I called and rescheduled an appt with D.P. the salesperson and I requested instructions for him to give me a call if the car that I was interested in was sold or not.The guy never called though he was at the dealership because the receptionist told me he was there. Came there for a recall repair. All was done good sa and on time.One little detail, they replaced my grey safety belts with black ones... yes, functionally the same.They sad they will wait till monday to get right part (left my track on Thursday), but called Friday... not sure if by Monday they would have procured right color belts...

I roamed around there for a 1/2 hour nobody offered to help me
Cracked my dashboard while changing oil. Service manager said they will fix it. 2 months nothing. Called Lexus Corporate, provided him with the written card saying they will replace it plus I recorded whole conversation. After 4 months they replaced the dashboard. While test driving at night, half of my radio does not light up. Went next day, service manager threatened to call POLICE on me. Refused to service my car.So be carefull. They cracked my dashboard(replaced), cracked my leather seat (replaced), and after everything my seat is not heating up, and half my radio is not lighting up at night. If I did not record conversation, they would not replace anything. Criminals.

I was pleasantly surprised by the A+ sales service in Lexus of Highland Park. Sales representative Charles was able to find an ES 350 of Autumn Shimmer(brown) color, exactly as i wanted. He managed the delivery from the neighboring state for me. The quote was totally fine for the decent vehicle like this one. Mohammed Ali explained all features, how to set up the seat position memory, Lexus Android apps, door locks, radio and many more. I am really satisfied. Dreams come true sometimes.

One front tire on my Lexus was losing air. I would usually look at Sears or Goodyear for tire deals/installation. To diversify my search I reviewed HP Lexus dealership who had a special - $100 off 4 tires, which was competitive with other retailers. I made my appt - a bit skeptical for pitches and upselling ......but the experience and work was 100%. I was given a rental - no charge and regular updates on work. No pressure selling. Price is as expected but the WORK was AMAZING. They performed a 15 point check which my sales rep said was more like 100 point check...I think they even washed it. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!!! My SUV has never driven better!!!
I had a nagging tire pressure (TPMS) light on my Lexus LS 460 for several weeks, and it was not a simple TPMS reset. After letting a Toyota dealer try to correct the issue, and having the issue resurface some 75 miles later, I got my car into Lexus of Highland Park for the first time ever.What a great facility! Nick in service checked me in quickly, listened and noted all of the details, and got a good diagnosis within an hour that the sensor was the issue. He then corrected himself about 10 minutes later, indicating that the sensor was OK but just needed a reprogramming, and this saved me about $100. I highly recommend Nick and Lexus of Highland Park for service on your Lexus. I will be going there in the future for my needs.
We were in the market for a Lexus RX 350. Over the years we have purchased other vehicles including 3 Lexus vehicles and had to deal with the never-ending negotiation process and always left unsure if we got the best deal possible. Lexus of Highland Park was the first dealership that we felt we got a good price without any haggling or constant back-and-forth negotiations for the purchase of our Lexus RX 350. I purchased a 2017 NX200T FSPORT L Certified with very low miles at a very competitive price. My first conversation was with Lisa with Internet sales and she was pleasant, professional and accommodated my many questions with the appropriate answers. Her follow up was professional and hassle free, she even contacted when there was a decrease in the price. My sales associate was Carl Ritz and he was very competent knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me, as I compared other vehicles at his dealership and compared with others that I had information on. I left the dealership because I was undecided between two SUV’s of the same type and pretty close in price although one had a blemish and I wanted time to think about that. Carl didn’t hassle me, he only called me to confirm the date I said I would return and to see if I had any additional questions. I’m happy with my purchase. I drove from Chicago because my neighborhood dealership was low on inventory. I’m excited to be a part of the Lexus family I driven many cars from Stingrays, Cadillac, Volvo and Jaguars, Toyota’s and others but this is my first personal SUV and Lexus. Not even an ounce of effort to match or hear what I had to say. Then proceeded to talk about how there are millionaires in the area that come in buy these vehicles and inferred he didnt need my business. Rough man....really rough...
We drove from Omaha Nebraska for a great deal. When we got there we found out we were going to get a greater deal than expected! No haggle or hassle with up sales! I will drive 7.5 hours for our next purchase, no questions asked! Eric and his team deserve the 100% satisfaction rate.

We bought a pre owned 2017 Toyota Highlander from here. Excellent experience all around. No pressure sales approach. David was a pleasure to work with.
My father in good faith bought a used car from this dealership and within three months the transmission went kaput. He now has to pay 3700 dollars to fix this vehicle. Combined with the cost of fixing the transmission and the cost he payed for the vehicle he could have found a new car or one in better condition. When my father brought it to their attention they just told him that he should have paid for an extended warranty. In this situation they did not do the right thing they sold my dad a lemon. This is a dealership that has does not have good ethical values. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values good business ethics.

Nice clean dealership with pleasant sales folks that had what we thought was a nice clean Lexus GX470. Dont buy into the Lexus plus quality used vehicles hype.With in a week we discovered the emergency brake does not work, the exhaust broken in half and a large rust whole that goes into the cab of the vehicle. Also, the nice leather seats turned out to be not so nice. They where apparently painted to make them making them look almost new, well the paint is coming off and quickly reveling very warn seats.We are not looking forward to what our second week of ownership will reveal. Very disappointed in the quality of this used vehicle that was supposedly inspected and meet there very stringent and high standards .This Lexus Plus dealership does not seem to be any better than a shady buy here pay here used car dealer.

The manager spent just 10 mins and said that someone scheduled an appointment to test drive that vehicle so that we have no time. And he mentioned three times that he is a manager. Also, he said that the computer assigned the price, and he can not change it. The question is, if the machine assigns the price, what are you doing here?! Very terrible service. And I am a return customer. Would not repurchase the car again from this dealership.

Sales Associate Mike Brice- Honest, unwavering integrity, responsive. Ownership: Honorable even after the sale. Bought car site unseen. Best car purchase experience ever. And no, I am not getting paid for this review!!! I really mean this. I was interested in this car. I was in Atlanta. Mike let me know what the problems were with the car and we were able to work out an agreeable price to have them fixed there prior to my having it shipped down to Atlanta. When I realized the CD changer did not work properly after the fact- never mind that I did not contact him about this for months after receiving the car due to my busy schedule- they covered the cost of the repair! This was all during their move into a new office. I do not know if I have ever done business with a company like this and certainly not these days! Thank you Lexus of Highland Park. I could not be any happier with my new car!
After searching for several months, I found the exact car I was looking for at this dealership. I emailed early Sunday morning to ask if the car was still there, as I was planning to make a 2-hour drive Monday to see it. Gary Chan called me shortly after my email, to confirm that the car was still available. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was able to see all aspects of the car and its history. I drove home on Monday in an amazingly-priced, fully loaded car that met all my needs. The dealership was clean and well organized, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. I would recommend Lexus of Highland Park to anyone!

My Christmas nightmare became a reality when I walk into Lexus of Highland park to purchase a used vehicle. I purchased a used 13 Escape, $11000.00. The salesman stated upfront no negotiations because we are a Lexus Plus dealer, our prices are fixed. (Still not sure what Lexus Plus really means). I assumed that it meant that they stand by what they sell. {HOT AIR!!}. Just after 3 months the transmission failed and the repair would cost $4000+ . I contacted Lexus of Highland Park and they offered the usual Small-Timer excuses:- a) You should have purchase extended warrantee b) We cannot know what is happening inside the engine/transmission c) You drive too many miles. The Ford Dealer (Porcaro Ford, Racine) who repaired the vehicle were more willing to assist by offering significant discount on the labor cost, saving me over $600.00. They were even willing to engage with Lexus of Highland park to suggest to them that they at least should cover the main part (Transmission pump) but calls were not answered or returned. Reading the reviews, I was not the first victim of the with Lexus of Highland park. These are TAKERS and buyers must BEWARE.
We bought a car there today, and it was a highly positive experience from the time we first arrived. We searched a wide geographical area since there are no Lexus dealers near where we live. This dealership was by far the most competitive price-wise and was easy to work with. They were very busy today, yet the staff members worked well together as a team to keep things moving along. Adriana Cerlat was our salesperson, and we exchanged several emails back and forth before we ever arrived today, which saved a lot of time. We reached an agreement on our purchase price within 15-20 minutes of arriving because of Adriana’s willingness to provide lots of information in advance and give a firm quote via email. They didn’t have the exact car we wanted on the lot, but they located precisely the car we wanted and brought it in for us, just as Adriana told us they would do. Mike Brice, who is also a sales consultant there, went out of his way to help us as well, assisting with paperwork when Adriana was busy, answering our questions, recommending a great local lunch spot, and even offering to charge our iPhone. The business manager, whose name we can’t recall, was also very good. He nicely informed us about the extended warranty and protection packages, yet there wasn’t pressure to purchase packages we weren’t interested in, which has not always been our experience on past car purchases at other dealerships. After doing a lot of research and price shopping, we drove about 500 miles round-trip to purchase our new car, and it was absolutely worth it!

We had the pleasure of working with David Kay at the Lexus dealership of Highland Park. We had found the vehicle we were looking for, but were coming from three hours away. David was very honest and clear about the condition of the used car we were interested in purchasing so as not to waste our time driving for a vehicle we would not want.Once we arrived at the dealership David had the vehicle clean and waiting with a full tank of gas for us to take for a test drive. Because we were not familiar with the area, he rode with us for the test drive. We decided that indeed we wanted to purchase the vehicle and David was very courteous to my husband and I and our two young children making sure we had snacks and drinks while we waited to fill our paperwork.We were treated with respect and courtesy by everyone we interacted with at the dealership. I test drove an ES300H here on two occassions and worked with Carl both times. He was nice enough but didnt seem to know the product. His response to most of my questions was pretty sure or I think so....well when Im buying a car I want to know what Im buying. Also, I received an email from the manager, Daniel asking me if I needed any more help to contact him. I did contact him and ccd Carl...twice. Never heard back from either of them. In the end I bought a 2020 Porshe Macan down the road. Lost a sale here.

Salesman Matt Khan and manager Tom Covello were very helpful in getting the transaction done quickly on the phone.In addition, when I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to finish the paperwork and enjoy my car as quickly as possible. I purchased a used Civic from Mike Brice almost 3 years ago. I had a positive experience at the time, but didn’t realize how great until a few days ago. He sold me an extended warranty on the car and tires, “I probably just wasted that money” I thought at the time. I have had 2 tires replaced and just needed a new heater core. Lexus covered everything with no hassle or arguments. I feel am appreciative that Mike offered this.
I recently purchased an Nx Hybrid from David Kay,. The experience was the best I have had in purchasing a vehicle. David was professional, efficient, and understanding of my needs. The business manager Julio Gomez did a fantastic job of explaining the need to have the tire protection. I will be certainly refer Lexus of Highland Park to family and friends, and in particular David Kay.
Total bait and switch. Was using this dealer because they are a Lexus Plus dealer which is supposed to mean no haggle no hassle online buying. I picked a new es 350 got a price talked to David Kay and though now this is the way to buy a car. I was not able to pick it up until the weekend so I gave $1000 for a deposit, called my bank and secured a loan. Later I received a call saying the car is not actually new and is a demo the dealers wife has been driving. I then find out it has 7630 miles on it. David offered only a thousand dollar discount when industry standards are 25 to 40 cents a mile for demos. Plus it would not qualify my bank loan as new. No further offers or apologies were ever made.

Definitely would recommend this place. I had trouble changing my plates because the screws were rusted so I went to the dealership to have them help me and they helped free of charge. They even gave me a new Lexus Highland Park license plate holder for free. The people here are also very friendly.
This review is a few months late, but I wanted to say what an amazing experience we had at Lexus of Highland Park. We were buying a used car on their lot, so obviously it wasnt a big money transaction for them, but our salesman, Gary Chan, was absolutely fantastic. He was very willing to show us the complete Car Fax on our vehicle, not overly aggressive, but very informative and friendly. We loved that it wasnt a tense, high-pressure sales pitch. Our experience was so great my husband now says it is the only place we will purchase a car from, and we make sure to tell all our friends. Thanks so much!

I had some huddles to overcome, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I would leave the lot in the car of my choice. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anywhere in the country. Avoid at all costs! Came with a positive attitude today and was looking forward to negotiating on a camaro, asked for information and said I’d come back later Friday, I told them to hold back on checking my credit, what did they do? Tom ran my credit anyways 2-3 hrs later (even though I told him not to!) and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit, and also left with a no new car.Much charlatan talk and little negotiating went on, never coming back.

An excellent Lexus dealer for new and used cars. They provide an exceptional customer sevice. A clean and inviting waiting area with beverages while your car service is being done. Loaner options were very good when any car services needed more time. They were prompt to inform when service was completed while giving some flexibility to pick car.
First rate service experience. Greeted at the car, easy check-in, quick diagnosis, practical solution and great follow-up in getting the work done. The car also get delivered in near detailed conditioned. Small hiccup on communicated price and price at time of pickup quickly remedied without dispute. I would recommend them for any Lexus work.

We had really pleasant experience with sales rep David Kay at Lexus of Highland Park. He is very experienced and patient, but not pushy. He answered all of our questions regarding leasing es350. Since it is our first time to lease a car, you could imagine how many questions we had on our minds. We are really happy about that the entire process is effortless and smooth, which saved us a lot of time and energy. As parents of two young children, we dont have much time to negotiate back and forth. If you are seriously considering purchasing or leasing lexus vehicles, Lexus of Highland Park is the place to go.

I normally dont leave reviews for places I go because people are always quick to review the negative more than the positive but I just have to place such a great review on this dealer because I have never been to a place where I felt like a million bucks. I brought in my Lexus here for the first time for an oil change and I am glad I did. I was easily able to make an appointment online. As soon as I came in I was serviced right away. The gentlemen who took my keys and information were so helpful. The waiting area was so pleasant. They had comfortable seating, TV, a good area for children, free beverages and snacks, Free WIFI and stations where you can plug in and use your laptop. The service was great and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The best news is that I thought the oil change was going to be costly since it was at the dealer and it wasnt too much more than a regular oil change at a Jiffy Lube and I wasnt being pressured into adding more services. Definitely would recommend them.

Exceptional experience at this dealership. I spoke with Lana in sales, and worked with Jon Kommel in used cars. They were professional, organized, fast and fair with pricing. We drove all the way from Naperville after a few calls on a car they had here. It was worth the drive and it was a great experience. Quality company and people!

I’ve bought more than a dozen cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership environment is immaculate and everyone is very friendly. Immediately after I walked in, I was greeted by Karuna who gave me the most stress free, and and pleasure able car buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership inside of 90 minutes. That included finding the right deal, locating the car and agreeing on the delivery. Karuna is a fantastic salesperson, she was professional, friendly, honest and she’s the type of person who you know you can trust. Highly recommended! As long as I stay with the Lexus brand I’ll be going back to Lexus of Highland Park.
Just purchased a used SUV from Charles Raslina at Lexus Highland Park. Charles and the rest of the team at the dealer did a fantastic job. They quickly and efficiently helped me choose a vehicle within my price parameters and arranged terrific financing and warranty coverage. And when it came time to pick up the car, Charles picked me up at the Metra train station (I work in the Loop) and took me to the dealership. Very classy and seamless experience.
Let me start off by saying that Ive bought cars before of many different makes and models. I have visited all sorts of dealerships and dealers and salespeople. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. My salesperson I had dealt with was a man named Kenny Baisley and I also worked with the general sales manager Glenn Fitch. Both were truly honest men and very accommodating when it came to my price point and needs. Some of the most seasoned individuals out of any car buying experience ever, hands down.My wife and I had been in the market for a high end sports coupe for quite a while. And dealing with Highland Park Lexus and finding the correct custom order vehicle that I wanted those two fellows Glenn And Kenny are truly stand up gentlemen.We are now the proud owners of a Lexus RC-F.By the way, the showroom looked fantastic.

Peter roto was very helpful in helping us pick the right car. We’ve been longtime customers with the same model car. Peter showed us a different model we liked better and worked with us to make sure we were happy.
Gary was a very friendly sales person who didnt push me TOO hard during the sale. He was accommodating and made me feel supported throughout the sale. After arriving home with the purchase of vehicle and a finalized sale, I found that there was a mechanical problem and a missing cup holder. I contacted Gary regarding these issues and Gary helped me schedule an appointment to have the car looked at and serviced free of charge and he ordered the cup holder for me. --Not to mention, the dealership washed my car for me when I brought it in! I really appreciated the level of customer service with this dealership and highly recommend this dealership if you are in a market for a Lexus or any of their other used vehicles.The car is immaculate and buying a used Lexus from a Lexus dealership gave me the confidence that my car is of superb quality and passed an inspection of Lexus standards.
Mario and his manager Chad at Lexus of Highland Park did a great job of building trust and confidence by patiently and candidly answering all of my questions as a potential Lexus buyer. They are more focused on the long term rather than on a quick sale just to increase their sales numbers.Since Lexus delivers on its brand promise on every vehicle, the real differentiation for the buyer during the shopping process is to find a sales team like Mario and Chad who in turn deliver on their dealership’s (Lexus of Highland Parks) brand promise. This is your typical car store. I promise you that they will forget you exist 10 minutes after you leave the store.Also, is it not curious how only good reviews show on Google homepage? Recent bad review just seem to slip into obscurity.Lexus makes a wonderful product no doubt. But the personnel at Highland Park really cast a bad light on the whole experience.
