I recently moved into a property that was absolutely horrendous dog hair EVERYWHERE dust and bugs throughout the house. Damaged stuff within the house that the realty company have yet to have fixed from the previous tenant it is now 30 days after moving in. But they sure are quick to expect your rent to be paid on time! Wouldn’t recommend this company to a group of Klansmen let alone someone I care about! If I could do negative 20 stars that would be my honest opinion.

Poor management of properties. I went looking at an apartment which was ready to move in. The whole property was dirty, damaged, half the windows had no blinds, bars in closets were missing and walls were dirty and not freshly painted. When I came back and told them about the status, she was fairly unimpressed and confirmed that it was ready to move in.. Horrible.

They have the nicest, most patient staff that I have ever had the opportunity to experience. I feel like customer service is of the utmost importance and I felt right at home with them. Don’t waste your time with the others..they didn’t seem to have my best interest in mind.

Miss Francis was top notch in my book, working hard to ensure satisfaction--the team was always all smiles and personable on every level anytime I came in. The lack of accolades will have to be attributed to the sales dept, where I was completely left in the dark by a realtor, who despite contacting me initially, would not follow thru or return calls. I was transitioning from a renter into a hopeful home-buyer and although the situation I was in was unique (rental office is aware and did their absolute best to accommodate me), I had no give or pull regarding prospective purchases whatsoever from the adjacent company that I hoped would be on my side. After trying out nearly every rental company in Hinesville we decided to try Realty Executives Liberty as well. Im so glad we did! Their customer service is by far the best. They got us into a house quick and easy. I definitely recommend them! Also my husband is military and we were treated with nothing but respect.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYFirst off I’m a U.S. Army Veteran and I am very disappointed in this company. The whole time I lived at my residence I needed things fixed at the house that were never fixed. Such as the roof with missing shingles. The carpet in the house was very dirty upon move in and had stains EVERYWHERE. Not to mention the house smelled very strong of cat piss. Blinds missing in every room and big holes that had been “patched”. I had 1 key of 3 they gave me actually work. Not to mention the mold growing in the house. I moved out of the residence and they say it’s my fault half of the roof shingles are missing and a bunch of other petty things just so they can not give me my deposit back. DO NOT EXPECT A DEPOSIT BACK WITH THIS COMPANY. I always felt as if I was being watched at my property. There were blinds missing in EVERY room. I never felt safe or as if I had any privacy because of that. On the move out report it was stated there were finger prints left at the residence. That just shows how petty they are when you move out. I will report this company. DO NOT RENT A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT UNITED STATES VETERANS.

The people who work in the office love to argue I’ve witnessed them hanging up on tenants and yelling at them on the phone while I was in the office and when something is messed up they try to blame you any way they can even if it was something that was messed up before you moved in. The red head girl always has a spiteful attitude . I’m sure the actual owners are great people but the people in the office cause the problems. When you move out they’ll blame you for stuff that was already wrong with the home. Soldiers especially stay away from this company.

Rented from them for 3 years while being stationed at Ft. Stewart 2013-2016 (2 different properties). Never had any issues. They were quick to respond to any work orders and we received our full security deposit with both properties. Definitely recommend them.

Brandi has been super helpful with informative conversations regarding the benefits of buying a home. While were not sure about a purchase yet, we do know well work with Brandi if that time comes. Its obvious she cares about her career and the people she serves!

Everyone was very polite but when we got the keys to see a house it was covered in urine. Like we couldnt get through the whole house due to smell. When I told the lady at the desk she didnt seem to care and brushed it off.

No one has yet to respond or give us a call back, if this is how you treat people I dont know how they sell or rent homes to be honest! This company was so friendly and helpful (rental dept) until recent property management changes took place. They no longer treat tenants with care. Call backs and following thru with requests of any kind are non-existant, leaving one to wonder if their business even matters. The entire attitude of the dept is now less than desirable. After contemplating further attempts at communication, I decided to reach out this way only to see that so many others have left similar reviews, followed by very snarky responses from management (only recently!). If a company treats customers as if they are of no importance, they will find a large turn-around of individuals taking their business elsewhere, to include myself. Re-evaluate your positions, staff. Customer service is key, and the homeowners are not to blame for this. I sincerely hope you begin to make some improvements.

After applying and jumping through hoops to be approved by this company they told us coming in after work would be fine when in fact they LIED!!!! They signed a lease an hour before. They said nothing about needing to come in right away. They lied about several other things. This is a company that you should stay far far far away from. I am also reporting them to BBB for their actions. Again beware!

I had them as my realtor over my house for 2 years. Didnt find out a tenet was moving out until I pieced the clues together myself and called to see why the rent check was so low. No documents proving inspections were completed were ever provided. Everything was blamed on their property ware system that they use. At one point someone mowed my yard and they didnt know who it was but come to find out it was a vendor they contacted to do an estimate. Not to mention the vendor rutted up my yard and broke my fence and they did nothing about it! I have since switched companies and get notifications every time my new company uploads something or does anything. If you are looking for a management company I would strongly discourage you from this company!-Response to Owner-The facts are clearly listed above. What was discussed was how lazy your company truly is and a constant blame on a system or an outside agency. You were unable to rent my house for 5 months after tenants moved out. I even offered to reprint the house and your property manager said that was not necessary. 3 weeks after repainting my house it rented. Regardless of what you think transpired do not accuse me of lying about a review to cover your tracks. I said it once and Ill say it again.... If you are a home owner and looking for a property manager, stay away from this company!!

Horrible rental company.. my daughter has been a tenant for nearly 7 months and has so many problems and receptionist is always rude and claims its not there problem or responsibility to fix. They have broken doors, broken furnace with NO heat, bugs aka roaches that were there prior to moving in. In fact my daughter never saw one Im real life until then. The staff appears to be very unprofessional and clueless.

Worst company ever horrible customer service skills- move in ready houses include free dog feces, used toilet paper non working stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The safety of their tenants doesnt matter because doors that dont lock do not get fixed and when tree limbs are falling they refuse to get them fixed.

I have been a renting with this company since June of 2016 .We lived in another unit until we discovered after having our new born baby that there was mold in the apartment. After two weeks were then placed into the apartment that we live in now in the month of July. I have put in work orders to be completed since July and they have yet to be fixed . Its so disappointing and frustrating that my husband is filing a complaint about this company to the military .

Ive attempted to deal with these people twice, never again. Called about a house, most recently and get told to call back because it wasnt ready. Call back on day provided, its rented already. Ive probably called 5 times previously about the house. Done.

This is the worst company I have ever gone through to rent a home. This company hates military and will stop at nothing to charge you for breaking your lease, even if it is for deployment. They will not help you with any questions or any problems you have with your rental property. They also do not care about the people that hired them to rent their home to. I notified them about several different things wrong with the home and that I was deploying in 30 days and needed to cancel. The did not even notify the owners of the home, who will now be screwed with a second mortgage at the end of this month. MILITARY STAY CLEAR and try to black list this company.

I sold my home in Ludowici Georgia while residing out of state. My realtor, Brandi Castaño was wonderfully helpful through the whole experience. She was constantly in contact with me, keeping me up to date with documents throughout the entire process. Ive also worked with Janie Diggs for renting. The service they offer is nothing short of courteous, informative, and excellent. I highly recommend them!
