The ownership is top notch! They care about their rental customer and are always responsive to any home issues. We have used Hilton Head Long Term Rentals since we arrived on HHI in 2016. We highly recommend them for any long term rentals on HHI and Bluffton.

Great company to work with. I was a tenant for 7 1/2 years. You can expect good communication. They were attentive when issues came up. I left it in good shape and got ALL of my deposit back. (unlike some other companies who keep your money.)

Worst company for rentals in Hilton Head. I would look elsewhere. Rude service and no help once you move in. Do the work yourself and save $$ and time. Plenty of other great companies on the island. Stay clear of this company.
