Our family wanted to thank you for a fantastic week at 5 Sandy Beach Trail! The home was beautifully decorated throughout with a coastal vibe that appealed to all of us. We loved the open floor plan, which offered a lot of space for everyone to enjoy. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items that made our large family meals effortless and enjoyable. We loved the short walk to the beach and the park with a playground where the kids had fun. The gaming room and heated pool were well received and enjoyed every day! There were activities for all to explore and our golfers enjoyed the courses nearby.This was a wonderful vacation for all in a truly spectacular home!

The house was great and it was exactly what we expected based on the listing. The glassware was a bit lacking (two wine glasses in entire house) but everything else was really well done.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was on a residential street with not much traffic. It was actually located near the end of the street closer toward the walk to the beach. It was a short walk to the beach however I do recommended that if you are carrying alot of beach stuff and/or have many items to take to the beach along with small children, I would get a beach cart. While we were there the only issue we had was with the living room TV had no sound however I reported it late on Friday night and by Sunday they replaced it with a brand new TV. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is small but it was nice to have. All in all it was in a great location, not too far from neighboring resorts. We walked down the beach and went to the outside bar & grill to purchase food at one of them. The house is also not to far from many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this house and would use it again. We took 7 adults and 1 teenager and had plenty of room. It was a great stay!

The home was absolutely wonderful. The location could not be better. There was plenty of room for multiple families. The house was well appointed with supplies and kitchen equipment. We will return!

The whole family had a wonderful time, in fact it went by too fast. The house was great and very well maintained. We had plenty of room and being close to the beach was a big surprise. As for responsive the AC company, EAC was very responsive and efficient. The pool guy was very professional and courteous. Great house, great area, a Five Star!

Vacation Homes was very responsive to all our needs. Very professional management company. Our house at 18 Sand Dollar Road was ideal for our family of 13. Well-equipped kitchen for all our culinary needs. Lovely furnishings and high end appliances. We were all thrilled with our vacation!

The house is very nice and kitchen is well equipped. We lacked for nothing.We would recommend a second refrigerator or a new one in the kitchen as the freezer was not adequate.

6 Terra Bella TraceThis property is spectacular! All the superlative adjectives in the world wouldn’t do it justice. Perfect location right on the beach, spacious, well-designed floor plan, high-end comfortable furnishings, tasteful decorations and special touches throughout - I could go on and on. Our family of 12 had more than enough room and had so much fun! Also worth noting is that there are little details throughout the house that added to our enjoyment - things like the ice maker and beverage cooler in the kitchen, games for the kids in the basement/garage, well-placed swivel chairs in the media/game room and the living room, an elevator!, and a rose in every room upon arrival. Again, I could go on and on about the details. We are so grateful that this beautiful environment provided the backdrop for a perfect vacation!

Had some minor issues with kitchen sink and powder room. They texted me on Tuesday to check and see if everything is going good, (which I thought was a wonderful idea) and they were there within 2 hours! Fixed the toilet seat almost immediately, and were back the next morning with a new faucet.

We loved the view and the home on whelk st. We appreciated all the communication with the rental company throughout our stay on the tropical storm, fire alarm etc. we loved having the beach bar within walking distance and wish there were more within walking distance. Beach area was fantastic as our area was never super busy.

My family stayed at 32 Corine Lane over the Labor Day weekend. Parts of the house was quite disgusting. We were not able to use the pool area at all. Beware of one of the second level bathrooms. Management pretended they knew nothing, but it was all lies. 4 weeks ago someone stayed in this exact house and the problems existed. Offered only pennies from what was paid on this rental.

We recently stayed at 27 Singleton Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. The home is extremely clean and any questions we had were answered within minutes. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home located on this beautiful stretch of beach!

We stayed at house last week at 32 Corine in Hilton Head. House is in need of a deep cleaning, one of the doors doesn’t even close all the way and bugs throughout house. Also the pool area walls and doors entering pool and up to upstairs are covered in mold. Pool was dirty upon arrival and had to be cleaned.

Wonderful property; well maintained; clean and great location. Management company was extremely responsive and available to assist with reservation, check-in, information and maintenance.

Vacation Homes was excellent to work with and very responsive. Everything was as it was advertised and our home on 49 Off Shore was a nice place to call home for a week. Highly recommended.

6 Tera Bella Trace....Just absolutely the finest accommodations Ive experienced on Hilton Head in more than 20 years. Cant think of one thing I would have changed or that could have been better. Thanks to the owners for sharing this amazing place with my family and me.

We have stayed in this home several times and always love it. It is so close to the beach, it has the space for several families, a pool, and is close to great shopping and restaurants. 4 stars this time is that there were a few maintenance issues that were attended to with a phone call, some still requiring a fix, but nothing interfered with our vacation.

Had the most amazing stay at 9 Henry Lane. Home is extremely close to everything and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

30 Moonshell Rd was the perfect getaway place for our family. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The layout was both kid friendly and allowed adults to have space too! We loved how quick of a walk it was to the beach! We will be back!

Great place for our family - 10 adults and 10 children, and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably and dine together. The grandchildren absolutely loved the pool after both our morning and afternoon beach times each day. It was nice that the pool was deep for safe cannonballs from the sides.The home overlooks the marsh with views of the beach and ocean beyond, and it was an easy walk from the house to a beautiful wide beach. The grandchildren enjoyed the proximity to the marsh and looked forward to catching hermit crabs and fiddler crabs during low tide each day.We would definitely rent this home again and Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was a pleasure to work with.

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head.The pictures do not do this house any justice. IT WAS AMAZING, like I almost shed a tear leaving. I celebrated my bachelorette party here with all 14 (yes crazy I know) of my bridesmaids. We’re all over 25 years of age so I wanted something comfortable and spacious for everyone. We were able to fit about 2 girls per room. The house is walking distance from the beach and literally 5-10 min drive to everything else (food, outlets, grocery). We cooked multiple nights and they have me ready to go buy every bowl and appliance they had. We didn’t needs any pans or anything (just seasonings). I’m still shocked at how well our money was spent for this place. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and waved. I was worried about privacy with the house at first because it is on the corner of the street, but I didn’t have any problems what so ever. I have saved this house for future vacations!

Of the few issues we encountered the response was quick and through with great communication.

First time with this company but will come back for summer if we can agree on a home! Thanks to the Vacation Homes staff for taking care of our last minute reservation and getting the pool heat turned on. The weather was a bit chilly but the location near SIngleton Beach made for a lot of great and safe bike riding and the kids enjoyed the pool even if the weather was cooler than we had hoped.Looking forward to returning for summer 2021!

Our home was lovely, clean and spacious. The big kitchen was perfect for our extended family and the kids loved the hot tub. The beach was an easy 3 block walk.

I booked with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head using VRBO. My trip was originally scheduled for May of 2020. I was told even tho the government was urging rental companies to refund their customers, VHoHH would only offer to move the dates for a few months later. As we are approaching our new vacation days, I reached out and explained I am traveling with an immunocompromised family member who has been urged not to travel. VHoHH refuse to refund me during a pandemic. Nobody could plan for what has happened. The least they could have offered would be a voucher for next year, but instead they decided to take my hard earned money and to tell me better luck next time. I urge you to pick a different rental company if you are looking at visiting Hinton ahead. There are tons of options owned by families who care about their guests. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is not a great choice for individuals who want to rent from a company that will protect their guests.Edited to add to their professionalism: I wrote a response to BBB regarding this issue, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head decided to respond with “I threatened their employees and called them every name under the sun” and that is why they couldn’t refund me 🙄 I don’t think I’ve met an owner of a company who feels they have to lie about their customers and make false allegations to try get out of what they did. There is no excuse for keeping my money. At the time I booked my stay, it said I was entitled to a full refund but the company said the policy was written wrong on VRBO and changed it after I brought it up.Update: I have added the picture directly from VRBO, where I booked it stating the refund was good if I cancelled before July 25th. I sent them a cancellation request on July 23rd. They had 2 separate cancellation policies. One that was on VRBO, which is the method I used to pay plus another one on their own website.

ANOTHER GREAT WEEK AT 412 SHOREWOOD! This is our 3rd year staying in this unit - it accommodates all of my grandchildren in the 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4. I think they now consider this their #2 bedroom when staying in HHI. This unit is oceanfront, steps away from beach & pool, Coligny shopping center - shopping, restaurants and entertainment for the kids. The unit could use an update but it works fine for us. Vacation Homes of HH is great to deal with too :). Until 2021.......be safe!

Beautifully decorated house with all the amenities you could ever ask for. After a day of travel, our first impression was a very warm welcome with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Weve never stayed at a rental property that went to these lengths to make you feel this special. The location was perfect for beach, dining and shopping. The added extras with the Southern Hospitality Pass was a plus for this rental. The house was inviting and felt like home, not a rental. We will definitely make this property our number one choice for future HH trips.

Our family stayed in the Singleton Beach neighborhood and had a wonderful time. The beach felt almost private, the little bar Cocos at the end of the street was perfect for adult night away from the kids in walking distance and the views were amazing.The house was very clean and organized and we, because of Covid concerns we ate in mostly and the kitchen had tons of pots and pans...which was nice since our last stay with a different company we had a hard time cooking for our group.The office staff was amazing and helped us find a great fishing guide and a local personal chef.Will definitely book again!

My family and I loved every bit of our trip to HHI! Being from New York, we spent as much time as possible on the beach which was only a short walk away. This was about our 8th winter at 44 folly field rd. House is well appointed and perfect for us.

Cannot say enough good things about this company--they are always easy to deal with and correct any issues on the spot. We love staying in the Singleton Beach and Folly Field neighborhoods--unbelievable beach access and close to shopping. Every house we have stayed in was fully stocked and perfect for our family--grandparents, kids, and grandkids. Our agent Emmy always makes sure that we have everything we need--we will definitely continue to use VHHH every time we visit the island!

We loved staying in Folly Field area with VHHH! The house is just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Our rental was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. Folly Field is mid island and close to great shopping and restaurants as well as beach access. Everyone we dealt with at VHHH was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a fantastic vacation. Which we did!

Profits & Policy over Health & Safety and Customer Service.Read the reviews before booking anything through this company. This company and policies they hide behind lack morality and character. We were told Its unsafe to travel during our stay. We Did Not ask to cancel, just to reschedule. They couldve charged us peak rates during an off peak time and we would have been satisfied. We wouldve paid a reschedule fee. Theyll respond saying you shouldve read.. blah blah blah. We didnt ask to CANCEL, just reschedule. Keep our money, no questions asked. We didnt ask for a refund, just to reschedule as doctors are saying its unsafe for certain people to travel. Does anyone else think its slightly GREEDY that in the middle of a pandemic, they adjusted their contract to add a Pandemic clause to their policy? We did call prior to the 30 day reschedule window. Not sure how they sleep at night . Its just sad that there are businesses out there that operate like this.

Our stay at their property was great. It was more than enough space for the group that we had. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We were very impressed by this home as soon as we got there. The communication from Vacation Homes, was excellent and helpful. The only issue was a broken blender, and it replaced within 30 minutes of letting them know. The home was in great shape, along with the pool, which we enjoyed alot. The house is a short walk from the beach and within minutes of anything you may need. We will definitely be back next year

Our family booked over the Thanksgiving Holiday in the Sandy Beach area and loved the home! We felt safe driving but were unsure of what to expect with Covid but a gentleman and one of the ladies in the office gave us lots of suggestions for grocery delivery if we wanted as well as restaurants to make online reservations or order for take out.The house was clean and we felt like Vacation Homes and the cleaners took cleanliness seriously. They even left a huge roasting pan for a turkey in case we needed it...but we wanted to relax and not cook LOLWe wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

We have rented several homes in the singleton beach area and this was the best one. We loved being so close to the beach. There were several beach views from the house without paying for beachfront. I would recommend that the owners invest in a small stick vacuum to help keep up with the sand on the beautiful hardwood floors. We are already picking dates to reserve this house for next year. We highly recommend this house.

31 Singleton Beach Place was a fantastic property. The house was clean, well laid out, and comfortably slept six couples. The view of the ocean and access to the beach are first rate.

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing Ive done in a while! From check-in to departure, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were helpful, responsive, and professional. 5 Sandy Beach Trail was truly a home away from home! The property is perfectly located being close to the beach, island amenities, bike trails, and parks. We took advantage of the sparkling pool daily and the kids enjoyed the game room playing pool and ping-pong every evening. The home was exceptionally clean and organized. We didnt want to leave and we will definitely book this property again in the future!

A short stroll to the beach and a enough room to stretch out was our experience. The house was very clean and was kept up with. We had 10 people there, 5 kids, 5 adults and we all had a great time. We will be using Vacation Homes of Hilton Head again for sure. Thank you!

We enjoyed our HHI rental home. It was as promised. Most impressive, however, was the ongoing communications from Vacation Homes of HH. They did a great job of preparing us, making sure we were comfortable, enjoying the amenities, etc. Well done! Thx.

We have been coming to the Island for nearly 30 years. We actually owned a home in Bluffton, and just recently sold it. When we planned our family vacation for early June, 2020, we were excited to know we could get 6 Collier Court. Our family has stayed in houses in the area before and loved everything about it. We made a large down payment in preparation. Because of the pandemic, and the safety of our families health, we contacted this rental agency to look at our options to reschedule. Needless to say, we couldn’t speak to anyone via phone, only email. Each email we explained how Ohio was being affected by stay put orders from our Governor. It made no difference to them. They chose money, their greed, their bottom line over our family’s safety and well being. We lost our entire deposit. They treated us with total lack of respect, empathy, or human kindness. We will NEVER work with, or recommend this company to anyone.

The place is very close to the beach walking distance. The house is very good equipped and we enjoy our staying. The only thing I can say is that check out was 10:00 am which is early and when we asked for late checkout the fee is 100$ per hour...

My brother-in-law and sister arranged for us to stay in one of their properties in June for a 4 family vacation. Since we are living in uncertain times, we dont quite feel safe traveling yet. Though my sister did sign the contract that states there would be no refund on our deposit, this company has not made any exceptions during this pandemic. They will not issue any type of refund on our deposit or give us a credit toward another week later in the summer. You would hope that people would understand this situation and show some good faith on their part. I would not recommend this company. Per my brother-in-law, they would not budge and refused to work with him in offering anything. We are out all of our deposit money. Do not book with this company.

Don’t book any properties from this company!!! We had a family trip planned (15 people including my family, my parents, my siblings and their families.) We booked this vacation for June 2020 in October 2019 before Covid existed. When it became clear that the pandemic was on an upswing in South Carolina we made the difficult decision to cancel our trip because my mom has a compromised immune system due to cancer. In fact, her doctor advised against out of state travel. We gave nearly 2 months notice of our predicament and requested that we be permitted to reschedule our trip. They refused a reschedule and also refused to refund us any of our 50% deposit (which was rather significant given the fact that we were renting a house for 15 people.) They mercilessly enforced their contract that I signed back in October. Further, they violated vrbo’s policies of working with travelers on refunds and rescheduling when the cancellations were due to covid. I guarantee that they pocketed our deposit and were still able to rent the home out to another family for our dates, therefore making more money for that week. Shame on them!!! I wish I could give negative stars.

The house is very very nice. Its about a half of mile walk to the beach. The view is beautiful. Very limited parking. Not great for more than a couple cars. Also we paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated. The hot tub was only hot one night. Kinda a bummer when you are paying extra for it daily. They did not refund the difference.

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for the last few years and this was our first time in Palmetto Dunes. We immediately fell in love with everything about it! The location of this home is incredible. We had no clue it was so close to the beach, which was helpful for carrying beach toys and kiddos. The pool in the backyard was very large. Everything was clean and there were plenty of lawn chairs and a table and chairs. The inside of the home was clean, but could use a little attention. There were broken window blinds, very low water pressure, and the doors were difficult to shut, but nothing major. The vacation staff was very helpful and great to work with. The details were very clear regarding check-in and check-out. Overall, we had the best stay! The fact that this house was very close to the beach and had a large pool in the backyard made it a hit for our family. The updates needed are minor compared to the great memories we made last week. We will be back to Palmetto Dunes and will rent this house again.

We loved our stay at this house. The house is cozy, comfortable and well laid-out. It is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need or want with very comfortable beds. The house was very clean, which we really appreciate since we have rented a number of homes in Hilton Head and they have not always been what I would consider to be acceptably clean. The location is great, about a five minute walk to the beach with a bike path across the street, and very convenient to nearby stores, restaurants, etc. The house does sit on a busy road, but the back yard is fenced and really nice so that wasn’t a problem (we had our two small dogs with us). We took advantage of the free amenities and got a free bike rental and some free golf which was awesome. I highly recommend this rental home. We plan to rent it again next year.

Vacation Homes of HH helped us out at the last minute to find a rental when Florida was still closed down due to the pandemic. They were very quick to get us situated with a home that was perfect for our family. Each time I called to ask questions the staff were helpful and professional. The home was lovely, cleaned to high standards, and well maintained. We would definitely recommend renting through this company!

My review is for 28 Corine Lane in Hilton Head!!! What a relaxing and beautiful home! The location is perfect... short walk and easy access to a beautiful beach. This bright airy home gives you a beachy coastal feel with beautiful decor, a convenient elevator and a comfortable pool area that’s clean and refreshing. We were thrilled to have an elevator for easy access to the main living space and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The home was spotless and management was accommodating. Thumbs up all the way!!!

This was the first time we have ever combined families for a vacation, and it was excellent!! We booked 412 Shorewood, not knowing about these Villas at all, but we were pleasantly surprised! Corner unit overlooking pool/hot tub to the left, and facing the ocean in the front. We’ve been visiting HHI for 12 years now, and had never come down late Sept. It was amazing! Cool in the mornings, which we enjoyed while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee, but then sunny and upper 70s during the day - lovely for swimming/relaxing on the beach. Villa was roomy and fit the 6 kids and 4 adults! Only suggestion would be to update sheets on beds, as they felt outdated a bit, but beds were nice and we slept very soundly! Went so well, that we are already planning to do this again next year! This villa was a home run!!!

There were brown and blood colored stains on much of the bedding, hair in showers, food on chairs, stains on light switches, tampons in a bathroom drawer!!! Cleaning in today’s world is a life safety issue – and this company failed! Throughout the stay we would discover more items that were not cleaned –glassware, microwave, bakeware, pots & pans. Their policy is to NOT wash mattress pads, comforters, etc between guests. Stay at your own risk.

We shared a wonderful 50th anniversary celebratory week with our family here. We were able to make memories that will last the rest of our lives. Beautiful, well furnished and well appointed home with enough room for everyone. Great pool and short walk from the ocean—great location. It was perfect!

I give this business one more year before they crumble....What a disappointing experience it is to work with this company. They lack compassion, are money hungry and define bad business. My family booked a rental to stay over the Christmas holiday. A call was made prior to 30 days out (which they state is their timeframe to cancel and that was not what we were trying to accomplish) to discuss an alternative date and solution. Given my very ill father due to growing COVID concerns, out of state travel and a destination to a state that is very flippant when it comes to taking precautionary measures, we wanted to explore our options. What we got was a big slap in the face. A firm no we cant make changes was stated by Chris upon the initial call and request (prior to 30 days). As my fathers health concern became a greater risk, my family and I rallied to try to reason with these people. Who wouldnt be compassion during these times?They were unresponsive to emails and only after making several calls and insisting to talk to someone who had decision making power did we get to who we thought would be the voice of reason. WRONG. Kate, the GM is very unprofessional, lacks empathy and despite there being zero mention of a rescheduling clause, held firm on her stance that she would not work with us to reschedule without cancelling. A cancellation was never our intent. They fall back on that and the sad thing is, legally their agreement does not state anything regarding rescheduling, only cancellations.My family was only looking for an empathetic solution, not working against the agreement, but consideration of a reschedule which was never mentioned in the contract.What goes around come around. The boomerang effect is real. Let that sink in Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. You define what every company shouldnt be. Lets hope you change your gross business practices and lead with grace, compassion and honoring a request that isnt going against any written contract, but simply being a good business Owner.

I had an outstanding experience with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. We stayed in 29 Singleton Beach over New Years and had a wonderful time! We definitely will be returning and booking with this company again. Thank you Vacation Homes of Hilton Head!

The team was very responsive to any requests or issues. The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for our whole family. The location was also amazing! So close to the beach!

We had an unbelievable time at 2 Colliers. The location is great and the house was amazing. Compared to the homes around it I feel like it was a little dated and needed some attention for the price. However, we will for sure book this home again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This firm is run by crooks to put it kindly.And if you read the reviews, we’re not the only family that would say this...Our large family rented a house for the holidays months ago-we were all to fly in from various US cities in late December and stay in HH at our rented house.My dad has Guillain-Barre and had a collapsed lung a few years back. With the pandemic reaching a peak, we asked if we could please move our dates. He was told not to travel. There’s nothing in the rental agreement we signed about moving dates, only “no canceling” for a refund. We had an attorney review it and they confirmed that we should be allowed to change dates per our contract. VRBO also reached out to ask them to please work with our family. We didn’t want our money back, we didn’t want to cancel-just to move it later in the 2021 year when it was “safe” to be around our dad. We even offered to pay an inconvenience fee of $200 if they would kindly allow a change of dates. They wouldn’t offer any workable solution, wouldn’t further discuss it with us, wouldn’t help us out at all with setting up a safer date.Shame on us for not reading these reviews and understanding what kind of people we were dealing with before booking.This property management firm should be embarrassed by their selfish, money driven conduct. Zero stars from this family member.**edited to add-this was booked late summer when Covid was very low. We approached them for a date change in November when the cases were climbing badly, dad’s doctor said “no travel” and the CDC recommended no travel.

Our latest stay was a return trip to this home because it is such a gem. The inside is very comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. We lacked for nothing - even a few pool noodles and aluminum beach chairs were graciously offered for our use by the owners. The beach, never crowded, is a few steps away,. The pool’s temperature and water level were perfect, and not by accident. A system keeps it regulated so that it stays refreshing even on the warmest of days.Hilton Head is a perfect destination for an active lifestyle or for simple relaxation. (I am a biking enthusiast and love the beach biking.) Getting to and from the Savannah airport with ease is another welcome feature that helps make this a perfect vacation spot.

The 6 Collier Beach Road home in Hilton Head is an amazing home away from home. It is a cozy but spacious beach house that sleeps 22 and has the most spacious kitchen, a great pool, pool deck, ocean front, and quiet and very private beach. It is the type of beach house that makes you feel you are at home and makes you not want to go home. The beds are as comfortable as my home and a bright open kitchen with top all new, top quality pots, pans, utensils and accessories. The location is also perfect for walks or bike rides on the beach to local restaurants and bars on the beach. You will love this place!

I loved 2 Barrier Beach Cove I continued to rent it for additional weeks. Its gorgeous, close to the beach, has everything you could possibly need or want and is just an overall special and happy home! Thank you Vacation Homes of Hilton Head for helping me extend!

I would not recommend Vacation Homes of Hilton Head to anyone. It is too bad I had to give one star. If I could I would give them 0 stars like Aaron Y. We have enjoyed coming to HHI for almost 20 years with our extended family. We always rent large properties and have never had an issue--once we needed to change to a ranch because of an illness and it was secured within a week (not with this horrific company). The companies we have worked with in the past truly cared for their customers. That isnt the case with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head.We are currently in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. My family is all over the US and all in stay at home orders until at least the end of May. We are scheduled to be in our rental the first week of June. We asked to cancel and have our deposit back because of the safety of our party. It was denied. We asked to reschedule for a later date and have the deposit apply. It was denied.This is not a flexible company at all during these trying times. Do not rent with them! They only care about their bottom line and not the guests.

Had a great experience staying with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. The house was very clean and the staff was friendly. Singleton Beach is a gem! Cant wait to return.

The home at 29 Singleton Beach Road is an island paradise. It is gorgeous, yet comfortable, with beautiful furnishings that support a beach holiday. The pool is large enough for daily dips, and the ocean is steps away via a well constructed deck path. The outdoor shower has warm & cold water, and perfect for rinsing off beach sand. The outdoor grill works great! And the gourmet kitchen is a meeting spot for your whole family. Pandemic holiday meant way more cooking than we usually do on holiday, but this kitchen is inviting, and a pleasure to cook in. The gas cooktop is on the center Island, so you can see the sea as you prepare delicious meals. Plenty of serving pieces, plates & cutlery ... coffee pot is a traditional coffee pot, not a Keurig, so bring coffee to brew. Ice machine & beverage cooler in the kitchen are also fabulous. Only basic cable, no Smart TVs, so plan for that. Bedrooms & bathrooms have lovely views of ocean & marsh. Pool table was great as well for the young adults. Elevator was great for the older adults who need to not walk stairs. We stayed in the water a lot. We had SUP boards delivered & picked up & there is plenty of room to store near the deck shower. The team at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is also stellar ... professional and responsive, and good human beings.

My family tried to reschedule a stay because of rising covid rates. They refused to let us push it back, responding with “Go or you lose your money.” This is not a safe or understanding establishment and I’m very disappointed with how they treat their customers, do not stay here.

This was our third year in a row at 4 SBT, and it was again a great one. This home is not new, but is always being updated. We love the neighborhood, the location, and the amenities. It’s not cheap, but is still a good value.

The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. Great neighborhood and proximity to park and beach!When we reached out about bees on the rear patio, the team was very responsive and sent someone early the following day.Only suggestion is that the outdoor furniture be replaced, as many pieces are broken/torn.

We have stayed @ this property for the past 3 summers. We LOVE the pool and the house...HOWEVER this year, on arrival, we found trees being cut down, gates off hinges (allowing dogs to escape), and no linens for hide-a-bed. Gate got fixed next day. Linens came in 48 hrs and were for twin, not queen (another 24 hrs and that was corrected). Tree people returned on Monday and took gate off hinges again and left stump covered in sap that dogs got into and had to be bathed!All in all, it was less than a desirable experience. I doubt that well return next summer (especially since our rental fees were about $950 more than 2019).
