The nail techs here are amazing! I’ve been going to Professional for 8 years and my nails always come out perfect. Even after moving an hour away, I still go here because I won’t trust anyone else with my nails! There are tons of polish types and color options, including mood-changing gel. They always give a nice hand massage, and even gave out free gifts for the holidays last year. Genuinely good people who do amazing work!

These women came to my rescue! They could see I was in distress! They gave me shelter, water and a place to sit down. They even ask a client if she would give me a ride from Highland Pk. to Northbrook. Who does that these days. I was so stressed I didnt even ask the person who was so caring & helpful her name. Just know you saved me!

I highly recommend Professional Nail Spa. Not too many nailsalons offer Acrylic nails.LUCY did a fabulous job!

Love these ladies!! Came in from Colorado for the art show and stopped in for acrylic nails in the dipping powder. She did an amazing job! So happy with how they turned out

Super bad they did the drill on my nails then tried to charge me an extra 50 for the same thing instead of the original price. She cleaned the dust from the drilling on my nails with a filing then continued to use it on another costumer without sanitizing. She almost ripped my nails off, I walked out of there and did it myself. Super unprofessional, unsanitary, never coming here. My finger tips are sore.

Over priced, charged me $85 for a mani and pedicure, no chip. And I didnt even get a hot wax treatment. Do not recommend. The price book says 60, I addressed it and she said she needs to print new prices due to Covid. Do No recommend. She even said because I want expensive service. This is a basic service.

Hands down the most professional and nicest group of ladies! They give the best pedicures and gel manicures. I stand on my feet all day over 40 hrs a week and when I leave here I feel like a new refreshed person. They listen to what you want and have you check to see if you would like anything adjusted. I usually do call to make a appointment and rarely wait when I arrive. When calling they are happy to help and remember your name quickly. The place is clean and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going here for a while now. Helen is the absolute best nail tech! Not only is she super sweet, but she is also super talented. She puts care into the results of your nails. Five stars all around.

Great gel and acrylic nails, awesome range of no chip colors and regular Polish. 3 main ladies that are always happy and friendly. They usually can take walk ins but Friday/saturday its better to make an appointment.

One amazing place to get ur pampering done,amazing people. I would recommend professional nails to everyone. For some reason my nails never chipped or lift. Continue to do what you do best ladies.

This is my go to!!! Always feel very welcomed, I definitely feel the great vibes once I enter the place. All of these ladies are super friendly and almost perfectionist which is why my nails always come out looking great! Only bad thing is they’re a little bit of expensive, I tried looking somewhere else that does my nails good & cheaper but couldn’t find any other places! I would reccoment going to Hellen because she always does a great job.
