My appointment was @ 2. I arrived at 1:55. I sat there until 2:20 before someone finally took my son back. For 20 minutes, 3 other people could have easily started cutting my sons hair but they sat around on their cell phones. The person that did cut my sons hair, wasnt even who the appointment was with, and he asked the other 3 guys to start it, but they all were too busy. Despite all the hassle, my sons hair turned out great. I wish I remembered there name of the barber, but he looked like the youngest one there and seemed like the most professional of all the employees. Thats the only reason I am giving 2 stars. It was very pricey, but I left the Barber a very good tip because I was disappointed in all the others there and their lack of professionalism. Anyways, Ill never go back to Icy Barber Shop.

One of the best barber shops I have ever been to hands down ! I walked in for a last minute cut before a wedding and they made sure to get me in as soon as a barber was available. Everyone there was respectful and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a quality haircut with or without an appointment !

Walked in no one said anything I had to yell over the music to be attended. Very unprofessional.if your offering a service to the public understand you still need to attend people walking in to give YOU business. We left, not going back. & I don’t recommended this place

A little difficult to get in but thankfully open and providing services. Prices seem high, but demand is high with not much available. Friendly, locally owned minority business. They make you feel like family.

Always go to Ruthys in Grand Rapids but when i dont wanna make the drive I definitely stop here same owner same great service
