Front desk answering the phones not very helpful. Website was difficult to navigate and in an attempt to sign up my 5 year old I called to learn more information about the Comet program - only to receive a not-so-enthused front desk worker who tried to rush me off to the website. I was in between here and a Buckeye Gymnastics and will now definitely be choosing the latter!
Just ok. Not really a fan of the current teacher (older). Will let children constantly do things wrong and just move on.. Ive switched to a different place that I enjoy.
After attending an observance last Thursday, I think the nine year olds are receiving appropriate instruction. I am concerned about the nine year olds having to wear masks while working out and the teen girls don’t have to. The younger girls were complaining of not being able to breathe.I don’t agree that they should have to wear masks while distancingthemselves
Instructors are great and helpful, front desk is informative and courteous, easy drop off and pick up, special areas for observing parents.
Universal Gymnasts, Inc is very disappointing as they do not teach boys anything that is higher than Ninja style classes. If you want professional training for boys they cannot provide this for you nor will they suggest anyone who can. UGI you should be ashamed!
My daughter loves this gym! And as a parent I appreciate that the gym ownership truly care about the kids, especially during COVID 19.
My 4 years old attended Universal Gymnastics for the toddler open gym for the past few months. There are usually two attendants for four, five kids. I’m sitting here today and watching how one of the attendants spend time ONLY with one boy (he is 4 y old as my daughter, but way tinier). Since he came in 30 min ago, the lady spent the entire time with him completely ignoring the other kids). I saw in the past that she does spend more time with the tiny kids, but again, they are my daughter’s age, so maybe they feel they need more help? We pay the same fee too for my daughter to not get any help with any of the exercises? Not acceptable. I recorded long videos tonight to prove that my daughter was completely ignored the entire time. Not coming back!
Hanna is an amazing Ninja coach. Discipline and respect are always priority. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to go every week.
Excellant !!
My daughter loves to she would do flips in the hallway she would do cartwheels to do bridges gymnastics
My daughter loved it she went there for two years. Now we are going back with our second child
