The guy I talked to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. Explained everything in detail. After quoting me and taking me through the process he even recommended taking it to the dealership, and gave me tips on how to save money there. In a industry that is hard to build trust, this guy was totally straight with me. Im definitely going to give them more of my business.

Ill give them one star. I had an appointment for yesterday, I called to see if I could come in earlier. I was informed they would close early, so I should come in at 10 am today. Waited a half hour. The place never opened ☹️

My wife and I brought both of our cars (2014 Ford Fusion, 2016 Kia Forte) and absolutely had the BEST experience at Grease Monkey. Vincent is beyond extremely knowledgeable with every parts of the cars. He explained in great detail what he would recommend, and why he recommends it. We went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and were extremely happy with how quickly it was done. We were also surprised to find that they vacuumed the inside of our car, along with cleaning the windshields during the service. Vincent / Grease Monkey, thank you for your genuine great service. Went in about 2:40pm was out by 3:20pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return with my other car.

Never heard of Grease Monkey before, but I decided to stop by and give them a shot. Like other oil change places, they went through the usual, what oil I want to use? I figured this will be the same quick lube experience everywhere else and... I could not have been more wrong!To start, I asked what would he suggest and in my mind he is going to say the more expensive oil is the best... However, he just said always go with your owners manuals suggestion, but this is your car, you tell me what you want to use and Ill use it. Well damn I thought! Ive always gotten the staredown sensation when I didnt pick an expensive oil, but the guys here just smiled and said its your car, and your choice. I just remind you what the the people who made your car suggest.They pulled my car in, started checking the lights, fluids, filters, cleaning my windows, all while we were inside the lobby gathering my info. By the time I know it, they had my inspection ready. He showed my filters along with a new one and simply saidthis is your filter and this is a new one for $19.99. Which one do you want me to put back in? I picked the old one and again... No cold shoulder, just a smile and a, you got it!Went over my owners manual for other services and even put into the system the stuff I did somewhere else so they can also track my cars other services.At the end of it all, it took 15 minutes from when I got out of my car, and it was ready to go!This has been one of the best experiences Ive ever witnessed, and not once did I feel pressured to do anything else, and the prices for their other stuff are actually pretty cheap. I have found my shop and the people I want caring for my car. Thank you Highland Grease Monkey. I cant wait to see you all next time!
