What can I say about Jacob? He is responsive, trustworthy, punctual, kind, helpful and an all around good person. He knew what I needed and didnt charge me for a band-aid to fix my refrigerator when he knew it would make more sense financially to just purchase a new one. I called him for my washer/dryer unit and again for my refrigerator. I called and he came the very next day within the window of time he quoted the day prior. Great service, great person, great recommendation. 10 stars.

Knowledgeable and reliable but mostly I felt like he was truly an honest person.

I called Jacob at 8am. He came the same day. He charged me $50, which was so very reasonable. Best he was HONEST. He told me that the issue was the compressor which would cost $1,100 to fix.Here is the kicker. He was the second repair guy to come out. The first guy charged me $95 for the service call. Pushed the refrigerator to see if the loud and abnormal noise would resolve. When that didnt work, he adjusted the leg for balance. Thats it. He didnt move the fridge or open the panel to even troubleshot like Jacob --- yet he charged me $95! Double of what Jacob did and left my house without even a diagnosis - worst 5 minutes after he left tge noise started.I am reasonable. Jacob didnt solve the problem, but he did give me a diagnosis, which is THE purpose of a service call.Dont waste your time and money like I did.Call Jacob.

On 11/18/2020 my husband called. They sent Cesar Cabrera. He changed the speed control on my washing machine and I thought everything was ok so I paid a total of $324.21. Went to use it and it’s doing the same as before LE . My husband called, at first he didn’t answer but my husband kept trying. He finally picked up and said he would be over between 11 and 12. He didn’t show up.My husband called again he explained he did not have the part he would order it. Long story short my machine still is not fixed and he does not return your calls or answer them.I found out he works for another company Appliance repair mens Inc. where he did the same. Check BBB

I had a great experience with this company in regards to my appliance repair. My refrigerator went out and with all what’s going on I couldn’t get an appliance repair company to come out. Jacob was very knowledgeable and fixed my refrigerator and he even looked at my dryer for me that was heating intermittently. Great service highly recommended.

My refrigerator broke right after I went food shopping and needed service a ASAP I called appliance repair mavens and by chance they had a technician in the neighborhood. Thanks Jacob. Great customer service and took care of my fridge issue the same day. It was a Sunday. Came with parts of most common potential issues to the service call and fixed on the spot. Other repair services I spoke to on the phone said if they needed to order parts it would take a few days to get.
