This is the worst place to rent from. Go somewhere else where you’re treated with respect and a place where they care about repairing what’s broken in the house. Issues have been reported SEVERAL times over the year and nothing. Rent is paid on time every month. Why don’t they fix the issues. There are children who live here as well as 2 disabled adults; in which they know. They just don’t care. I used to respect Century 21, but this office is horrible.

Had an issue that wasnt caused by me and I still ended up paying for it in the end they say they will handle things and never do just all around terrible! The last realty company that was over where I live was amazing the owners should have kept them cause this place is awful

After a bad experience with another rental company. I went with them based off recommendation of a coworker. I couldnt be happier. They were speedy when the a/c needed serviced. I experienced no issues upon moving out unlike the other company that tried to put issues already noted and photographed of the house prior to moving in.

Rude ladies and they end up charging you for things you didn’t even do.

All the staff is pretty easy to work with, except for Laura, from the rental department. No matter how nice you are, she constantly has an attitude. She is extremely unprofessional, unless the office manager is in there. Since the first day, from signing our lease, she has been anything but polite. She belittles her coworker, not only when she isn’t there, but in front of other clients. When we addressed her behavior to the office manager, it wasn’t dealt with properly. She is consistently rude and treats everyone as if they are beneath her. Her working there, is why I’m giving Century 21 a 1 Star. Even if she does know what she’s doing, she gives the whole company a bad name. Don’t go there unless you want to be disrespected on a daily basis.As far as the sales department, I’ve heard wonderful things. This review is for the rental side of the house.

Okay to rent from, but you gotta stay on top of them to make sure repairs get fixed. Especially if its from a natural occurrence. Never did get the ceiling damage fixed by them from a tree that fell on the roof from hurricane Matthew! Also, staff can be snappy and short with you at times. Just gotta beat them at their own game! Lol

After dealing with several realtors in the area, we found century 21 to be the most helpful. In fact, we looked at and signed the lease for a property in the same day. The customer service was extremely pleasant as well. I only gave 4 starts so far because I havent dealt with maintenance or anything yet because were still moving in but Ill update if possible.

Dont waste your time with this company. I have had prior dealings with them and was forced to fire them. They will find every way to rip you off. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company has been spiraling down hill for a long time.

Larry is awesome! He helped us with getting our dream home. I can not speak on how they are with their rental property, but it is hard for me to image they would be close to as horrible as the ReMax in Hinesville.

Do not rent or allow them to be property managers from them they over charged us and hardly ever fixed things correctly.

Realtor we had and broker did not want to do their job tryi g to sell our house. Barely had 2 people interested in our home when we went through their company and they had it online for four months. Selling it on our own we have had 10 people interested in five days of it being online

Unprofessional rental staff, companybutilizes substandard maintenance and repair contractors. Refuse to contact alternate repair or maintenance companies if theirs are unavailabe or refuse to provide service until certaim days of the week.
