Been coming here for years. And the fact this place is under new ownership did not change the prompt service on my car getting washed. I loved that I didnt have to wait very long, and my car was left spotless. I gave the guy a well deserved tip. Working outdoors in this heat...he deserved it.

Been going here for 2 years with my 2019 brand new truck and never had a problem until my last visit. I purchased the package with armor All dressing. BIG MISTAKE! As I drove, It ran and smeared all over my truck. Took it back and the assistant manager said thats what ithe armor all does but would not rewash my truck. Had to pay all over again for a wash. Im done. Whatever you do stay away from the Armor All!!

I been coming here for years. And i had my car detailed and a oil change and while they were vacuuming my car out they bro k the arm to my seat recline underneath the seat my seat can no longer move forward and back and when i asked the manager which vacummed the car out he denied it and had a poor attitude about it and implied that i did it. O drive home from lax and live in Crestline. There is no reason i would lie about this. I came out of my way to address the issue to just be called a liar. The manager Francisco is very unprofessional and uncooperative. I will not be coming here again. People beware

Man, slowest service ever. Everytime I come here its gets slower and slower. Now I remember why I dont come very often. 1 hour and my cat is not even in the line to get washed yet. If It wasnt desperate for a wash, Id be gone.

Although they did seem to touch pn all services offered, it seemed they werent very thorough for the price charged. My seats werent wiped down, I still had some pollen spots and bugs on my car when returned to me, and debris in the crevis near windshield. My car isnt even 6 months old, so it wasnt a difficult dirty job.

Much better than the last time I went here over a year ago...interior work was excellent! Customer service was very good.

My car looks so shiny! I decided to do a hand wax now that its getting warmer out and it turned out great! Robert was so nice and I appreciate him explaining everything I needed for my vehicle. They need to use the air pressure air so they can remove trash from between the seats..they didnt vacuum it right..Alberto who wiped down and clean the inside of the vehicle did a amazing job..

Paid to get a full detail and didnt even do that didnt put no air freshener in the car didnt wipe the windows down right and didnt do the interior right either. Very disappointed

When here to get my Truck washed and when they then to pre-wash it they person Juan with a camouflaged sun hat. When to take off the antenna he used a Crescent wrench. I watch him throw the window trying to take off by hand first then he used a crescent wrench. This is the and results what happen on a new Truck. And I check with the Manager and show him and told him who it was then he got the owner Jin Choi and he came look at it then want and got Juan and ask him if he did it of course not. So the Owner does not want to do anything CAR OWNER BEWARE.

This places continues to be my go to place. I’ve taken my car to different spots in San Bernardino but this place can’t be beat ! They’re great with your car/truck and they clean as if it was their own !!! I’ve came to this place for over 2 years now and never have I left with an unsatisfactory feeling .5 out of 5 .

Took my car to get it detailed. Overpaid for what I got. Clerk in office was surly, manager didnt know where my car was, then when he finally found it and brought it to me, sent me home without my custom floor mats. So had to make a special trip back to get them. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU CHERISH INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT.

Good first time experience

I just came home from the car wash an hour ago. I paid the $40 to get it washed and waxed. As soon as I left I noticed there were marks on the windows (maybe wax). I was kissed but didn’t go back. I get home and get my winded to clean windows and I joe ice the same spots on my hood. I’m like wth. So I wipe them off and no joke the napkin was dirty. I’m like? Did they not wash my car? I’m so unhappy with the service. The automatic $10 was through the machine does a better job, if not the same. Don’t waste your money.

I’m not sure if this is a hand car wash cause they put it thru a wash system then they dry it by hand.. I asked for a hand detail on my car and when I got initially it looked good cause it was just washed but then the next day I noticed all the mirrors had watermarks and the back wasn’t even waxed when I noticed it the next day, just get a regular wash they’re not worth the price if waxing your car

I love coming here. They do a good job but I do notice they miss some spots every now and then.

The crew hete is pretty fast and the machines they use have some of the softest cleaning wipers I have seen. The price is about $4 less than the next nearest car wash, but this is better. Havent tried the detail yet.

They washed my glove compartments very cleanly and especially they did annice job on the rims. In overall, my car looks so shiny and I will definitely come back!

Great service, come here all the time when I’m feeling lazy to wash my car. A bit pricey, but they do a great job cleaning my car.

Quality of the wash was okay. Though I waited there for about an hour. Apparently car had been ready but they neglected to tell me and they forgot air freshener that I didnt notice until I had left since I was irritated. Guess the guys were too busy talking to the cute cashier.

I used to bring my car here a few years ago but quit because it was too expensive and not a good job! I usually do my own but decided to try this place again since it is up the street from me. It is still too expensive and they still do a lousy job! I had to have them re vacuum it and the windows and mirrors are so smeared I have to do them over. I also had to go over the console area and inside of door when I got home. I went early hoping that would make the difference. I wont go back.

Sloppy work from start to finish. I purchased their 25$ super package Complete waste of money. If you care for your vehicle youre better off using a few quarters in one of those self washers and clean your vehicle yourself.

Amazing service every time I go! Took my Renegade there a few weeks back. The 4x4 system locks up when it senses theres no traction so three of the guys helped guide and drive it through the wash. Not a scratch and they had a good laugh about it. Cant recommend them enough!

This is the 2nd time it has happened to me. The first time,i was charged for the superior car wash and the guys just ran it thru without any wax. Today i went again and I paid a much more expensive package and with that came the spray was. This was never done and when i confronted the employee, he pretended that he didnt know English and he was showing me the spray can trying to tell me that he used that spray. I knew it was a lie and when i opened the trunk it was still messy. Never vacuumed. I am just letting everyone know to be careful when you take your vehicle there for a carwash. I will never go there again to be robbed again.

Went to get an oil change and a car wash, first thing I was told the guy the does oil changes went to lunch and hasnt come back let me call him. Attendant comes back apparently made a phone call and tells me he is not coming back today. This happen 2 hours before they close

Do not go here, they broke my driver side mirror and refused to fix it. I noticed this right away, and went and got a worker and a manager to come look at it, he played with it and put in back into place, he told me to let him know if it keeps happening, which it keeps falling out while on the road, so i went over there to let them know it keeps faliing out and needs to be repalced they said they can take care of it there at the Car wash so when i asked him are you certified to for that, this is a car wash spot, he said they can glue it, the man was very disrespectful the way he was speaking to me told me that they guy who first looked at the mirror doesnt speak good english and that no they would no replace it.

Not really a full hand car wash. They start out by hand, run it through the machine wash, then dry by hand. They claim that their machines have softer material to wash as opposed to a regular drive through wash. Didnt matter... On inspection, I immediately saw swirl marks after the wash. The dry was just ok, I still had to dry areas on my car when I got home. I asked for just an exterior only and it costs $10. For the price I would expect that I wouldnt have to do any extra work like drying. Very upset that one of my new cars first washes left swirl marks that will now need attention.

So disappointed. Prices are high..they charge more for SUV and trucks even is they are the smaller version. Senior day is Thursday with $5 OFF but then charge you more for SUV. My SUV is not an escalade so if my SUV is the same size as a Toyota Camry why do I pay more. They didnt open the vehicle up to clean my third roll seats so y did I have to pay more. I wont be back

Took my car in for an oil change on Friday and today Tuesday to 8th I notice that is leaking oil look under my car and they put a blue plug going g back tomorrow hopefully theyll fix it I took pictures

Over the course of six months I noticed they were charging me more and more I referred a friend to go down there $20 less then what theyre charging me this is the appreciation I get for coming there for more than a year-and-a-half the quality consistently has plummeted

Went in today to get my truck washed they did a really crappy job still had mud on the truck and tires were still dirty but the ladies inside are very nice people

Why do they charge more for a small SUV or small pickup I can see a big Chevy or huge Cadillac Escalade but a escape or Pathfinder...they are the same size as a sedan
