutely delightful & had a smile on her face the entire time. ( the other stylists were also so sweet & welcoming.) i have the style i wanted now & she completely transformed my hair. if you need a hair cut or ANYTHING else please ask for GENA!!!
