I wouldnt even rate this **** hole of a so called business. I went to this place to purchase a BRAND NEW SET OF TIRES with a 50k mile warranty, the tires were new, I even had to let the stickers ware off. 2 weeks later I was on my way home from work and after driving 10 miles down the hi-way my tps season sensed one tire was low. It is dark at 3am so I looked out the window to look at the tire and it wasnt low, there was a bubble in the tire. 1st they said they would put a loaner tire on my vehicle so i could get around and would call me to pick up the new installed tire. Then the owner said the warranty doesnt cover bubbles in tires and said I hit a curb or pothole

These guys, make sure your visit is customer friendly. Takes care of all your tire, and auto repair needs. I recommend them to anyone in need of service. Sometimes they even feed you lollol

I purchase a car from Hayes and Hayes. The owner Allen, was the worst salesman. Not only did they have me waiting from 10am - 630pm on the car purchased, he kept telling me a few more minutes then hours went past. The car breaks went out first day, no horn, no airbags. I requested a full refund and he blew me off every time. Now I have been stuck with a lemon. Not to mention he say of purchase he tried to get an additional $300 off of me, until I had to break down the math for him. He purposely waited until my uncle left to bring the car that they had no fluids in oil, trans, radiator, washer. They gave us the car on E, and when I went to the gas station found out there was no gas cap. I know they seen it. I also ask for the details of the vechile and they stated it was a good clean car no issues. However, the only part that is good on this car literally is the frame and that’s over stepping it. Do not, I repeat do not buy a vechile from this dealer. I’ve seen how they operate and lack of professionalism is an understatement.

These guy are great. Nothing worse than breaking down but I was so fortunate to have literally broke down with in a block of their location. My truck was done quickly and the mechanic was truthfull and up front with everything. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to friends, family and coworkers and will have all my mantenance work done here.AAAA++++. I COULD ONLY GIVE FIVE STARS BECAUSE 10 WAS UNAVAILABLE !!

They are very friendly and my son even got to help put my back tires on. And they stayed open long enough for me to get the tires. I will be going there for stuff on my car for now on.

Ive brought a new tire $40 and within a week I was back with tire going flat no holes they put air in it sent me on my way come the next week same thing owner blaming me so once again check tire same thing nothing we went back and forth he did another test come out that its a air val over all he calm down and the issue was fixed....
