My old salon closed and I heard the old stylists went to this location and since it had decent reviews I figured I would give it a try. I want to say I was so pleasantly surprised!! My stylist Holly was amazing. She was so positive and talked about the cut with me so we could modify it to my hair. The cut turned out wonderful!I also recommend everyone do the shampoo tea treatment!! It’s only 50 cents more but my gosh I walked out of there feeling rejuvenated! It was great pricing too. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone who asks.

I reserved a time online for after work. When I arrived at store I was nicely greeted and I was seated right away. Store was a very clean and my haircut was just what I asked for. They even excepted a coupon from a competitor. I will definitely go back to this store and highly recommend it to anyone!

People in here are not the greatest they would rather talk among themselves even with you in the chair. Went to go get my haircut and had to tell them twice what I wanted for my haircut because they were too busy talking to each other to listen to what I wanted done. Even after being asked what I wanted done with my hair I walked out there unhappy because it didnt get what I wanted done. She gave me the haircut she felt like giving me and called it good

Erin does the hair styling for my whole family. She is very skilled and pleasant to work with! She is also very knowledgeable on their products line.

I went there for an eyebrow wax and my husband got a hair cut with Erin. She is always accurate with her job and overall a great makes our time there extremely pleasant.

They dont actually take walk ins. My husband checked online and it said 25 min wait. But when he went in they said appointments only and that the next available one was in 2+ hours.

The girls are great, service was great, my only complaint was i had to fix some things with scissors on my own when i got home

I had really dead uneven hair and they evened it out nicely and recommended some good hair products that made my hair feel MUCHHH better :)

Nice and friendly but had my hair colored and cut and it is spotty with my hair like very badly colored. And not what I wanted even asked if they could do it a certain way (color) and was told yes. Over charged me because a friend of mine told me 115 my cut and color here was 195 plus I tipped her 20. I got home straighten my hair and I see spots that were completely missed. My hair doesnt even look evenly layered either...I wont be going back there.

Everyone was super friendly and nice! But some of the layers I got are very chunky. My hair gets shorter as it approaches my face like steps. I am not used to that when I get layers. I will probably go someplace else to get the layers fixed/more blended. Super nice people though!

The Stylists at this location are very experienced. I trust of them with my cut. But if Mandy is there I prefer to have her do my cut. She is great at what she does and is a blast to talk to! It’s the only place I will go! Keep up the great work Gals!

This is one of the best Supercuts out there. Most of the girls here I have had cut my hair several times and I know they all are very experienced, quality, and quick at the work they do. Definitely dont be afraid to go here.

I used to make work trips to Michigan pretty often and always went there for my hair cuts. My trips began to pick back up and I just went back for the first time in several months. Forgot how much I liked this place. Thanks for everything !!!

Update:4/2021Haircut with Courtney was great! Just what’s wanted❤️ She is professional, sweet, very knowledgeable about highlights/toner. She explained information and educated me a bit.I came back the next day for highlights!Fingers crossed my blonde turns out as I want ( my hair is very hard to bleach,turns orange)I’m processing now!____________________________________2019 I went in for a haircut and blonde highlights and left feeling beautiful!Mandy did an awesome job and her personality was super nice, friendly, talkative, professional.My Cut, full head foils for short hair ( French bob) was $81, that’s a great price compared to other salons.It was a Friday afternoon about 230/3pm and she got me right in without an appointment, no wait!Fabulous service, clean salon!I highly recommend♥️

Aiden came in for his usually haircut..he normally sees Mandy but had someone else this time..Im not impressed with his haircut at all.. it looks like a hack job very choppy the girl did not blend any of the cuts. Worse haircut ever.. we really like Mandy. She does an awesome haircut everytime.. this other girl will no longer have our business 😒

I showed a picture of what I wanted done and is not what it should be now I have to get it cut shorter than I wanted to to get rid of the problem is very choppy its lying around the ears but not around the front both sides dont match each other that your length of each side dont match each other I live in Grand Rapids so its not convenient for me to come back to Holland

Im at a loss for words. We went to get a beard and hair trim and it was so horrible we didnt even want to deal with trying to get it corrected beard was uneven, and not lined up or cleaned up. The best part..... They didnt even brush the hair off. Walked out with cut hair all in the ears, face, head........ Beyond ridiculous foe the price they want you to pay.

Erin is the BEST! I went to Judes in GH, used to live there, but they dont wax eyebrows among driving all the way there for a standard haircut, for more money, btw. So I thought I would give Supercuts a try and a Godsend happened, I got Erin for my first experience at SC. Never going anywhere else, unless she leaves haha. SC should do pedi and mani most guys want a one stop shopping!

Quick place to get a haircut, I have never had a wait over 20 minutes here. Other places around town will either force you to make an appointment several hours later, or have a 2 hour wait.

The team at Supercuts Holland Northpark always do a great job, very friendly and skillful.

Stopped in to get a new haircut, I was greeted and seated right away. The hair stylist listened to what I want d and asked questions to clarify how I wanted my hair layered. Came out perfect. Love my new cut!

Got 2 kids hair cuts and they were quick and did exactly what was wanted.

My sons hair came out perfect and hes tricky. Hes got a massive cowlick and thin fine hair that shows every little thing and it came out fantastic.

Wonderful people to talk to and help when not from area do need an appointment to get hair and stuff done.

The woman who cut my 5 year olds hair seemed very impatient. She left long hairs all over and when i tried to point them out she got a little snippy with me. I would go back, but not allow her to touch my sons head again.

Dont let Allison cut your hair. She cut three bald spot on my head.and when I went back talk to them. Sarah said that was original bald spot. Wiches I never have one before. So please people dont wast your time there.

My first time going there went there for my boyfriends haircut and they didnt do a good job. They didnt even take their time the lady did it so fast oh but she was talkative. I know one thing not going there again.
