Caitlin D. Is the most amazing and beautiful person. Youre getting the most perfect service with her, she took the time on every step, made suggestions, and she was always making sure I understood and agree to everything. I got a cut and asked about other services and quotes, she really gave me time and attention on each question, explaining different techniques and results. Im not letting anyone else touch my hair again. Im definitely going back. Shes super professional and attentive. Thanks for bearing with me.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a salon. I get high end salon quality for half the price! The woman who did my hair was so nice and very helpful when it came to how to cut my hair. I will recommend this place to anyone in the holland area!

I came in very short notice to bleach my hair and dye it blue. We could only really do 1 round of bleach on my dark hair because my scalp wasbt taking to it very well. Regardless, I had a fun time speaking with the stylist there and had an overall great experience. They are very knowledgable.

They did a very good job with the cut. The price was right. Would really like to have the opportunity to do the check in a day a head of time. Would make those early morning cuts better then just showing up and waiting.

Expensive for a kids haircut. Not to mention, the woman who cut my daughters hair totally screwed it up. I had to fix her bangs when we got home, and her hair was shorter on one side. She kept taking more length off because she was messing up. They used to have decent prices and hairstylists when they were still borics. Not anymore.

My experience at Cost Cutters was once again extraordinary with Caitlin my stylist. I sent my daughter in first for a cut and all over highlights. My daughter has had previous appointments with Caitlin and and said she feels like she is in Heaven when she gets her “massage” shampoo. My daughters hair is very thin due to an immune disorder causing the hair follicles to die. She came out looking just beautiful! No sign of thin hair! Caitlin is the manager and a color specialist at Cost Cutters.Most other salons I have been to all the stylists are talking to one another and pay little attention to their clients. I have heard about recipes, their children, boy friends and weekend plans. I love Cost Cutters because all the stylist are on time and during your appointment all their attention is given to you, their client. One of the girls was easy to get what you are looking done for a style. The other girl I thought was cold. She is in the people business (WHAT?). My friend had her and she didnt get a cut she wanted or liked and when we went to my place we needed to trim it for it to even pass for awhile. Cost is good but the good stylist should be paid more so tip that type or one well.

Borics is awesome, everyone is always really nice, Ive used all the different stylists and never had a bad hair cut. Got some great scalp care advice from Dottie, you can tell she really cares about her customers! Sometimes have to wait a bit but if I remember to call ahead I can skip the line which is nice. Look forward to my next cut there. Keep up the great work!

Came here for a haircut once and was pleasantly surprised that they cut all of them, not just the one especially long one. Ever since then, Ive come back more or less every six weeks to get more or less the same haircut. Lately Ive started to branch out and try different styles, and theres no better place to do that than here, where the hairstylists are all amazing and nice and ready to assist in any way they can. Chop it all off? Can do. Give you highlights? Can do. Color those highlights? Can do. Give you a foot massage at the same time as your haircut? No, apparently. Im still working on that one. This is a great place to get your hairs cut, they are all so very nice and helpful. Tell them Duncan sent you.

A damn good haircut. Caitlin cut my hair and trimmed my beard exactly how I wanted, and I wasnt even sure what I wanted. Best cuts in town, especially at a low price.

By far the worst haircut I have gotten. This was my first time coming here and I asked for finger length on top. She cut my hair and asked if I liked it, when I asked her to make some adjustments she said it was the best she could do. Now I have random hairs sticking up and the hair on one side of my head noticeably different length than the other side. Absolute disappointment

Despite being skeptical of going to this place because of a couple bad reviews, I ended up loving my haircut. Zahra did my hair. I got a few inches off and forehead bangs, and my hair looks exactly how I want it! Thank you Zahra for the great haircut.

Becareful who cuts your hair, one lady does better with older women and some arent real great lining up hair lines straight.

Im really disappointed, I didnt have high expectations but everything was bad. First I was told there were four people a head of me, then a fifth person was put before me. I wasnt terribly upset over that but it was aggravating. Then I get a woman who didnt listen to what I said and cut off well over what I had asked and most of it isnt even. One thing I can over-look but when its happening that often in one visit its hard to ignore. I wont be going back.

I sat for 30 plus minutes while Olga took someone who came in after me and the other two helped another woman who came in after me. Dottie took a personal phone call on her cell phone and Bea, who I was told by Olga would be right with me, grabbed her stuff and left.

Haircut was fair, not having to wait long is priceless!
