Horrible experience. My niece and sister got their acrylic nails done at this location. Not even a week after all their nails fell off. Called the place and told them the issue and they said they would fix it. When they got there they did not take them in and claim they are not responsible. The lady on the phone was so rude and accused me of lying even though they knew the service was done less then a week ago. Save your money, I paid $160 for both girls and they did a horrible job.
Worst nail salon ever! They go through the motions of a manicure and do nothing ! They use products in your nails that are old that they pour from one bottle to another. They are very unprofessional and have major attitude.Would never step a foot in there again. There are so many other nail salons to go to that are professional and welcoming . Stay away
Today, I visited this shop to do my nails. For my manicures, first time I tried Dip Powder Nails. It is great and fun to try out! I will definitely try different colors next time. Also, scrubs are very lovely and lotions with few drops of oil are very soothing my hands. After use, my hands feels very soft and nice. i cant wait till go back and try new products that they have...
WORST NAIL SALON EVER. My cuticles were torn off and so over priced for the horrible service I received. Workers were so rude and disrespectful never going back
Due to its proximity to my workplace, I frequented Botti for convenience-sake. Even after several sub-par appointments - both manicure and eyebrow - I gave the salon the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they have repeatedly burnt my skin while doing my eyebrows and did not manage to properly do the bare minimum cleanup. I have repeatedly brought to their attention my skin irritation, as well as unclean areas, to which they scoffed. One technician went as far as claiming my skin was not red when it was redder than a tomato. They work far too quickly and sloppily and apparently take no pride in their work. If you are looking to get your brows done, this is not the place to go.
I was staying at a hotel in Northbrook and I decided that it had been long enough of where I just want to get my nails done (meaning I did not even remember the last time I did anything to them). Going through Yelp I came across Botti Nail & Spa, and seeing the good reviews I thought I would go and give it a chance.Let me tell you, I am really happy that I decided to give it a chance, although I was initially apprehensive of trying a new nail salon. This salon is beautifully decorated and has a wall of polishes that you can choose from, there is truly a color there for everyone no matter what shade of purple to blue your heart desires.I decided to get a manicure and pedicure and the experience is for sure one to write home about. The pedicure has the most relaxing massage chairs I have ever experienced and has different modes on the remote so you can find what type of mini massage you want. The pedicure lasted over half an hour (did not time it, but assuming through watching Fixer Upper). There was a scrub as well as a leg massage which felt great. My nail tech took extra care of my toes which was great - they were pretty wrecked and she dealt with me giggling from being ticklish. After my pedicure I went and paid, the cool part of this salon is that they have a rewards program so you earn points! At 20 points you can earn a free manicureAt 40 points you can redeem a free pedicureThere are three different locations, one in Highland Park, Wheeling, and Lake Bluff. After paying for my services, I went over to the nail bar. I was asked which type of scrub I would want - I let my nail tech decide and I got lavender which smelled lovely. Once again my nail tech took the time to ensure that my cuticles were well taken care of and my nails turned out beautifully.I was directed to the drying table which I stayed at for half an hour since I usually have no luck with normal nail polish and wanted to ensure they were completely dry before leaving the salon. I was surprised that once I sat down at the dry bar I received a shoulder and neck massage. After sitting at the table I brought my cute little rewards card up getting ready to pay for the manicure, which my nail tech then informed me that I had already paid for both of my services and ready to go. The fact that I only spent $45.00 for the amazing services I got, really blew my mind as I am used to paying a high price tag for my usual acrylic.I am not from the area of where these salons are located - however, if I am in the area I am for sure stopping in for another manicure and pedicure.
First time there . Went there because they were SUPPOSE TO BE strict about distance due to Covid. When they we’re running behind they had close to 20 people inside. They did a Horrific job on my nails. They told me $50 for dip nails . I always get a French and will pay the $5 more. THIS PLACE CHARGED ME $75 FIR A FRENCH MANICURE. I asked her why so much and she said she charges $25 to apply a French. Told her that’s unheard of. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOTGIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS . Nails uneven and caked on
The inside is quite lovely and very clean. After over 30 years at a different place, its nice to have a street view! The ladies are wonderful, Very caring. I only had a color change, but cant wait for a regular manicure!A really great experience! I cant say enough terrific things about this place! Its also close by, what a nice change from having to drive 20 minutes!#theyhavemybusiness!
This place is absolutely fantastic! I was visiting friends in Highland Park from Canada and we went for some pampering and Botti delivered! I asked for a manicure and she did an amazing job, she was efficient, polite, professional and friendly. I really liked the colour so she offered to do a polish change on my toes. I was expecting that she would just remove the old polish and put on the new stuff. She went above and beyond and cut and filed my nails as well. Also, the next day I called to see if I could buy the colour and they called their other locations and had it delivered so I could get it before I left for home. I have never had a better experience and would definitely go back. 5 stars isnt enough in my opinion.
I usually love this place. Today I came and a tech named Allen was doing my manicure. So bad. She was so rough and mean. Even the massage was so haphazard. She was so rude when I was going to pay. I left her a small tip because that is all she deserved. She laughed. I love this place but ask for a change if Allen is supposed to do you manicure. JENNY is a great and pleasent nail tech.
I am in the area for an Army formal event and decided to get my nails done. I was thrilled to get an appointment the day of the event for not only a manicure, but also a pedicure. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely recommend this place to other army/military significant others in the area. I will be back!
This has been my favorite cut in Highland Park this far. The stylists are incredibly precise and cut hair with great care and style. Great salon if you are looking for quality hair cut.
Awesome services and nice atmosphere! I will definitely come back for my next pedi.
I had a waxing and lady had just smoked a cigarette. The entire time her hands were by my face it was all I could smell. It was absolutely horrid.
Quick and efficient manicure but the service was a little awkward/tense. Will go again and hope it was a one-time thing.
Good no chip Mani and pedi.. price was competitive inspite of being in highland Park
Great massage and pedicure for someone always on their feet!
They have awesome service! :)
