I would not recommend at all. This company has given me the run around for over 85 days, providing excuses after excuses. Finally the General Manager came on the call and apologize and called un-acceptable that I was over 60 days without a resolution and he would personally fix the problem or provide the replacement as their GOLD SERVICE. So far almost 90 days and they have fixed the problem or fixed the Washer.DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. Their promise is not worth the time spent to hear. The warranty DOES NOT exist. The Replacement is only available if they do not find the part. The part need was found in middle east and they have never received. WAST OF TIME AND MONEY!

I have had hone service contracts since 1970. Some were good, some were bad. I have to post that this is the first phenomenal service company I’ve ever had. They answer the phone before the third ring; the technicians make every effort to get to your home quickly. I highly recommend Broward Factory Service. Truly happy l switched.

If I could leave 0 star I would. This company is nothing but a waste of time and money. After purchasing my new home I had an electrical issue. They sent a PLUMBER. Then the plumber, nice guy but has no clue about electrical, makes a call and comes back and says I have a whole house GFI issue which is not covered under the terms of my home warranty.I responded that all of these things worked at inspection and the only thing that changed was an electrical outlet was replaced post inspection. He wrote his report that I have a whole house GFI uncovered by policy, charged me $55, and left.10 minutes after he left I was at ACE Hardware with a new outlet, replaced it myself and the problem is fixed. I called to complain and got an ear full from a Supervisor who I ultimately told to F Off because he was more interested in giving excuses than making it right.If you are a real estate agent....save your clients money. BFS is really just BS!!

They put my new air in finally. The day before the deep freeze in Florida. Still 3 weeks later. It wasnt working. I called. Took the morning off. Was given a window from 9 to 1. I told them I had to leave by 12. Asking to please make me a priority since I had so many problems. I received a call from summer informing me the tech could not be there before 130. I told her I would call back with a number to call when they were on their way. When I called back summer couldnt come to the phone she was on another call. I left my number. Didnt get a call. Called back...and guess what. I got the answering machine because they were at lunch. I asked my son to just be there by 130. When he got there he found a door knocker saying the tech was there at 1245. Huh. Nobody told me. Does anybody communicate in this office??Constantly making mistakes due to POOR communication. So still no heat the 22nd. Its been out since Jan 1.

Very professional with very nice techs. They are humans like everyone else and may run late but they are great. Very organized company. Highly reccomend!

They forget to show up. I’ve had 3 different technicians within 5-6 visits diagnose an appliance issue and since 8 weeks no resolve. Constant pain in the A** to have to deal with them.

HORRIBLE! Attempted to obtain proposal. Called to reschedule, sales person showed up none the less. When he (Howdy)was told the appointment had been cancelled & I was waiting on call back to reschedule, his very rude response was Didnt you get my message. First proposal arrived with no price & equipment that was not the size needed to cool the room. My guess is that they are under calculating to make the sale with complete disregard to customers true needs. Called back to let them know & was told by Barbara I should find another company. FINALLY SOME TRUTH! Obviously, the owner(s) of this business are not managing it correctly. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT MUST BE SELECTED TO POST.

The absolute worst warranty company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After paying a $55 deductible, the repairman came to my home to fix my dryer 3 days later. He had the audacity to say this is a pretty easy fix, do you know how to do this yourself? No, I dont know how to do it myself, thats why I called on you! The part, a timer, was ordered. It took 6 days to come in. I was then scheduled for the repair appountment on Monday 6/5/17. I got a call from Amber, the receptionist, at 8:46 AM on Monday stating that their repair tech had called in sick, and that they would need to reschedule my repair, even though the had the part, to Thursday 6/8. I called back after a couple hours and demanded to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor called back after 2 more calls to ask what the status was. I asked them to come the next day, as I had now been without a working dryer for 2 weeks. After a confirmation from Roxanne, another receptionist, the supervisor made a service call to my home the following morning, however, I never got a call back as to if my dryer was fixed. I called the office and was transferred to the supervisor. The supervisor stated that he had broken my selector knob IN HALF while servicing the dryer, and that he was going to order that part and that it would arrive within 5 MORE days. I resolved the issue myself, by purchasing the $11 part that he had broken and replaced it myself. I plead you to never consider purchasing a warranty from this company. I have also asked multiple times for my $55 deductible payment back, to no avail.

BFS offers truly great service at a very reasonable cost. For my family, peace of mind that we wont have major appliance repair bills is well worth the insurance that comes with a BFS contract.Their techs are really good, and they genuinely want to keep our household appliances working perfectly and strive to do just that.

Awful company. They told me their truck broke down last Friday but then this Friday they told me that their truck was in an accident... What a joke. They wouldnt even send another repairman. I took off from work just to wait for them. Thanks a lot! (NOT)

My father asked me to write this review based on his experience (and mine) with this company.Hes been under contract with Broward Factory Service for 5 years and every time he needs service feels like pulling teeth.This company had all the sales support to close a sale in Spanish but have no support to clients in Spanish, in order for my dad to take advantage of this service needs me or someone to call them.Every time we call, we know that we have to understand that were going to have the worst customer service. This last time that we needed the service (and the reason Im writing this review), we needed to have a dryer fixed, and so far its been a month waiting for a piece and giving us no updates or no answer at all.Finally after waiting a month, my wife called them and experienced the same awful customer service as me dad and I experienced.Were looking forward for this contract to end. Save yourself time, money and stress and look for an alternate solution.

I have been a customer over 15 years. I called over a month ago for A/C problem. The tech took a quick look at my air handler and said it was the worst hes ever seen, mind you, Broward sold me this American Standard unit as the top of the line they carried. A quick look and he told me my coil is leaking and needs to be replaced. After talking with the office mgr. I told them Im not buying it. Both were rude obnoxious people. They sent another tech out a couple of days later who couldnt find a leak but said it could use a cleaning at $350. When I accepted that they said before I spend money on a bad coil we want to use a dye test which they did and unbelievably they found a leak. I didnt see the leak because it was up inside the air handler and you need special glasses to see the dye. My new coil would be $2,000 now. They asked when I wanted to do the job and I told them Im getting a 2nd opinion. A friend of my son in law takes care of HVAC for a big govt agency. He couldnt find a leak and here it is a month later and my A/C is ice cold after he cleaned it for $100. Are they crooks, scammers, you be the judge. Make sure you get a 2nd opinion after they try to sell you a big job. Im cancelling when my contract is finished.
