The lady that sits at the front, not sure if she’s the owner or if she’s a manager, but she is extremely rude to the employees. She would make the employees feel uncomfortable which made me feel uncomfortable. The employees are very nice and friendly, nails were fine as well. However the lady at the front definitely needs to learn how to be more professional, if it wasn’t for her I would give a five star rating.Update: My nails lasted less then 5 days, I did dip and gel.

This place has the worse customer service !!! The owner is actually nice but the employees don’t care at all whatsoever. I’ve been refused of services twice while I specifically called and booked an appointment with them. THE OWNER NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER EMPLOYEES . If I could give 0 star I would.

I decided to treat my daughter to a mani/pedi. We made her appointment at The Loft a week prior to her visit. On the day of her appointment, the salon texted her that her appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before her scheduled arrival. I can understand nail techs getting sick and not showing up but how about letting a customer know before they drive over. Not only that, but they werent even professional enough to give her the courtesy of a phone call to notify her. On top of that, they wouldnt even a give her a convient time for rescheduling after they messed up. Very unprofessional salon. Since Shulas salon closed, my wife and daughter are looking for a new place. Guess what ! This isnt it! My wife and daughter book tons of nail services. Believe me I know. I pay for most of them. We wont be using these unprofessional people again.

Absolutely the worst salon. Horrendously customer service. Checked in and sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes to then he told no one was available for a mani/pedi.

This salon is very nice and cozy. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming and they are great at doing nails. I have tried them all at this point. BUT I rate this salon 3 stars because it could use a few suggestions for the business to run a bit smoother. Firstly, Definitely missing a front desk person to handle check ins and appointments. I walk in very lost and If I dont walk in to the service area and make my presence known, nobody will come to check on me. Secondly, Whenever you call the number on the website and make an appt it is misleading with the nail technicians schedule. They are not in communication which is an inconvenience for the customer and as well as the technician and no call back to let us know of the double booking. Lastly, nail technicians should definitely take into account that they are working on a client and we do expect excellent customer service. Nobody wants to get worked on while the technicians consistently texting, talking so much to a co worker they stop what theyre doing or is talking on the phone worried about other things and then nipping my cuticles on accident. These are all things I have experienced every single visit.

I’ve been here twice now for gel nails. Paola did a great job the first time and Selena was amazing the second time. Scheduling through Cece was a breeze. She’s patient with my many questions and always responds to me when I text. The atmosphere is friendly and they offer me coffee!!! Love it.

So I went here because the gel mani and pedi is supposed to be $35. The place was nice and the ladies were friendly. However, when it came time to pay I was told that it would be $45. I asked the nail tech why and she said it was because I got an OPI polish. I didn’t do anything different to my nails beside chose a different brand of polish. No special design or anything and I was charged an additional $10. This would have been fine if she could have at least told me beforehand but I didn’t find out until I saw my receipt. Very misleading and sneaky and my nails ended up chipping within a week.

Jenny is the best!!!!! She stayed past store closing hours to do my nails for my NY trip for thanksgiving. I loved my nails!!!!! Definitely recommend her!

Extremely unprofessional!!!I made an appt at 9 with Paola and it was 9:16 and she was still not there. I had called her the day before to confirm she told down my number and never called to tell me she was running late. This was my first time and i willNever go back because companies should be professionals with they customers.
