I called with no expectation they’d be out the same day. Fred, the service technician who was very nice and knowledgeable came out and repair our broken appliances that were giving us headaches the same day. We were so thankful for their services. Great customer service from the very start! The staff was very helpful even over the phone! They were able to come to my house quickly and took the extra COVID precautions to ensure that everyone was safe. The tech was very friendly and informative, he explained exactly what was happening with our refrigerator and the options he had to repair it. Based on our phone conversation, he intuitively brought some things that he thought he would need, so he was able to quickly repair the unit! That was such a nice touch, as I was expecting him to have to come back. Overall, this company was amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them for your appliance repairs!

I do my research before I even attempt to make a call and based on the reviews ( not sure why there were even bad reviews listed honestly) nevertheless the majority won my vote! Had a 3 year old refrigerator to repair. Paid $150 for consult. Repair quote was $1337 to replace and repair compressor. Charges for parts (448 compressor, drier 90, system seal 154) were high compared to online prices, but the kicker was $795 for labor charges. I can buy a new unit for these charges. This is a scam to get you to pay $150 just to have on site inspection. I later had a certified tech come out and charge $600 to repair parts and labor all included. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called earlier yesterday because the buttons on my dishwasher were not working. I was told it would be a $90 service call but that would be taken off if I went with them to repair what was broken. I found this company on Google and it said “Same Day” service which I needed. It was the highest quoted service call that I had seen but I didn’t mind if it was fixed.The tech arrived and looked at everything extensively only to tell me I needed a new touchpad. He said it would be $230 plus $160 to install plus tax making the total over $400. He followed that by saying I might as well get a new dishwasher.I had thoughts it might be the touchpad so I googled the part and it came up at $125. I told the tech this and he responded “be careful for those fraud parts”. I was hoping the company would match the price in order to honor my business but was sadly mistaken.The tech then charged me $97 for the service call and then left. He never tried to earn my business by matching the $125 for the part and/or reducing the $160 install for a 10 minute replacement.I have since ordered the part for $125 and will do it myself. I was told I might as well get a new dishwasher but that’s not the case at all. I certainly do not mind an up charge but 250% to me is crazy and unfair. I walked away with the sense that they charge the $97 service call knowing the customer will not go with them because of their extreme up charge. I wasted $97 last night but will now have a fixed dishwasher for less than $225 (including waste of $97) when I was quoted over $400 by this company.The really sad part of all of this is the poor customer service. I never felt valued or wanted by this company and instead felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would have paid $125 for the part plus install with this company last night but the unwillingness to match the price of the part I was quoting them made that impossible.It takes a lot for me to review like this but money is hard to come by and wasting it is not fun. If anything I hope true customer service comes out of this. Sometimes it’s just that easy.

Um your washing machine makes loud noises and gives off a burning smell dont call them. I should have tried to fix it myself. I would have realize its time to get a new one. They didnt diagnose the problem and I paid a service fee of $125 plus tax, tax on a service call. Yep they got me.

It takes some research to find a good appliance repair company but when you do find the one thats good like Us appliance repair you will be happy you took your time to look for one. My Subzero refrigerator went out and we started panicking that our food will go bad. We call us appliance repair they were prompted to answer our phone call and they came out the same day and prepare an estimate right on the spot for us, the tech was so confident he even ask us to look for price match but we ended up getting the repair done through them and they were able to repair our fridge within a reasonable time. Theyre not the cheapest but theyre competent, know what theyre doing. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Also you thats reading this review. I dont like leaving review but I had to do this is.

I called Us Appliance Repair because our fridge stopped cooling, they send technician Fred to our home. The tech was so respectful to our home, I watched him putting some sort of floor mat just so he doesnt scratch our floor. From there, I left him to do his job, after he finds the problem he prepared and present to me an estimate using his nice device which was very reasonable. What so cool about it is, he emailed me estimate, Invoice, payment receipt After he got done repairing fridge. He also educated me on how should I keep the condenser coil clean and set the fridge to its desire setting for us. I was so impressed with the entire process!For this reason I think you should call Us Appliance Repair first before trying any those companies out there. Thank you guys your service is unbeatable!!!

I was lucky enough to find U.S. Appliance Repair a little over 6 months ago. They were the only business that was qualified to service and maintain my commercial under-cabinet ice machine. Since then, theyve installed my new dishwasher. Dealt with my still in warranty dryer. They even talked to the company that I was warranteed with so that I didnt have to wait weeks for the other companys repair man to come out. They are the only company that I trust for my appliances. I highly recommend U.S Appliance Repair!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY... Dishonest and unreliable. Scheduled an installation a week ago. told 2 pm, Took of work. No call to confirm day before, called, ? told booked up after me, I was pushed to last 5pm, Ask to please come before dinner time, and that I took off. Told OK, would do that they remember scheduling with me... 4:30 pm no call no show. They stopped answering my recognized phone, Had warranty company call them, they (FRANK) lied and said I didnt want appt. I said I did, I took off work, told OK now would be 5:30-6pm so Cancelled dinner reservations, now after 6 no call, no show and will not answer phone... NOTE THIS REVIEW, THEY ARE A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF THE SOUTH FLORIDA SERVICE INDUSTRY AND ARE NOT RELIABLE DO NOT USE THEM... Technician Fred came out to the rescue and he not only repaired both washer and dishwasher- he also educated me and informed me about the problem and repaired it before giving me a reasonable estimate.
