Great building for a reasonable price. Units are spacious and theres plenty to do in the area. No problems with management units and common spaces are well kept.

Better than any previous apartment I have leased. Team has been on top of any problems with excellent service. Building is brand new with countless activities. I have not noticed any ‘loud’ or ‘obnoxious’ tenants. Everyone here is kind and respectful.

This is a great area of Hoboken. The building has countless amenities including work space, gym, and more. No problems thus far, I hope it stays that way!

We did a viewing at 600 Harrison back in March. Our ideal situation was a place nearby NYC but on the outskirts and this unit was the best of both worlds. Very modern near the rail station and ample parking. We also use the gym and it’s a real plus! Management has been kind throughout our time here.

Where to begin? Our entire experience at this building has been HORRIBLE. The management is completely incompetent. They do not seem to care about their tenants at all. They cant get the most basic things correct. The lack of a doorman is a big issue. We locked ourselves out once, and it took 2+ hrs for someone to drive from Bayonne to the building to walk across the street to get a key. Smart. There have holes in the walls almost the entire time weve live in the building, the latest one leaking the small of raw sewage. The building is noisy. We can hear our neighbors breathe. You can hear the HVAC on the roof (were not even the top level). The parking spots are so tight, Ive seen a some scrap their car trying to park.Oh, and did I point out that its right next to public housing, and Ive more than once seen drug deals take place in front of the building.Id be willing to bet they will post a note on this public forum saying they want to help, but Ill tell you Ive already reach out privately, and they essentially told me they have no interest in helping out. I would not be surprised if they tried to keep our deposit, even though weve kept the apartment well maintained.The building is hemorrhaging tenants. Half our floor is empty. Not a good sign.AVOID THIS BUILDING!UPDATE: The building is now SUING as for breaking the lease. When we went to pay the additional rent due, it was no longer available online to pay. Now, three months later, we are being sued by the building for the rent plus attorneys fees.DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING. THEY ARE SCUM!

Where to start with this. The apartments aren’t bad. The location isn’t great but the price is reasonable. Be careful with the ownership. They will not work with you or make your life better. They made me sign a longer lease than I was comfortable with to allow me to stay. Then when I tried to work with them they were terrible. They didn’t work with me or try and make it easier. They do not care about the tenants at all. I would tell people to avoid this apartment building at all costs. There are way better options in Hoboken.The shuttle is something that they are considering doing away with so be careful if you rent and they decide to do thatWhen I tried to work with them to get someone else in or help them find a longer term renter I was met with no help and that if I wanted to change anything it would cost me more.Avoid at all costs!!

For price, quality, and location, 600 Harrison is the best option in Hoboken. I say this because my gf and I spent months combing listings online in the area and always felt like we had to compromise significantly on one of the above- price, quality, or location. With 600 Harrison we have a beautiful place at a price we can afford and feel like we have the COMPLETE support of management. Dennis specifically was outstanding. He helped each step of the way and was always a eager and willing to work with us to make our move experience great. I can’t say enough how happy we are and would recommend strongly to anyone to consider 600 Harrison.

Been here for a few months now everything has been great we specifically choose this place because it is a quiet location. You can come home from work and relax the rooms are spacious which for a three bedroom can be hard to find. Happy to have made the choice to live here

Terrible. 25 minute walk from the PATH, inconsistent shuttle service, paper thin walls and its adjacent to the housing projects. Constantly police sirens and disruptions plus noise from the light rail that runs directly behind the buildings. I moved out almost a year ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. So many other buildings in Hoboken with superior location, amenities and management. Avoid it.

Can’t help but echo a fellow tenants comments about the management of this building. Besides the lady who does the trash and cleaning, who is awesome management has been completely absent and tardy (and that’s being kind). From day 1 our move in was completely forgotten about, we have several issues with our bathrooms, and have floorboards buckling. Missing dumbbells from the weight room, unresponsive virtual doormen, the list goes on.That’s all before the noise. It sounds like a sorority/fear house every night in my apartment. The duct for the laundry runs directly up to my neighbors living room. I get to hear all the noise. Not to mention the concrete floors do little do cut out the stomping from above.Update: If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Management is only responsive when they want something from you. No doorman. Things constantly breaking. OH and MGMT will try to keep your security deposit to redo the cheap primer they put on your walls.Update: If you look at the recent 5 star reviews they all happened on the same day! Coincidence ? Or scamming the system ?Meanwhile, my apartment had a sewer pipe leak for 5 months before they fixed it! Now there has been a massive hole in the hallway for 40+ days.Also, half the gym is broken and dumbbell sets get stolen. Management is god awful. rarely can get an answer from them and the only time you can is when something on their side goes wrong and they need you to do something about it. they’ll try to rob you of your security deposit as well - came to take out a light switch and left a big spackle grey spot then charged us 50% or deposit to fix it when we moved out. I lived there for a year and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Would give them 0 stars if they’d let me

RENTERS BEWARE. If I could give this property 0 stars I would, simply because Greystar does such a poor job managing the building. My boyfriend and I fell in love with this property during our tour and couldnt wait to live here but have regretted choosing this building since the day we moved in. The fact that this is a brand new building and we are the first to live in the unit was a huge reason we chose 600 Harrison but due to shotty contractor work and an absent management company we wish we looked elsewhere. We have had countless issues including the brand new flooring already bucking, damage to various surfaces that was there prior to our move-in and even an issue with our doors not shutting OR locking. We cannot get any response from the management company (Greystar) and when we finally do (if we are lucky 72 hours later) they do not acknowledge any of the things we had written them about. Not to mention they also entered our unit without requesting permission which is a huge legal issue within itself. Its been a very disappointing experience because they do such an unbelievable poor job managing a 46-unit building. I hope the developer sees this and makes some changes, its truly a shame to have hired this awful company to manage 600 Harrison. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere in Hoboken.

Ive tried contacting the management office 3X for a tour... Its been over a week and zero response. After reading the rest of the reviews, I see its a common occurrence for the management to ghost their residents. As the client, I shouldnt be the one hunting them down to give them MY MONEY. Ill go elsewhere.

I’m glad to see that everyone who has or does live here knows just how horrible management is. Greystar hires the most incompetent people as they simply do not do their jobs. Whether it’s your toilet or washer that’s broken, your doorbell that doesn’t work or the shuttle that isn’t reliable I honestly can’t say they have fixed anything. I met a couple outside one day who was trying to figure out how to see an apartment and a couple of the other renters were there and we had to be completely honest with them. This is not the place you want to live.I urge everyone to take their complaints to the Better Business Bureau. If it’s one thing I despise it’s a company trying to scam honest people out of their hard earned money. We pay the rent we deserve great service. I’m sure section housing across the street gets better service than at 600.
