Love it, Ive only gone twice but Jenny is amazing, she does my nails beautiful and I love, love Yodalys she is so funny and full of energy. The owner is a Sweetheart l, the decor is absolutely adorable. Love going there to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

Each time Ive gone has been a pleasant experience. The prices are very affordable, the work is of great quality and everyone is very polite and professional. The place is also super cute.

I used to come here to get my nails done, but my god their customer service is terrible and when I tried to call and make an appointment the receptionist was extremely rude. I asked if there was anyone who could do a gel extension and the one person she mentioned, Yodalys, I remember going to her and she 1. couldnt do a simple design I had shown her bc it was too complicated and 2. she completely destroyed my nails to the point where my cuticles were bleeding and I was in noticeable pain. Never going back

Best mani and pedi EVER! Jasmine has amazing hands. This place is perfect, atmosphere, hygiene, service! I will definitely be going back. Only down side is its very hard to reach someone for an appointment! Other than that it is great!

Amazing service at Nails and Wine, I love the atmosphere. All the nail techs are very talented, I do my nails with Danys. She is very detailed and listens to what you want. My gel manicure lasts the full two weeks until my next appt, and I’m sure I could go another week with the same gel manicure but I love to change my color every two weeks. I would recommend this place with my eyes closed .

This place should really have 5 stars. it is the cutest nail place. they offer complimentary coffee or wine... your choice! i have gone three times in the past two months and my experience has been great all three times. I personally recommend Jasmin, she does an amazing job, but i have seen the other manicurists work and it looks good too. a nice perk is you can text to make an appointment, and you definitely should, its always busy here!

Jackie did a great job on the manicure! Well filed nails, cuticles just right, and perfect polish (I never say perfect, not even with my go to nail tech) just found a new spot! Highly suggest. That said, appointment only, or highly suggested, even with multiple nail techs on site, I only got lucky as a walk-in since someone cancelled

I went for the first time about a month or two ago and I absolutely loved it! The service was so great and quick that I decided to book an appointment again. I called once, no answer. Twice, nothing. Third time again. How do you expect someone to come back if no one answers the phone?

If it can be 0- it would be! So I came to this salon because I followed my nail tech there. At first enjoyed the atmosphere and service. I only experienced service with my nail tech but with time began to feel the demeanor of the people around- negative! The receptionist is rude and honestly- dont know what she thinks- shes not the manager but wishes to act like one. She seems sneaky and inexperienced. No real customer service skills. The owner is never there and when there treats her employees with little respect. She doesnt demonstrate professionalism. I began to notice my tech didnt have available appointments for me according to the receptionist and I always made appointments ahead of time? Strange? Well now my nail tech left and I followed her agin- realizing the receptionist refused to make my appointments. She was slowly eliminating her clientele. For 2 months I visited another place but am happy to be reunited with my nail tech. Many great techs have left and its perfectly obvious.

Nails and Wine is awesome! This is where I go get my nails done most of the time. I am always happy with the result and the experience there. However, the receptionist or whoever is in charge of responding to phone calls/text messages is horrible. It takes me at least a few days to make an appointment because of the lack of communication...and forget about calling because no one will answer. Other than that, its hands down my favorite place to go get my nails done!

Ive gotten attended once there. Great service with the nail technician. HOWEVER, the receptionist at this place is extremely rude and inconsiderate! I call/text to try to schedule appointments. She claims she never has available on the weekend, which is the only time I can due to work. One Saturday, I decided to try to get in as a walk in and couldnt get seen. I was very understanding and simply made an appointment. She scheduled me for Monday, which they are NOT even open. I texted her to see if it was a mistake and was completely ignored. The receptionist has seen that I am trying. Very inconsiderate! I love this place because its very close to where I live and the service I received was great! However, I will not be returning due to horrible service I have received. I cant even schedule an appointment. Good luck to everyone!

I have been going to nails an wine for years now! Whenever I try going somewhere else I end up right back to nails and wine! Jessica and Jaky are awesome! I highly recommend for those who have not been.

As a long term client i have adjusted to the rapid growth of the buissness and make my appt. with plenty of time ahead. The service is quick and at a decent price. Went today for the first time. The tech did a great job with my gel mani/pedi. They have a great selection of polishes. Only downfall is parking lot is always full and there are no massage chairs for pedis. But they have great prices. Will be returning.

I don’t know why on their website says that they do acrylics when they don’t and also their staff is very mean and the lady doing my nails was actually making fun of me because she thought I didn’t understand her but I actually understood everything she said.

Horrible service. I walked in and there were 2 women at the front. 1 was sitting there doing nothing and the other on the phone. The one on the phone was rude. Very unwelcoming. Didn’t really seem interested in answering my questions. It was like pulling teeth. Furthermore what kind of business doesn’t provide a list of services where customers can see or at least take with them.I went back and asked for her name. Nicole get your life together. Maybe if I wasn’t black you’d be more helpful I don’t know but your service was horrible. If the manager is reading this please get her off the front desk before you loose any more potential customers. Her attitude was nasty . And she seemed more concerned with her cell than helping people.

Tried to get my wife an appointment and they requested you text them for an appointment. Once they replied they kept insisting on getting every single detail of what my wife wanted done. At the rate they were going with the questions I felt they were going to ask me for her social security number next. Wouldnt it be so much easier to just accept an appointment over the phone or even call back when an appointment is requested over phone. It seems to be these people do not want more business. So three days later Im still waiting on a reply. I guess I shouldnt hold my breath. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and find some other salon that can answer the phone and actually give some decent customer service.

Customer service is significantly lacking. They rarely respond to questions regarding appointments and when they do its usually 2-3 days after. For some reason, all of better/preferred techs are always completely booked even when you try to book 4 weeks in advanced- I find it hard to believe that there is not a single opening available. Some of the nail techs are rude and unprofessional - eating in the area, gossiping, attitude. I wouldnt equate the smell of onions and discussions of everyones private life with a relaxing time. Side note: Ive been here about 10x and have only been ofeered wine 2x - odd. Unfortunately, this is really not a place of quality as they like to claim - going elsewhere.

This is the worst place you can ever go... Lets start by they never respond to your texts for appointments, when you try to call ahead of time to make one they always seem to be full... Once you get a chance to go super rude front desk.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
