Pretty good and one of the few ones that open up till 11pm in a safe location. Plenty of washers and driers available.

Half the dryers are broken and the other half are being used by the attendant. Attendant is rude and not helpful. Drive an extra 5 minutes and go anywhere else.

The attendant at the Laundromat is very welcoming and helpful. I dont know what his name is but Thank You !

I would love to know how this won “Best Laundromat” on Long Island. It’s a disaster, meaning it’s a dirty mess, And there were baskets of clothes all over the place.. There was nothing but cold water in the machines, and both change machines were broken. The dryers were all full and the ones that weren’t were out of order. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. So don’t listen to whom ever wrote that review, it’s a hoax

First time coming here and this will be the last. I wanted to try a different laundromat and regret coming to this one. Most of the machine were out of service, and my clothes needed to be washed with warm water, and the machine washed with COLD water! I dont even know how they were even nominated for best laundromat of Long Island.

We have been coming to this laundromat since a year but I don’t feel safe anymore in this store. They have signs wear mask and all. But no one wear mask inside the laundromat and no one even care to ask them to leave or put mask on. If you tell any customer either they threaten you or not listening to you. Please make strict policy during this pandemic. We can deal with most of the out of service dryers but not anti maskers inside the laundromat.

Clean, friendly staff and fair pricing. My wife and I are from out of town and needed to do laundry. We felt very comfortable here and will continue coming back during our stay.

Absolutely the best customer service. The language barrier is there sometimes with some of the workers but they try their hardest to help you and you cannot knock that. 100% of great employees come from great management so keep up the good work.

Great laundromat. There always very helpful. I recently washed a blanket in the large washing machine and they showed me what the right amount of detergent should be used. They also recommended a good fabric refreshioner which was only a dollar in the store.

Worst laundromat I have been ever. Recently I moved from NJ to Long Island. This is my 4th time here and always seeing maximum machines are out of service and some machines even dont supply enough water. Its horrible place.

Good facilities. Good people. Usually bumping cartoons on one of the tvs, so thats a plus. 👍

Good quality work, and they take credit card, which is a big plus. Also they hang your shirts. Thats something the other places dont do.

Place in unbelievable. Dry cleaning and wash and fold service is superb. Laundry is done immediately and the staff is very friendly. What more could I ask for?

Most horrible service. Management was spoken with. Its seems language issues do persist and that makes thing very difficult. I working with this location for 12 years. This year was all my issue. I hope they clear their problems but I am going somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and owner. Be sure the machine you are using is working. Often I have to run a second tine to get all the water spun out at the end of the cycle. They will pay for the second run. Often difficult to find a dryer that works.

My experience is very good, the machines wash and dry very well, the manager is very attentive and the girls are very attentive and respectful. I recommend it .
