I used to be very happy here, but the building has 2 elevators and one has been constantly broken for 2 months. If your a incoming tenant it is something to consider. Edit: the elevator has been fixed - so am happy to give them one star back

Living at Hudson Square South was a nightmare. The elevators NEVER work, the apartment is so old and poorly constructed and when something is broken and maintenance comes it takes at least 5-6 months and they charge you astronomically even though its their responsibility. When you reach out to the property management company, they either take forever to reply or are extremely rude. Applied Property Management is a disorganized and poorly run company that takes peoples money and provides them a terrible home.
