Our extended family has come to Harbourside III for many years, and when you dont think it can get any better -- it does! The location, competence and friendliness of the staff, condo layout, pool, shuttle service to the beach, location, etc. is in the heart of Hilton Head Island Marina. Every kind of restaurant/food/shopping. Its simply fabulous and the facilities are only exceeded by the warmth, helpfulness, and competence of the staff!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Harbor Side 3!I will recommend to all our friends and family, and we will be back!The villa had an amazing view, was very clean and comfortable. Chip is very responsive and helpful. We also like the access to Palmetto, and the beach there.

Captain Tom and Captain Mike were wonderful hosts! Our evening was perfect in every way. The weather was perfect, the boat was really nice, new, clean, and comfortable. The long counter down the middle of the boat has 5 or 6 coolers that will hold a six pack of beverages. We played our music over the blue tooth sound system and sang our hearts out while watching rays jump out of the water and dolphins swam so close to the boat we could have almost touched them. We had an absolute perfect evening, and we strongly recommend this for everyone looking for a relaxing yet really fun evening!

Beautiful place. Gated and classy. The restaurants and shops are great. Lots of places to grab a drink. The marina is fun to walk to and look at the boats and yachts. We saw manatee drinking fresh water from the fishing boats. It was awesome.

Omg I have fell in love with Harborside @ Shelter Cove Harbor. So much to do. Lots of live entertainment. Friendly people & a very laid back atmosphere 💓 I will b coming back for many more visits..

Beautiful, spacious condos with restaurants and entertainment on site. An easy and fun two-mile bike ride to the beach. Nice pool, and super friendly staff. I highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Harbourside. We really like the location. You have to drive to the beach area which is not convenient but the beach area is nice.

Stayed here for the week of the 4th of July with friends. Beautiful, immaculate room with harbor views that were stunning. Complete with well-appointed kitchen to cook or conveniently walk to restaurants and shops. We took a cruise & saw the fireworks! Just a mile from the beach to bike to, or take the car. Best vacation in years!

Loved my stay!!!!! The view from our place was amazing!!! I could watch the sunset over the sound and harbor every night and loved the fireworks show on Tuesday!!! The space was gorgeous and felt very homey!!

We had never been to Harbourside III until this year. It was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. Although we are a family of 6 and chose only a two room condo, it was more than sufficient for our needs. The staff at Harbourside III were excellent. They were willing to stop what they were doing in or outside their office to help. I even ran into 2 of them outside of Harbourside and they treated me like neighbors. It really made it feel like I belonged right there in Hilton Head. We loved the ease of calling for a free shuttle to the beach, but also that we could drive ourselves in our car if we wanted. The bike parking right outside the building was easy access for a quick ride to the beach, the grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, or just to be able to take a nice long bike ride with the family. We loved that we could sit on our balcony and watch Shannon Tanner each night if we wanted. That was great fun for all of us. The activities that they had outside were a great addition for our youngest who loves crafts and games. We enjoyed jumbo Jenga, ladderball and other yard games behind the stage. Overall, it was a great vacation spot!

Great place to stay, not to far from the beach 1 mile. Awesome views of the harbour. A resturant downstairs. Private parking and a pool.

My wife and another couple love this place. It is clean, staff are great, the condo is spacious and the security measures taken to keep out non guests is very comforting.

This is my family’s favorite place to stay in HHI. We love it!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The villa is so neat and clean and it feels like you’re at home.

Wonderful location! 1 mile from the beach with a free round trip shuttle. Bike trails to the beach if you prefer. Bike rentals are available with free delivery. We love it there.
