This is a great company! Stanley is usually the service person who comes. He is always on time...or early.Stanley is always very pleasant, courteous, and thorough. He follows COVID protocol when entering our home. If there is any problem, they come immediately. Currently we also have Greg and Robert working on a termite problem in a tree. They are great! They take the time to explain what they are doing and why.I would highly recommend Imperial Pest control for their great work and the quality of their service people.

I have used other companies for ants at my home before, but these guys were on time and fixed my issue the first time. I would highly recommend to anyone. 👍

Weve had Imperial Pest Controllers since we moved here in 2009. The couple whom we bought the house from also used them. We have been very pleased with their service and the people whom they have sent to the house have always been very polite and courteous.

This is what they did to my floors. Last time they sprayed they left a sticky milky substance. I called and complained and they said it would not happen again that they had changed their formula. So when they called this time to set an appointment to come out . I reminded them what happen last time . And they said they changed the formula and it wouldn’t happen again . Will it did!! And this stuff is also on the carpets! I would love to post pictures but didn’t see how I could .

Used Hilton Head Exterminators for six years always had a problem with bugs in the house switch to Imperial haven’t had a bug since they begin their service highly recommend them
