They brought us a tenant that they said was good and had worked with for years. This person caused extensive damage to the home well beyond the security deposit. Its been over a year and a half and I have not been reimbursed. When I inquired about it, I was told they have people that have waited 6 years for collection and to stop contacting them.

Let me start off by saying, if you’re a homeowner and looking for someone to manage your property stay away from this company.In 2012, I signed an agreement with Elaine Boggs Realty Group to manage my property and parted ways with them May 2020. Since 2012 they conducted one semi-annual inspection at my property and sadly I was the one requested it to be done. In the 8 years Elaine Boggs managed my property, I had two tenants occupied it. The first tenant rented my home from 2012 to 2016. The very last month of the tenant lease being expired, I didn’t get pay. I found out weeks later when I inquired about my payment being late. The tenant left furniture in my home. When the Second tenant occupied my home in 2016, furniture from the first tenant was still there. My Master Bedroom closet ceiling were damaged, screens and blinds throughout the house was damaged, and all my carpets was stained along with other minor damages that wasn’t fixed prior to the new tenant moving in.In 2016 when the second tenant moved in, is when I found out about all the damages in my home through the tenant not Elaine Boggs Realty Group. In 2017 I tried to part ways with Elaine but she started saying it was her tenant living in my home, I didn’t want to put the tenant in a position where she would have to move, so I waited. In May 2020, when the tenant moved out, they tried to keep the her entire security deposit plus more; luckily she was still in the area and disputed it. (I’m still waiting on an answer on the damage assessment). As I started to question what they did with the deposit from the first tenant that occupied my home from 2012 to 2016, MS. Jones got defensive with me about how the deposit were spent. She told me it went into cleaning out trash from my home and repainting the walls. The move out inspection never stated that there were trash left in my house besides the drawer and TV that were still there when the second tenant moved in. I asked her to give me the invoices for the paint and trash and to this day she can’t produce them. When I asked who will pay for the damages in my house, she said Elaine Boggs Realty Group is not responsible for any damages. This company did not uphold their end of the agreement. They failed to conduct semi-annual inspections at my property. If they had done their job, someone would have been held accountable. They were weeks out from moving someone into my home but after seeing the true side of that company I choose not to put their tenant into my home. It’s not about getting a new tenant into my home and making a quick buck, “It’s about having a piece of mind knowing that my investment is being taken care of”.My house have damages that I will be paying out-of-pocket to fix. From 2016 to 2019, I had to get involved with repairs because the tenant complained that she’s been putting in work orders and they weren’t being addressed in a timely manner. This company was not in the best interest of my property only their pockets. If you don’t want the headaches don’t let this company manage your property.

Staff is always friendly and work on work orders in a timely manner. They made sure that the move in was done professionally and any repairs done within a week of move in. No matter what the question they always take the time to address it and help me to enjoy the rental that I am living in. I would for sure recommend them to anyone. I first met Elaine in 1994 when she was referred to me by another soldier who worked with her. She found me the house that I lived in while stationed at Fort Stewart and rented out when I PCSd. Elaine went on to start her own business and unfortunately, the company managing my property did a poor job maintaining it. Once I found out their negligence, I transferred the account to Elaine. She become my project manager to renovate the house and get it back on the market for rent. Her staff did a much better job inspecting the house between renters. When I finally decided to sell the house, COVID hit. Elaine kept looking for buyers despite the challenges of COVID and military stop move orders. Her connections to the city of Hinesville utilities and vendors helped correct any emergencies that came up. The process was not easy but she persevered. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for real estate agent who is willing to go above and beyond.

I have not rented from this company but I have had friends that have and I have looked at homes that they have available and unfortunately none of there homes fit what I was looking for at the time and I was under a time crunch. When I went to the office everyone was so nice and helpful and after looking into the black listing myself and asking them about it I found that it has noting to do with Mrs. Elaine or the staff that is presently working there. It is total garbage that so many people throw it in their face that they were black listed. This is a great company and they do everything that they can to help.

I used Elaine Boggs Realty Group (EBRG) as my property manager for nearly 4 years. After the first year I was frustrated and ready to do it all myself. It seemed like I was being nickel and dimed for for every little thing. Thankfully I didnt fire EBRG and over the next almost 3 years I learned more about being a landlord and all that is provided from a property manager. I had some not so great tenants at first and then I had some really good tenants. What I came to realize is that sometimes renters can present themselves well initially and then turn out to be terrible renters. Thats not the fault of EBRG and in actuality, EBRG does their absolute best to shield the homeowner from having to deal with every little issue that comes up. The only reason I am no longer using EBRG is because my family is moving back into our property but I absolutely would use them again in the future if needed.

From 2016-2020 we Rented a house from Elaine Boggs Realty, LLC. Though before seeing any homes or signing a Lease we were hesitant; for we mostly lived on-post for 20+ years of military career. However, there was a house for Rent that felt like home when we saw it but it needed some TLC; some repairs needed done and yard along with flower bed needed some beautifying. Elaine Boggs Realty did majority of the all the repairs that were needed; However, sometimes some things cant be repaired or replaced without the homeowners authorization.From 2016-2020 we Rented from Elaine Boggs Realty: Meredith Jones and Tara were always willing to listen when there was an issue pertaining to the Rental. They would promptly try get maintenance or someone to come out to see what the issue was; sometimes multiples to get clarification of the exact issue (sometimes different vendors give different answers to what the problem or issue is). Especially with HVAC when frequent issues though supposedly repaired still had issues; Elaine Boggs Realty went above and beyond to get issues corrected. Elaine Boggs Realty would update Homeowner and us of situation and what needed be done. Elaine Boggs Realty cares about the homeowners, cares about their tenants and treats everyone like family.After Renting from Elaine Boggs Realty for four years and the experience weve had with them is when we decided to have Bianca Lambert of Elaine Boggs Realty to be our Realtor to search and purchase our Forever Home. Meredith Jones of Elaine Boggs Realty knew we needed at least 4 bedrooms, 2-3 full bathrooms: most importantly handicap accessible with wider doorways, wide hallways and openess for a walker and/or wheelchair to get around. Meredith Jones of Elaine Boggs Realty told us of a house that would soon be on the market that she felt was perfect fit for us. Bianca Lambert showed it to us and it was the perfect fit of what we had been looking for.Bianca Lambert of Elaine Boggs Realty was such a blessing during the pandemic with our home purchase. All paperwork was done online. She was always a phone call, text or email away regarding any concerns or questions.We now have our Forever Home and we owe it all to Bianca Lambert, Meredith Jones, the other staff of Elaine Boggs Realty and Tim Spears of Veterans United! We can say Elaine Boggs Realty staff takes the time to listen, get to know their clients, are fair and take all things into consideration while treating the client with respect and dignity. Wonderful company the staff is super all the time. Tented for almost 2 years and has no problems with anything. They were always there to help. Answer all my questions and kept me informed through every aspect.

I was able to first hand witness the dedication that Dawn has for her job. A few weeks back she helped a homeless veteran and his family find a home. Over the years I have placed two homes with Elaine and both have sold within days of signing the contracts. Elaine was spot on with determining what needed to be improved or updated to ensure a quick sale and the best price. I have also purchased my latest home through Elaine and was able to outbid multiple other interested parties and secure the house I love to call home. Her staff has always been courteous, professional and have gone out of their way to ensure that my needs and wants had been met along with any questions I have had answered in a timely manner.

A horrible place. Great first impressions. All throughout the whole year and a half we rented from them. They asked us to leave a 5 star review. I did... We were patient and understanding when we moved in and things werent cleaned well at all. The flooring was damaged, things broke inside house often, and when handymen would not show up because the office did not get our work order submit started getting weird in dealing with them. Sometimes things happen and thats okay. It was an inconvenience but not a huge deal to me. However, we were utterly shocked the way we were treated come to move out time, and the way they had handled it. They definitely should be put back on the black list for Fort Stewart. They are not honest people. They will find and make up ways to steal your money. Do not use them. Do not fall for it. They are disgusting snakes.

Rented an affordable unit. Maintenance was punctual and with no cost to tenant. Any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner by the staff at the front office. Staff was also supportive of the military and understanding with challenges related to deployment and PCS.

Elaine Boggs has been my property manager since 2009 when she was in the big lots shopping center. Here we are almost 10 years later and my house is under contract. She and her staff are so helpful and professional no matter the issue. If you are looking for a home town realtor or property manager Elaine Boggs is the one to go with. Just moved out of one of their rental properties recently and it was smooth sailing. Both my move in and move out process was great, I was extremely pleased with their customer service and their loyalty, I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to rent a home. They were amazing and to top it off they made sure they had pictures on file of any minor damage that was there upon move in so I wouldn’t be charged for anything and they kept their word. My experience was absolutely pleasant.

My wife and I have been renting from Elaine Boggs Realty for almost 3 years. Their staff have always been courteous and all maintenance calls are responded to and resolved very quickly with no judgement. Terms of lease are tough but as a homeowner and a renter dont you want a realtor who is gonna look after your property closely and with care? The black list situation was isolated from an employee that no longer works there and is no reflection on the care or professionalism this realty office shows its customers. I highly recommend.

Elaine Boggs Realty is the best rental company that I have ever rented from. They are always very professional when I go in or call them. They always help day and night when there is a maintenance problem. They have me take pictures of the problem So they can show the homeowners and get approval for whatever is wrong then I take a picture so they know it was fixed. They stayed in contact with me till the issue was resolved. Usually Im the one who has to keep bugging the rental agency to get something repairs but not with them. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them. I have rented many places in the US but this is the only place that has been so great and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is needing a place to rent from. Honesty is what I expect and its what I get. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to rent from.

Wonderful Realty Group!!! They have assisted me with all my rental needs. Even took the time to email me all necessary documents to keep the home I was interested in while I was out of town. Even throughout the storm they have been keeping me informed and assisting me with my move in. They have truly been a blessing to me and my family and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I am lucky to say I am situated in a beautiful home and all concerns have been addressed and communication has been resolved. Their employee Christi is a Godsend to the company and effectively communicated through the 4 month process as I tried to locate a home during a PCS. Warning stay far far away. They only want your money. They took my deposit for all the things that were damaged when I moved in and will take yours as well. Read the reviews they’ve been caught stealing before and got black listed from Stewart. This is how they do it. They take your deposit saying it’s for damage you caused but they don’t fix anything or clean. They just keep the cycle of keeping deposits going. Oh and they are the most unprofessional business in the world as far as I’m concerned. Rude, no knowledge on properties. So if the house is dirty and the grass is over grown when you Look at it in person run. Run far away!

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter and her husband. Before they moved to japan (Both military) they rented from Mrs Boggs. My daughter and son in-law had nothing but great things to say about Mrs Boggs and her team. I am disgusted by the things that have been said about this woman and her business. My Daughter received her entire deposit back when they moved. After they finish their last 6 months in Japan they will be returning to Fort Stewart and have asked me to start looking at rentals around January. My FIRST stop will be Elaine Boggs Realty Group. Most of you dont know, but Mrs Elaine has been in Hinesville for longer than most of you writing these awful review have been alive and her husband is prior service. I have had the experience of both buying a house from Elaine Boggs Realty Group and charging them with managing my property.Buying a home - Magnificent experience. The realtor that helped me doesnt work here anymore, so I cant speak for the current service given while buying a house.Property Management - I recommend do extensive research on any business you choose to manage your property. My experience was not at all the greatest with this business. To keep it short and simple (due to exceeding the character limit, i found out the long way), The practices at this business, were not in the best interest for me as the property owner, or the tenants that were occupying my property. Money was taken from the tenants for repairs that were not made to my property. I feel that if I had not inquired about the situation and demanded proof of the repairs, the money would still be in the previous property managers pocket and he would still be working there. He is also the brokers son, which I was never informed of the familial relationship, and also found it to be a huge conflict of family/client interest. I also believe that he owns the business which is used for maintenance, but its licensed under his employees name. I cant prove this. Short story, after all is said and done, the previous tenant has their security deposit back, and I will be out of pocket to repair my property due to the improper procedures being taken from the beginning, where the previous property manager was trying to make a dollar in a fraudulent way. I feel that the money was only refunded to the previous tenants because of a complaint made to the housing office on Fort Stewart, and effort is being made to cover themselves as a business. I was told by the broker that her son was fired, and I received a refund for some of the charges made to me during this whole incident. I wished that I could explain the whole situation on here but, this review forum doesnt give me enough room. I do have to give thanks to the former accountant/bookkeeper, Clara Knight, who now doesnt any longer work here and is being slandered by Elaine Boggs Realty Group for helping Soldiers such as myself out, and seeing to it that this business was exposed for wrongdoing. The broker/owner ensures that she had no idea of what was happening, while I found that very hard to be true considering that I copied her multiple times with my concerns.As Im writing this review, two things are most important to me. I want to give my experience with this business, and the fact that Clara Knight is facing huge amounts of slander because she risked helping me and assisting me with this whole situation. At the same time, she assisted other Soldiers who have had similar financial issues with this business!My rating of two stars simulates my opinion of an average to the experience of buying a home combined with my experience as a property owner managed by them. I hope this helps. Definitely conduct extensive research when choosing a business service, and make sure you understand the writing of the agreement, and use the assistance of housing on Fort Stewart. They will explain all the little details and your concerns with wording.

I have rented two houses from Elaine Boggs and have not had very many issues. The staff was always very friendly and helpful when I came to the building.The first house we lived in for about two years and repairs were done on a timely manner when they arose. We eventually had to move to our current house due to foreclosure of the aforementioned house. Elaine Boggs Realty was very helpful through the process and they helped us find another house to move into relatively quickly and they lent us their moving truck to mitigate moving costs.My only complaint with the company is some issues we have with our current house and previous house were there prior to move in and have not been repaired despite assurance they would be done soon. Luckily the repair needed is a cosmetic issue, so its not too big a deal.

Very poor service, they were also recently dropped from being able to service soldiers and their families. All active duty armed forces who are not currently under contract with Boggs Realty are prohibited from entering into any additional contractual agreement with Boggs realty. Plenty of other good service providers in the area other than Boggs realty.

I would highly recommend Elaine Boggs Realty. I personally had Elaine, who is the broker, and she kept me at ease the entire time. I was nervous about buying my first home and she reassured me every step of the way. Elaine is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help, even on the weekends. She was very quick and responsive to what I wanted, and I was able to find a house that I love within 3 days of searching here. I recieved a taste of bad realtors during my time here, and I must say Elaine Boggs is the company you should pick! I never had a bad run-in with them, and the staff is very nice. After closing on my house, I even recieved a very nice housewarming gift from Elaine. I have no complaints.
