Doug Simon went above and beyond with our roofing job. It was a complete tear-off and it also had to be re-decked upon inspection. He was prompt and worked tirelessly to ensure our needs were being met. When the job was complete, Simon roofing ensured that our property was completely cleaned up. This company redid the roof over our kitchen about a year and a half ago. We have since called them MANY times that the roof is still leaking, but they just say that we must have done something to it. To the roof?!?! Thats when they even return our calls! I would NEVER work with this company again. Extremely poor customer service and extremely poor work.
