I had a dress go missing when I used their drop off service. I DESTROYED my house looking for that dress, so before anyone implies I just havent found it in my belongings, understand this: I SPECIFICALLY looked for that dress when I got my clothes back. I needed it for an outing and thats why it was dropped off for laundering. When I inquired about it I was told that clothes sometimes end up in other drop off bags. Like thats a normal thing!? I was also told to come back and speak to the girl who did the actual washing and folding of my clothes. The responses I got seemed as though that specific person is known for helping clothes disappear. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT DROP OFF CLOTHES HERE IF YOU WANT ALL OF IT BACK.
