I asked when viewing if the children were loud and told no. Working from home is impossible with the toddler screaming noises, illegal daycare operations, and apartments with six college kids. There is a gym that shakes building from college “bros” at all hours. I finally left and now have to fight phony damage charges. One positive: close to PATH. Other than that, it is an expensive mistake.

Management team is unresponsive without several follow ups, and mostly unhelpful. Elevators are constantly broken. Front door often broken, as well, leading to homeless people in the lobby several nights during Covid- it is falsely advertised that all buildings have a door man or “virtual door man”. Hallways have major temperature control issues, can be burning hot or freezing cold. The fire alarm must be broken, it goes off several times a month, sometimes in the middle of night forcing evacuation. Of course management never sends a follow up email of the cause, or an apology for the constant inconvenience. Parking garage door also often broken and leads to unsecured access to the garage- you can just push the door open. Oh also there are plumbing issues, often smelled mold in the hallway and industrial fans would be placed there for days on end. I had an incredible incident involving a bunch of sewage water pouring on to me when I opened the washer/ dryer unit once- which was also broken most of the several years there and wouldn’t dry properly.Maintenance team does a good job and responds quickly, as well as a couple of the front desk/ package office team.Would not recommend any applied properties buildings as compared to many other management companies I’ve rented from.

I love everything about living here. The size of the apartment is very comfortable, the view is amazing overlooking a putting green, sun deck and NYC skyline. The concierge are very accommodating and professional and the building is spotless!

Nice views. Office staff is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Maintenance is quick but often fails to fix the problem at hand and just closes out the ticket. Gloria the property manager is rude, unprofessional, and doesnt understand how to retain loyal residents. Walls are thin and fixtures are on the cheaper side. Front desk staff is rude, and Ive heard Mike at the front desk tell new employees, yeah you dont have to do anything, just ignore the residents and try to look busy.

Avoid at all costs. Major maintenance issues. We had SEWAGE flowing into our shower and toilets on the 4th floor. For 6 months maintenance did very little to resolve the issue, and demanded we clean up the filth each time it happened. Then the drainage line to the washing machine backed up, spilling all over our floor. Maintenance did not respond for 6-days. There were clear signs of mold and warped floors but building management REFUSED to get a mold inspection from a licensed contractor. Instead saying that one of their crew was certified and upon visual inspection, saw no mold. Of course we have demanded out of our lease commitment and would advise anyone looking to do business with 333 River St to AVOID them at all costs.Lets add that for $4k per month, you get the cheapest counters, cabinets, and appliances they could find. Not worth it. Stay away!

My overall experience at 333 River was poor. Terribly expensive. The costs definitely outweigh the positives. Appliances break easily, and my shower was frequently clogged despite maintenances attempts to fix it. The staff is rude. Not worth the price.

A very good value for money apartment, one bedroom, one living room, one balcony, one kitchen, full kitchen equipment, but it is more difficult for tourists who only stay for a few days to cook, because it is impossible to buy oil and salt sauce for a few meals. Vinegar, can only look at those equipment dry eyes. The washing and drying equipment is in the room, even with a small bag of laundry detergent, very attentive. If you havent had time to wash in other cities, its a good time to live in New York. Across the river from Manhattan, you can enjoy beautiful and bustling night views while walking. 8 minutes walk to the subway station, direct access to the World Trade Center site, the fare is $2.75. You can take the 126 interstate bus in about 5 minutes on foot, and arrive at Times Square near the Lincoln Tunnel in about 20 minutes. Inadequacies, the bathroom washbasin is not smooth, no breakfast is provided, and the underground parking lot costs $35 per day.
