DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. This place does not deserve any business at all. The owner DISCRIMINATES against people with SERVICE DOGS. I witnessed a VIETNAM VET with his service dog discriminated against by the owner of this place.Police Officers were called to the scene. Thankfully the Officers knew the law and respect individuals with service dogs and respect our Vietnam Vets.I made the mistake to come here today for the first and last time because it was not crowded. Now I know why it was not crowded.

I went there 7:30 this morning almost every washing machine was full! I put money in the triple load $4.50 in never registered so I told the woman in charge there she told me I didnt put the money in I told her I did but she insisted I did not! So I added another $4.50 only because because I had another machine going so I took it as a loss not happy about but let it go! Now my laundry was is done there was not one dryer empty except for 2 out of service machines I had to pack up all my wet laundry and bring it home she knew I was not happy but she said nothing ! She was rude not helpful at all and how come all of these machines were running with only 2 other people in there she was carrying laundry out somewhere! This was a nice place when the gentlemen was there ! I know I dont come here much only because my washer has been broken but this is unexceptable! Someone needs to speak to that woman about her social skills! I wont be back!

Lady that works inside was very rude. Terrible customer service. Their dryers takes forever to dry the clothes and dont even get that hot. The Hispanic lady inside had very poor communications skills and cursed me out, And refused to give the number of the manager to me.
