It is so important to have a place that you can trust when handling something as important as your vehicle. Schomp Honda Service Center is just such a place. They keep you informed through the repair process. The lobby is comfortable and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable and I have comete confidence in the work and assessments that they do. Schomp Honda has the best Service Group with a variety of ways to plan your your service whether it is walk in or reservation. The Service Team is kind, courteous, and efficient. It is always a pleasure to deal with a well oiled machine like Schomp.
Great customer service. Shorter wait time than expected and they patched a tire damaged by a nail. The customer waiting area is very nice and comfortable.
Fantastic. From making the appointment online, and showing up for the appointment, to them getting me out the door. They sent a video after they finished, too, going over everything they did, which was great. Jake, the one handling my car, was superb as well. Great all around (which is why we love our Honda dealer).
I was a couple of days early for my appointment. 🤷♀️ they worked it out and provided Lyft service to and from my home.

Truthful quick and good service
Brought the car in for a required airbag recall. The recall notice I received indicated a rental car would be available for the day when bringing the car in for service. When arriving it is not clear that one should remain in the vehicle and pull into the service bay drop off (no easily noticeable signage, etc). After parking the car and walking into the service area I was directed to get back in the car and drive it in. After leaving the car I was told that I would be called when the work was complete. Was never offered a rental or loaner for the day, and surprisingly not even offered a ride. I made arrangements to get to/from the dealership, but still surprised there was not even the offer of a ride, etc. I was called when the car was ready and it was washed as a courtesy. I picked the car up and was driving out of the dealership when I noticed that the dash area was not put back together correctly. I brought the car back into the dealership and notified the service advisor I had previously spoken with of the issue and was at first challenged with the advisor indicating we worked on the passenger airbag, we would not have touched the drivers side dash, knowing a little about cars I understand that the entire airbag system has wiring routed to the drivers side for warning lights, etc and stressed to the advisor this was not like this when I brought the car in. I was asked to wait while the car was returned into service for the error to get corrected. It was fixed and I was on my way. I would go here again of necessary, but only if necessary.
