Every employee that I spoke with at the Hilton Head office was unprofessional & never followed through with promises to call to discuss our account.We had four houses with them & the only reason we kept them was because our technician Karl was great with us. As soon as Hilton Head took over our account we had nothing but problems with them.We finally cancelled our four accounts with them when we were told by Karl he would not be working in our area anymore.I DO NOT RECOMMEND using them.

Ive used them to handle my pest control needs since the 80s. Les is great to deal with and the guys are always courteous. I recommend them for all your pest control needs
