Amazing, small gym with lots of 1:1 attention. Fun and unique classes with excellent instructors. Clean gym and everyone is very friendly.

I love the gym and have been going here for years. Ample equipment and generally not too busy. Equipment is maintained well and fixed immediately if broken. Friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism is Saturday mornings. There is a massive group of people doing circuit training and they take up the whole gym. Im all about bettering yourself but a lot of the people in that group think they have dibs on everything even when equipment isnt in use. But great price and great gym. I enjoy coming here.

This gym seems to be geared more towards the heavy lifter. I do a lot of cardio and their treadmills are old and could use updating.

Absolutely love this gym. Multiple of each machine so youre never stuck waiting around for people to finish so you can use them. Friendly staff, great membership price, and I love the little supplement store they have.

It is definitely an atmosphere to body trimming and building. Always someone to watch and lots of trainers. The equipment is a little older which is the only reason for 4 stars. Everyone is so friendly and has your best interests in mind.

I really like this gym. No frills but plenty of equipment to use - even during peak New Years Resolution Season. Tons of cardio, free weights, dumbbells, and machines. Only draw back is there are restricted hours on Saturday and Sunday (8AM to 6PM).

Old school style gym. Been a member since the early 90s. Perfectly maintained equipment. Best trainers in town. Real trainers!

Ive been around to many different types of gyms and I can safely say that this one has what every type of gym-goer needs. Tons of cardio equipment, tons of free weights, tons of machines. Enough for everyone. Great price too!.. and no contracts! I will NEVER switch gyms no matter where I live in Columbus. Friendly staff, great hours, great space. I LOVE this gym. You will too!

Looking for a Hardcore Gym, look No Further! They have multiple locations(4 to be exact)but its not a corporate cookie cutter Gym! They have STEEL PLATES,Some old school equipment & the Best LEG ROOM Ive seen & a few IFBB Pros train there(Male& Female)

I was only their once, but I love this gym. All of their equiptment was fantastic; they had machines that I havent seen in years. It was clean, had a fantastic atmosphere, and I loved it.It was too expensive though... It was over double the price of my membership at Crunch with no guest privaleges so I couldnt bring my wife with me on the weekends unless she had her own membership.If I made more money, it may be worth it to go to Metro Fitness.

Great gym. Lots of great equipment and dumbells up to 200#. Tons of benches and squat racks so you almost never have to wait. If I lived closer Id be there everyday

Its clean, friendly and there is no pressure, competition or judgments. Everyone is there to work on their own personal goals. It has a warm family feel.

This is one of the cleanest nicest well-established clubs in Hilliard. Great staff especially Doug and Tina.

A lot of great equipment to work out on. Only problem with it is that it is more expensive than planet fitness, and isnt open 24/7. But they do have a lot more equipment.

Visited the new martial arts center by OMAC. Enjoyed self defense classes.

Definitely a meatheat gym. Its got that dungeon, Arnold Era feel to it. Heavy weights, Leg room, 6 free weight benches, 5 squat racks, plenty of cardio equipment and childcare. This is where youd come if you really wanna make gains. If youre a beginner, or are easily intimidated by steroid users, youre better off going to planets fitness on Roberts Rd. Less than 2 miles down the road

Need some decline chest press machines. They currently only have one decline bench (thus the lost of 1 star down to 4). Otherwise pretty good place for a no frills gym. I like it! Dont have the extra stuff that someone like me dont need/want, nor should pay for... like some other big chains. Im there to workout, do cardio, and get out.Also if management could do better with telling people not to hog benches with their gym bags and water bottles when they are not even using them. When I go in the evenings it busy as heck, but then to add to it, people use the bench as their personal storage and others are left questioning if its being used or whos stuff it is to even ask them if it can be moved. Then the person comes back 30 minutes later and they werent​ even in the same work out area. So freaking selfish and annoying.Update: So tonight, management made it a point to take the time to come speak to me regarding my review above in regards to people hogging the workout benches. I think its great that he took the time out of his schedule to connect with me on my concern. If one customer is expressing concern, what of the 100 others that share the same however are not speaking up? This speaks volumes to me in terms of customer service.This has earned back the star in my opinion! Thank you, Skip!

The rates are very low considering the amazing equipment this gym has. The staff is very polite and nice. My only complaint is that I wish it were open for longer hours.

Good facility. Some of the cardio equipment is older and needs repaired more frequently but there is more than enough to meet your needs. Helpful friendly staff.

Not the newest gym on the block but if you are looking for a place to get in a good workout without all of the distractions of some of the newer gyms this is the place to go.

Being more of a hardcore powerlifter it works great for me because they have all of the equipment I need.

Before I moved back to my home town Chicago recently I was a member of Metro Fitness for about 6 years. Great gym, great staff, awesome environment.

I owe this place a lot! Its a meatheads paradise, everything you need and nothing you dont.

This gym is good, but not great.It has plenty of equipment, and good on site day care, but has some downsides too.Most notably the gym has too many crossfitters. I put crossfitters in quotes because if you dont go to a dedicated crossfit gym, then your not getting the real experience.This gym is trying to appeal to regular gym-goers and crossfitters too and it doesnt work.Whether its during busy, or off peak hours, theres always wannabe crossfitters taking up space and getting in your way.If they want to cater to this crowd they need more space.Also, Ive been to several gyms in my life. Some clubs, some meathead gyms, and this is by far the biggest meathead gym Ive ever been to. If you get annoyed by them, you may be more comfortable at another gym.
