I joined Shed at the beginning of the year and have enjoyed every single class I’ve attended. The workouts are always different and changing so I never get bored like I have at other gyms. My favorite part about Shed is how motivating and upbeat the trainers are and I find myself pushing myself a lot more than I ever have in the past! 10/10 would recommend!!
SHED is absolutely AMAZING, I never knew what it felt like to love a workout so much until I found this place. Every workout is different and I love how each day targets a different muscle group. The staff is amazing as well and will push you during each workout to reach your highest potential. I am seeing results that I have never seen before in just 4 short months. I love the environment and all the trainers are so friendly and sweet! Every trainer takes the time to get to know their clients and show you how to perform the exercises. They really care about your health and ensure you have good biomechanics while taking the classes! Hands down the BEST gym!
I’ve tried pretty much all the group fitness gyms in Columbus. By far, SHED Fitness is the best. Combines cardio, strength and endurance in a very effective and positive way! Yoga sculpt with Erin Farwick was amazing. I am new to yoga and was able to follow along with her teaching skills easily! But the workout was challenging and well paced! Def worth the money

I have been working out at SHED 2-3x a week for over a year and somehow Im not bored, somehow my body is still changing for the better. This place is really a gem of a fitness studio - from the constantly changing workouts, new moves and programs to trainers who get to know you and push you at exactly the right time during your workout to an amazing group of individuals in the classes who respect and encourage one another - SHED is a special place and Im SO glad its part of my weekly routine in keeping me healthy.Dont be intimidated by the videos, the images or the workouts you see online - it truly is a place that welcomes all shapes and sizes and all levels of fitness. You deserve to see peak body performance and SHED is the place that will help you make it happen!
I am from out of town and while in town visiting family I decided to go check out SHED Fitness. I was extremely pleased with the variety of equipment ready to use! Brittany led the class and was very helpful in guiding me around as well as making sure the gym was sanitized and stations were socially distanced so everyone had space. I would absolutely go again when I visit next and if you are in Ohio you should check our SHED Fitness!
I’ve been working out at SHED for a little over a year now, on and off, first through ClassPass and now as a member. I can’t say enough great things about all of the trainers who are very knowledgeable and motivating. I’ve been to a few different studios in Columbus and SHED 100% provides the best atmosphere for working out!
Wonderful staff, great equipment, attentive to your individual needs and always smiling! Very clean with a strong emphasis on keeping the facility clean and safe for their guests! Give them a try!
I took a shot at SHED (and fitness in general) over the summer - and I was HOOKED. The energy, support, and empowerment at SHED has changed my life. If you want to push yourself and reach your goals - this is the place to do it! They’re amazing!!!
Great workout and experience. The studio is always super clean and has an inviting atmosphere. Front Desk/Instructors greet you immediately upon entering and the instructors do a great job of setting you up for a solid workout, motivating you through the class. Each station is well thought out and with the quick rotations the class goes super fast. Would definitely recommend!

This studio is AMAZING! They have been open for a month since the coronavirus madness has calmed down. It feels so clean in the studio, they offer tips on the best way to clean their equipment and stay safe/healthy while still getting in a serious sweat. The community is always supportive, no matter how often you go, and the instructors always welcome and encourage you! Highly recommend
There are certain criteria that gyms need to embody for me to not only come back but to justify a monthly, ongoing membership. Those items include variations in workouts, consistent difficulty that push me to be better than I was the day before and a clean environment. SHED Fitness Columbus checks all these boxes and quite frankly, exceeds them. However, there is one additional quality that SHED has created and distinguishes it from any other place I have worked out in my 10+ years in Columbus. Community. This place lives, breathes and exudes community. We lean on each other during the workouts, we celebrate each other when we hit milestones and we rally each other to be the best we can. I encourage you to give it one day, one workout. And let it transform the way you sweat.
LOVE these classes and trainers! Constantly switching up workouts and moves so you don’t get board and also have different challenges throughout the year to keep you motivated. Excited to be a part of their training program for the Cap City 1/2 Marathon as well. Trainers are INVITING (which is sometimes hard to find) and make a point to learn your name so you feel like you’re a part of the team. 10/10!
MAKE IT COUNT! This is what I think of when I think of Shed. Every minute of class is thought out in advance. All the trainers are super motivating and great at keeping you engaged. I enjoy that each class if different. Also, one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever been too. They are constantly wiping down equipment and mopping between classes. Come give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Shed is the bane of my existence, but I love every minute of it. It is an understatement to say these workouts are intense, but you will see and more importantly feel results. The trainers are amazing, energetic, and knowledgeable. They will coach you and push you until you are a better version of yourself. Walking out of the building after finishing a Shed session and dripping sweat makes you feel accomplished and ready to take on anything.
At Shed we are a community! In unpredictable circumstances we come together and continue to work hard. These VIRTUAL classes are nothing short of exceptional! Brittany will take you thru a workout similar to an in studio class- increasing your heart rate, building your strength, and challenge you to do your very best! Within a couple minutes into class you will already be sweating!! Its a great way to stay accountable in your fitness routine. I highly encourage you to try these workouts! You’ll be thankful you did!
I love everything about Shed-the people, the space, and the workouts are all amazing. The circuits are addicting, just when you think you couldn’t possibly continue, it’s time to move to the next station. If you are looking for a place with great people and a fantastic workout, this is where to go. I can’t say enough positive things about it. (I also want to add that I love the dim lighting, I feel less self conscious!)
100% recommend this gym to anyone! I’ve been doing group fitness classes for many years, but I’ve already seen a difference and change in myself after just 2 months of working out at Shed. Classes are always different and can be modified to any level for a challenging workout. The staff always go above and beyond- they greet you with a smile as you enter and encourage you throughout the entire workout. Overall a fantastic gym and could not be happier with it!
Shed made me love going to the gym! The classes are well thought out, challenging and fun. The coaches are energetic and skilled at pushing you to your fullest potential. Im excited and nervous before every class because they are insanely tough, but I always feel amazing and strong when Im finished!
Shed is fantastic! I love the workouts. They are challenging, but you also have options to modify. They are always changing things to keep you on your toes. Shed staff is always prompt too. If I come for a 5am workout, the staff is prepped and ready to roll which is nice (not all gyms do this). I’d also like to say how cute and clean their space is! The owners even supply the best amenities in the bathrooms and showers for folks needing to get ready. I’m currently using Class Pass because I like the option of gym hopping, but I’ve found myself only going to Shed! Ha! Anyways, you won’t regret going. Check out the schedule because they give soooo many options which I love.
SHED is fantastic. The workouts change every day, and you will never get bored. They are constantly challenging and push you to get the best workout. The instructors are great and super motivating. I would 100% recommend this gym to ANYONE no matter your fitness level!

Just purchased my second month of membership. I would have told you two months ago that I loved my personal, independent morning workouts but I have came to just about every 5am class over and over and look forward to the different challenges they set up for us each day. The energy in the room is contagious: we laugh, sweat and encourage each other. The instructions will call you out by name and cheer you on, or push you to your next goal!They also do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and organized which makes the workout even more enjoyable:)
AMAZING workout! SHED is a high-energy, intense, motivating workout that always keeps me on my toes and allows me to push to new limits! The workout is always different and you ACTUALLY have fun! I highly recommend SHED if you want to get out of your comfort zone and with fast paced, energizing workout!

SHED is the gym I’ve been searching for since having my daughter three years ago. No two workouts are ever the same, and every workout makes you want to come back! SHED has very knowledgeable coaches, and a nonjudgmental environment.
Shed is one of my favorite studios of all time! I’ve tried just about any class you can think of from spinning, to strength training, to yoga and Pilates in New York, LA, San Fran, etc. and this workout is the best at delivering fast results. One of my aspects of this workout is that no two are ever the same. I easily get “bored” with workout programs that are predictable. Shed delivers creative formats for each class so I never feel that sense of “boredom.” The instructors are motivating & the studio does not have any sort of a cliquey environment. There are clients from a variety of different fitness backgrounds, so if you’re at all intimidated about trying a group class for the first time, don’t be! I’m thankful for this studio and that hour I get to push myself!
I have completed several classes at this studio. I always enjoy their workouts; it is a great mix of cardio and strength training which focuses on specific muscle groups or full body. Each class is set-up to cycle through stations which allows you to challenge your body and prevents boredom. It is a very encouraging atmosphere and I always enjoy the people in my groups. Additionally, the studio is very clean. I see them cleaning floors, equipment, etc. at the end of each class. I would highly recommend SHED Fitness!

I love Shed workouts!! They’re tough, but the trainers change up each class so it keeps things unexpected. As someone who gets bored with classes easily, I can say I’ve been taking Shed classes for 7 months (in Nashville and Columbus) and I’ve never left feeling underwhelmed or like I didn’t want to come back. Always a tough hour but never mad that I took a Shed class!
Challenging classes with great music and motivating instructors! I love the focus on different muscle groups every class, it makes each class unique and I am always sore the next day!
The staff is super friendly and motivating. Always greeted with a hello and they are so helpful. The workouts can be modified if it’s your first time or amped up if you’re ready for a challenge! They kick my butt every time, but I can’t get enough!!

From booking the first class to the class itself and the facilities (which are beautiful-and include showers!), everything was top notch.I highly recommend SHED to anybody who is looking to get in better shape and who is serious about challenging their physical limit- the classes are fun, the energy is contagious and you wont find nicer or more humble people to help you on your fitness journey!
I don’t join a new gym easily. I’ve belonged to 4 gyms in the Hilliard/UA/Grandview area over a span of 20 years. But recently I made the switch to SHED. I wasn’t sure I’d like the circuit style of training but I have never felt stronger. I’m trying things I never tried before like pull-ups (well maybe in HS gym class). I love that there is always some cardio - they mix it up on the rowers and the Woodway Curve treadmills are SO much better for my knees then a traditional treadmill. (And you can always modify.) The instructors are really motivating and actually pay attention to you and correct your form if needed. I drive about 8 minutes further for SHED then my last gym, which I was at first hesitant about, but it IS worth it! Every workout is different which just adds to the fun. With so many great choices in Columbus to workout, it can be overwhelming - but just try SHED. It will change you for the better!
Shed isnt just a gym, its a community of friends and top notch coaches! It is the hardest workout in town and has the best playlists. I genuinely look forward to going to workout- which is hard to find in a workout.
