Once again you ask them and pay them to do an expection on your vehicle...and they will tell half the problems..Especially if its major engine problems they will have you fixed everything that is not major have you spend all your money to turn around and tell you exactly what the original problem was something major they already foreseen....just to get the dollar

This shop does install customers parts and in my case did a very good job of it. This is a larger shop but the wait isnt too long. Labor costs are a little higher than other shops at least for what I had done but costs werent unreasonable considering the quality of work done.

I love love love them! They always get my car issues straightened out and they dont do unnecessary work. They will tell you what is wrong with your car and if it is something that can wait they will tell you. They also do credit through American First Finance and it helped with my credit score. (Must pay off within 3 months or the interest is astronomical!) I always deal with Tony but the whole staff is awesome!

Please don’t ever get work done here I could’ve died dealing with these unprofessional people I went and got two front hub bearings and a axle seal is what I requested they never did my front hub bearings but charged me 745 plus tax and I still hear humming sound from the front and was told oh we did the rear than I could’ve died cause they didn’t tighten up my axle I hate them and I’ll never do business with them ever again in life please find someone else to trust with your car I wish I did the same

Don’t go here! They took 4 hours to change tires on my Ford Fusion. Total cost $390 for used tires and labor. I was there at 8:30am when they opened and I was stuck there until 1pm. Ridiculous! File your reports/complaints with Better Business Bureau. This shops rips off the community. Sick.

Had my impala 3 days $985 to fix brake hoses decrease my engine n wt ever reason my oil leaked out all over my engine one month later my car says the same stop engine low oil pressure sooo wt did yall really fix. I got my flex pipe done at a muffler shop n they showed me my car still leaking oil.

Often got repairs there, but there are multiple times, after I have got my repairs done something else start to not work. Its just so coincidental that this happens all the time. Do they fix the work you asked them to fix, yes. Are their prices inexpensive, yes. But its on you.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I took it in to have the vehicle repaired. Knowing exactly what was wrong with it. Thinking I was a woman and didnt know any better they told me a million things was wrong with my car. Things I know was not wrong with it. I told them exactly what it was. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle. The part that I dropped off with the vehicle was missing. I asked where it was and they said We didnt touch the part. we barely went into the car. I find it funny the cars in a secured lot (locked vehicle) and now may part is magically missing. And its the only thing missing from my car. DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT take your vehicle here. EVER. Dont get roped in by the 90 day financed repair either. Theyll tell you a million things is wrong just to get the check. I would never recommend this place.

Replaced ball joints, tie rods and control arm

Do not go to them! They will ruin your car. I went to get my window fixed and they wanted to check out the whole car because I had a warranty. I allowed them to do so and they changed the bushings on my passenger side. After they changed the bushings they put my control arm on wrong and when I went up there 3 different times complaining about the noise I hard from my front passenger side they told they couldnt find anything. I asked them to test drive it and they wouldnt. They never showed my any damage to my car, never showed me the parts that were replaced. I got my car fixed by another shop and because my warranty was with Holbrook they could not fix the control arm. The other mechanic showed me where they put the part on wrong and I took a picture. I showed them and then they fixed it. By that time it was too late and I needed another control arm and they didnt tell me. The mechanic I went to before did. I took it up to Holbrook again. I told them what I wanted done. When I picked up my car, my passenger side tire was make an even worse noise than before. I had the car checked out by 2 different mechanic after that and they both told me that the wheel alignment Holbrook gave me after fixing my control arm caused the boot on drivers side to twist and it needed to be replaced and the boot in my passenger side was cut and all they did was zip tie it so it needed to be replaced. And on top of that Holbrook cut my cord lines to my transmission and now I have a leak. $450 worth of damage on top of paying Holbrook $395 to fix the original problem they caused. I have pictures, I have recipts and a timeline of everything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! Ive been going to them for 2 years and they have completely ruined my car. And refuse to acknowledge theyre mistake. I am filing a BBB complaint.

Im so glad I was refered to Holbrook. They take care of their loyal customers by standing behind their work. They give you a warrenty 12,000 mile/12 month.

Went in with the intentions of getting only my brakes and rotors replaced, turned out it was so much more worse than that to the point that it became unsafe for me to drive. Fortunately, Emon and Tony took care of mr. Not only did Tony fixed everything but Emon went above and beyond to assist me with the payment plans. These guys are fantastic. Im definitely have Holbrook Auto in my top 3 shops to go to when Im in need of an auto rescue.

Just dont go here. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the service here. For minor things they arent too bad. For larger repairs, you are taking a risk.I had a 600 new catalytic converter installed back in April 2013. I have the invoice here to prove it. I just had that same converter replaced two weeks ago (Nov 2013). The vehicle hadnt even been driven 500 miles during this time.The new shop said the converter was completely clogged up. There is just no way this could have been possible unless Holbrook didnt actually do the job they were paid for.Sadly, this is not the first time they botched a repair on a vehicle. One repair took them over a week to do, this was a few years ago. They messed up my passenger lock and my drivers side door hinge. They, of course, deny all responsiblity.It is my own stupid fault for continuing to use their service, but in Detroit it is difficult to find reliable and inexpensive auto work. I guess double for the reliable part here too.Thankfully Ive moved and have access to better auto service. I hope I never see these guys faces again. Let this serve as a warning to others... caveat emptor!

Slow service especially when youre paying $95 hr for electrical work. $65 for diagnostic on car, that fee they take off your repair if you can afford it.

I needed a front headlight bulb put in it took them every bit of 12 minutes to put it in it took them 6 minutes to get my vehicle to the back they still charged me for two hours of Labor that should be against the law and I would tell everybody not to go there because its a rip-off everyone cant afford that and they really didnt have to charge me like that that was crazy to change a bulb over $200 and it took all of 12 minutes to do the job that is very very abusive theyre taking advantage of people and its not right the Better Business Bureau should be aware of this type of situation they do it on a regular basis and yes Im very upset I will never go back and I will tell everyone on the internet and verbally
