Really chill and cool environment, its really laid back to make customers feel welcomedas well as really great barbers there, I recommend going here for a haircut.

Unbelievable, booked an appointment for my son a couple days in advance and even went in a day before his appointment for my other son which I had confirmed my next day appointmet. Not only did I have to leave work early for this appointment but have an event this weekend and was asked to come back on Tuesday because they double booked my appointment. I had also heard this was an issue with other customers. I will not be coming back to KO and now have to look for another barbershop in town. Any suggestions?

We came in and we were double booked. They offered for my son and I to come back at a later time and with my work schedule, I just couldn’t do it. Mari ensured we left happy by taking my son in her chair, as the appointment was with her. He left freshly faded and I’m thankful she honored the time we set, despite the double booking and no open barbers. I understand double bookings happen and this began as a bad start to our first time at their downtown location. However, they ensured we left satisfied.

Went twice a month and paid $40 every time. $80 total and was never appreciated. Always started late when I showed to appointments. I suspect a money laundering situation or tax evasion.

My son enjoys coming to get his hair cut here. It’s the only place he will go. I didn’t have any wait time: made my son’s appointment, walked in and my son sat right down. Awesome job!

I booked an appointment with Alex. He was friendly, professional and he did a great job on the cut. Definitely coming back! Way better than the competitors in the area.

Got a haircut for the first time here. Alex did a great job on my fade and beard trim. Great service and reasonable price for the quality of a cut I got here. Ill definitely be coming back.

Good place good environment but the person didnt really listen well. They took too much off and made it uneven on the sides. And when I asked them to put products in it to look like its more even they didnt like that. Love the design of the place tho

Love this place! they let me walk in with no shirt everytime, and let me jump right in the Chair, I feel at home when going to K.O Cuts .... I got yelled at for sitting in another barbers chair when not in use, what can i say I JUST WANNA CHILL..... hands down dope place, happy ending at the end of every cut if you ask. 😊
