I only come here on an emergency basis because Sonia is incredible! The owners are the most obnoxious and rude individuals. They do not know what customer service is. If you can avoid this salon I would!

I like the service a lot but the owner is a very rude, impolite lady, she treats me badly because the employee has another appointment. She attacked me with questions like I was there walk-ins which is false because I made my appointment over the phone before. I dont know why the other appointment was more important than me.

Awful. Charged $80 for acrylic nails. Nails were done horribly, All nails uneven, acrylic and paint done horrible and bleeding from all my fingers. It seems like employees do not have actual experience doing nails. Left feeling robbed. I will never be back.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldnt even give them one star!!!! I was treated so poorly! If this is the way they treat a paying customer I cant imagine how they treat their employees! Save your time and money and DO NOT go here! I came inside lost looking for directions because my phone ran out of battery and they practically kicked me out of the place!!! I left wanting to cry because I have never in my life been treated so poorly. How do you have the heart to see someone who is lost and not be kind to help them! As a professional I felt so low, I could never treat anyone this way. This place is whats wrong with the world. I I dont wish any bad upon anyone but I hope they run out of business!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I started coming here because my good friend gave me a gift certificate . I was happily surprised and have been coming here ever since. My technician Erika is very professional. I love her work, but it is more than that. The staff is very nice and you even get coffee or wine when you come in for service. I never have to wait and they are very accommodating to my schedule. A must try..5 Stars for overall cleanliness and service as well. Happy Customer

Came in for a pedicure without appointment. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. Is not the typical loud salon you can actually sit back relax and enjoy a relaxing pedicure. Great job!!! Will be back soon.

I have been going to this place for years now, and have referred countless people over. The employees are always speaking trash about the managers and how they are treated unfairly. I didn’t believe it until I actually found out that the owners were paying an employee below the actual “fair” value for a manicurist and when addressed the way that they resolved the issue was the fire this employee who is a single mother. I will be reporting this company to the small buisness bureau and will make sure to launch and investigation. Not only is this extremely discriminatory but in no way ethical.

STILL A 5 STAR REVIEW. Ive been going here for a few years. I have yet to be disappointed. A hiccup here and there will not stop me from making this my one and only nail salon. Sonia is my #1 nail tech but I also like Erika and Reina. There isnt that chatter that happens at other nail salons. This is a friendly but professional place. Clean and orderly. This is not a cheap nail place but theyll cater to you and do a great job.

I give this place one star because most staff, in general are nice. The owner Colombian lady lacks manners & customer service and unfortunately she is always there. There is not much variety of colors. The work done is ok not great. & for what they offer they are over priced. You can definitely get a better job & experience elsewhere for same price.

Great spot to be pampered, even for a man. Ive had a manicure here when I need to get presentable, and get so relaxed I fall asleep! Same thing with a pedicure; its a perfect way to recover after a week of work boots. Today I also recieved a massage (in the same room they use for waxing and eyebrow work) The ladies who work here have magic hands. They also offer wine or coffee while youre getting treated.

This place is ok. They are nice but dont expect to receive the best manicure and pedicure around. It is average.

After reading reviews I decided to give this place a try. Nails were done well but I was harassed by one of the nail techs who I have never even seen in my life for the entire time I was there. She was mad because I kept my purse on me. Not sure why she got so mad. If I want to keep my crossbody on me, it is my right to. Spoke to the owner she said she would take care of it. I called today to make an appointment and the owner remembered me and told me that she’s never had any issues with the hostile tech and that the tech doesn’t even remember me or saying anything to me. I feel customers should be valued more. I had spoken to her about other services I wanted to try but after careful consideration, I prefer to spend my money in a place where I will be valued as a customer and feel comfortable. I paid $80 for my daughter and I to get a regular mani-pedi and I was feeling uncomfortable and insulted the whole entire time. Sad that a place with potential can be tainted by one lousy employee.

Cut my hair and my blow dry. I liked the stylist, Awilda. She was very polite and helpful. Did exactly what I wanted and came out. Highly recommend the place and the stylist.

This place is amazing! Ive been coming here for a little over a year. My 6 year old and I come every other week. Shes treated next door like a princess while they take care of me. I get my nails done with Yudith, shes amazing and takes her time. Awilda does my wash and blow dry and never fails me! At times we do hair and nails at the same time which saves time. I have never left disappointed. I recommend this salon to everyone. Friendly and family like environment. I drive 20 Minutes every other week and its all worth it. I love coming here to do my hair with Awilda! Ive done my ombré here and Ive also completely changed my hair. I used to have long dark brown hair and now I have short blond hair with highlights. She completely transformed the way my hair looked and the way I looked. I cannot recommend her enough. Shes also completely understanding to your needs. For my graduation she did my hair and let me go home with the pins in it so that I would still have curls in the morning. Shes totally awesome!

I have been doing my hair (keratin, color and cut) with Awilda for a couple of years and she is the BEST!! I would not do my hair with anyone else. All my friends come to her and love her. I also do pedicure and manicure with Yamila and honestly she is the best I have ever had. Highly recommend them!

I typically dont RATE any retail or place of service with such low stars. but this is only based on the customer service. Im actually disgusted to say the least the owners of this facility basically harassed me before I even attempted to see what this shop was. the owners husband a short colombian man was eyeing down my vehicle back and forth for no reason, I was so confused because I thought he knew me. I was about to ask him sir can I help you ? after 5 minutes of eyeing me and my car down back and forth in a parking lot. he later went inside of the nail shop and got his wife and started pointing at my vehicle I was so confused. Ive never seen these people in my life. my friend told me the owners were colombian and she also told me that was them, I felt so harassed. the owner also looked confused, but her fresh husband was in other words suspicious of my vehicle I have no idea why. when the parking lot was full of cars. Im still confused and will not be returning to that facility ever again. Spanish people will always be disgusting and rude . I feel discriminated to say the least . I would report them to the job breau for discrimination. but i just wanted to let the public know how you should pass on this salon.Theres other more welcoming facilities who wont be pointing at my vehicle and talking trash. I have been a client of the salon for approximately 6 months. I only go for Yuvia as she is a very kind and professional person. On a previous occasion I called to see if I could go without an appointment and the owner told me if he could attend me. When I arrived he blatantly told me that he did not have space. Although it seemed wrong to me, I let it pass and left.On this occasion, I had an appointment 2 weeks ago to live the experience of MOMMY AND ME with my 7-year-old daughter. In the morning I called to confirm and so far everything was fine.When I was on my way to the living room they called me again to confirm and I said yes for my daughter and me to which the lady replied that it could not because they already had a party of 4 girls. I explained the situation to her and she told me to go talk to her husband who was the one who gave me the appointment.Upon reaching the room, the very shameless and abrupt response of the man was ... I CANT DO ANYTHING. After telling them what I thought, they treated us very reluctantly. As always, Yuvia did my nails perfectly. My daughter had them done by someone else, who took the manicure exactly 4 minutes, neither filed them, much less cleaned them. At the pedicure lets say you tried a little harder and took 7 minutes.STAY AWAY from this room if you are looking for serious people and good attention from the owners since unfortunately the room has good people working there but the administration is really BAD, the owner and his wife are rude, rude, unpleasant and what less They are interested in treating their customers well.

I really like the cleanliness of the place, and the tranquility. The products are top notch. I wanted to highlight in particular the work so good that Mrs. SONIA performs a 100% professional manicurist who has been working with her for over a year. I recommend it.I just wish there was water for customers to drink and not have to pay two dollars a bottle.For everything else excellent

The first time I went to get a pedicure and the lady who treated me very nice and did a great job, but the second time I went was only to comb my hair for a wedding, I have very thin hair and the girl I did not notice my type of hair I think ... because I made some rolls and put a lot of hairspray before putting the iron, it came out a lot of smoke but I thought it was normal, the next day when I bathed I could not believe!!!! where I did the rolls I got my hair blackened, I went to complain and the owners husband (who does not know where he is standing) refused to repair the damage, then the girl arrived and told me in my face that I brought the hair when I first arrived. All this after 4 days that the famous husband made the appointment made me wait for him to end up treating me badly and raising my voice. I really do not recommend anyone to go, I think that nobody would like to have his hair burned and that in his face they tell you that it is not true. The worst service ever seen in all of Miami! The one that burned my hair is called Awilda del Carmen Peralta with a CL1245328 license, the last straw!
