Not happy with this shop at all!! I came to get tires and oil change. I seen that they put new tires on my car but didn’t notice them do a oil change. When they called my name and said my car was ready. I asked the guy at the front desk ( who obviously doesn’t care about his job at all) if they did my oil change and he said ya. I didn’t trust him so I check my oil and it wasn’t done!! I let them know that my oil change wasn’t done and they said they didn’t know my car was getting a oil change. I showed him my paperwork showing that I paid for a oil change and he said okay. No apologies and no concerns for me almost driving off thinking my oil change was done. This is absolutely unacceptable and I promise I will not becoming back again!!

They were the best. I had gone to 5 different places to get the wheel bearings replaced nobody would help me except for AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT! VERY FRIENDLY AND THE WORK WAS DONE SO FAST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This used to be my go-to place to replace the tires on my Jeep, but I am over the poor communication. A few months ago I ordered four tires online and set an appointment, got an email confirmation, showed up and they didnt have the tires. So today, after I made an online appointment to have my spare replaced, I called the store to confirm they actually had the tire in stock - even after getting the same email with my receipt and appointment time. The associate said they didnt have it in stock, couldnt order it by the appointment time, and this wasnt his problem because an email from them titled Appointment Confirmation and listing all my order details said in fine print at the very bottom that I needed to call *them* to confirm. 1) rude; 2) calling was literally exactly what I was doing, or Id have showed up yet again at my appointment time only to have wasted my time again.For the price of off-road tires, I will take my business somewhere that its worth courtesy over the telephone, and actually did find the same tire for less at another online retailer with local installation available. I encourage anyone reading to shop around!

First time shopping for tires here. I called ahead of time to get a quote over the phone and make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful in going over my options and prices. The day of service, I was checked in quickly and checked out just as quick when my car was ready. I highly recommend them.

One of the staff was excellent and really helpful when ordering the tire I purchased. The other guy who helped me when I picked up the tire was the opposite. He ignored me for long periods of time while working on other orders on the phone and computer. I wont go back.

Slow as heck and it was over 100° today. Summer days they should have a cooler between the entrance and work area where the customers sit with ice water and Gatorade. At least the methheads kept us entertained.

Great customer service. Purchased a set of tires at a great price. A few months later I hit some road debris on the freeway and there went two of them. Good thing I had purchased the road hazard warranty to limit the cost of replacing the tires. Ken handled my call and set me up to get them replaced quickly. Thank you guys.

I got there early. They became super busy shortly after. I assumed it would take about 2 hours. It was a bit longer than that, but not much. Friendly staff, good prices. Kenneth and Matthew were really good at answering all my questions. They were the lowest price online of the five places I researched. I would definitely return.

Ive been going here for a few years and Ive gotten good prices for my tires. The staff are friendly and dont mind answering questions. They just fixed my rack and pinion for a good price. The mechanic took the time to explain what was wrong with it. It was shot. I was very satisfied with his work.

Do NOT go here. I recently moved to the City and decided to give this local spot a try instead of driving to my usual spot which is further away in my old hometown. I needed to get a flat tire replaced and was told it would be an hour wait. After an hour they came and got my vehicle to begin working on it. I waited an additional hour due to lack of communication and an unprofessional staff. The original guy that took the car had left and didn’t bother to tell anyone about getting my tire fixed. When I went and asked another guy what the wait time for my vehicle was he disrespectfully stated “I’m working on another vehicle give me a minute” and didn’t even try to get someone else to look at it or find out anything about my situation. A couple minutes later another guy who looked like he was returning from lunch started working on my vehicle or at least I thought. He just left it as well and failed to mention anything. Finally I walked into the garage and asked if I could have my tire back because I’m leaving. At this point I believe the manager came in and asked what was going on and after all of this waiting my tire was unrepairable. I could’ve been told this way earlier but no one bothered to communicate which resulted in me waiting two hours for absolutely nothing. I tried to give this local spot a chance and it completely backfired. I ended up driving the distance to my usual spot and was taken care of with a new tire and on my way home in under 30 minutes. Do not waste your time or money coming her to get anything handled.

This business should definitely update its closing time to 5:30pm if they are unwilling to take business until 6:00 pm . I was turned away for a simple tire rotation and told to come back the next day at 8am no I would like to go somewhere else to get them rotated but I have purchased all four of my tires from this place and my tire rotations are supposed to be free as well but I have had nothing but a hard time with this place customer relations are definitely below satisfactory ..

I had a great experience at American. I needed a specific tire. They ordered the tire, and were able to put it on my car the next day, earlier than expected. They were also more inexpensive than the other 3 places that I contacted. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with as well!

Friendly crew, just needed a simple patch on a tire, corrected the pressure on all four tires, put the spare away, and got me out the door. Good spot.

Great service. Quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment online on a Sunday afternoon for the following day to have winter tires installed. Tires were not in stock but arrived and were ready for my appointment at 3:30pm. Ken was very helpful and patient working with me.

Kenneth is not professional at all, smh I went in to get 4 brand new tires and he came off very rude.. he asked me what kind of tires do I need and me not being that smart and savvy about it he was upset .. Id hope replacing all four tires would get rid of the weird grinding noise I hear when taking right turns but now I know its a bad bearing I can fix it! I called many places and American Tire Depot was in the same ballpark as the rest of the places I called price wise, just they had my tire in stock where others had to special order.Staff and service were both very courteous. The service department went above and beyond by installing valve stem caps on all my wheels that were missing them and checking all my tire pressures without me even asking.I wish them well, they are good people, and I thank them for their service by getting me back on the road again.

Really bad service took it for alignment first time didn’t do it right take it back and took 2 hours to work on it and never fixed it

Bait and Switch INC.So we spent some time searching tire prices over the weekend. We booked an apt for Monday. My wife went alone to get the two tires we had ordered:$187 OTD. When she arrived, she was told that they did not have those tires in stock. according to their company policy the computer is supposed to alert them to this and they are supposed to contact you and let you know this. They told her their computer wasnt working correctly. However they did have another pair for an additional few dollars for $222.00. she called me, upset asking if it was okay to spend the extra money. I told her go ahead we had already made the appointment and all the arrangements for her to be there. the guy came back out and told her that he didnt have them in stock but he would send somebody right away to go and pick them up. Excuse me, dont have those tires in stock?!?!. Why couldnt he have just gone and picked up the pair for $187 in the first place? Needless to say she was fit to be tied and left. If you like to play games with money, time, people and tires I advise you to go there and have fun!!please dont worry they will not cease to amuse you and take more money from you than you ever thought possible all for a couple tires! If you dont like games, STAY AWAY!!

I have been here twice. Both times I had a tech named Alex. Im assuming hes a manager here. Both times he was very welcoming and down to earth. All the people here were cool actually. They talk to you like people and not a receipt / sale. I didnt have any issues talking to him or anyone. My service was relatively quick from start to finish. I recommend to anyone really that doesnt want to be past off by there mechanic.

Went in for an alignment and tires service. I believe the tech’s name is Danny, he got me in and out quickly. He was professional and even though they were extremely busy, ensured every customers questions were answered.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with fantastic service. Mr Ken helped me out right away. Got me back on the road as soon as possible.

Americas Tire is a good place to purchase tires...yes...however last set(4) I purchased...2 were straight and 2 wobbled...however...I got every mile out of those tires had rated of...30,000 Geolanders...all 4 were Geolanders.. got my van unstuck out in IOWA CLAY...IN REVERSE...I HAD HUNDREDS OF POUNDS OF RED CLAY, PLOPPING FOR WEEKS, LIKE UT CAME FROM A COW...WORTH EVERY PENNY I PAID FOR THEM!!!!

I was able to come in without an appointment. Josh was very helpful. He explained what was wrong with my car and he even showed me the problem on my car while it was up on the lift. He also showed me the old parts after they were removed. He did not sell me any new work that I did not ask for. I would definitely go to this shop again

I have a few months coming here and Josh has done an Excellent job in taking care of me. He has helped me get the correct tires I need and whats best for my pick up. I have done my maintenance here and will continue to come and get my service done here because of the great customer service and great reliable work.

Staff changed my front tire brakes but did not do it right at the first place. Another staff took a test drive didnt even notice the clicking sound. I have to return to the workshop afterwards. Btw, no one is wearing mask or have any face covering.

So I have been needing new tires, but I could have maybe gone another 4 months or so. I woke up this morning to a Big Screw almost in my side wall. Called around to a few tire places and no one really answers me till here. Matt answered and I gave him my tire size and he ask if he could call me back with a quote in 10 minutes. He called me back in 7 minutes and said he would come on his lunch to plug and air my tire enough to get me to the gas station because it was flat all the way. I went to the shop and they took care of me right away with a good price and I am all good now. If you need anything here ask for Matt! He went above and beyond. Thank You

Made an appointment with the tires I wanted and got a price, went in and they said they didn’t have the tires and said it would be like $100 more

Made appointment on the 22nd for the 25th for 2 tires and a front end alignment.Show up the 25th and the alignment machine was just ripped out yesterday for an upgrade.OK I will just get the tires mounted and come back when its done and they are able to do alignment.Fill out paperwork and am then told they dont have the tires I specified in the appointment app I filled out 3 days ago and would i be interested in some tires they had in stock.I asked why wasnt I notified of this before. No response.I will never purchase anything from this Company.

Great shop, they took the time to find a couple of parts for my car that apparently arent very common and even offered to drive a fair distance so that I could have my car back on the same day. They were already great on pricing so I declined the special trip and decided to wait a day instead. An overall great experience at a local car shop.
