Thank you for you prompt response. I looked at the opening hours and it said until 5:30 pm. I arrived at 4:59 and that is why it caught my attention and they said that the girls needs to clean the salon. It is not seen anywhere that the walk ins are received until 4:30 pm.Your service has always been excellent, I have no doubt about that.If I can pass by tomorrow early in the morning I would really appreciate it.

I came to this place at 9 AM and I waited till 2 PM only for when it was time to do my nails, they went to lunch and someone called right there and then for dip and they waiting the whole lunch period till the dip came and left me to wait more hours. This place is extremely unprofessional. If I would’ve known I had to do dip or acrylics to skip everyone I would’ve done it. Very unfair for the people that actually wait. And they don’t care either. They look at you and keep walking like they don’t care about your time or how long you’ve been sitting there.

I did my nails with Dali and I have to say everything on my nails were spot on perfect!! Definitely going there again 💛

I’ve been coming here for a long time and before when they did only gel and regular it was GREAT but now there are so many services that require appointments. The only thing that sucks is that they do not accept appointments to be made for the gel mani pedi and it’s only walk ins. There are only 4 techs working and every hour there is a new appointment. The group of people waiting for basic gel end up in the back burner waiting for over 4 hours to be attended. Honestly ridiculous. The price is not worth my time. I suggest they get appointments for everything instead of wasting people’s time.

I had been following their page and I wanted to go but I was scared due to the Covid virus. I went today and I am so glad I did. I went at 8:30 am. I was the first client. Leyanis was my nail tech. Everything is very clean they checked my temperature when I walked in and told me to wash my hands. I requested a Yin and Yang nail art and they did beautifully. I highly recommend them.Thank you!

The owners have to know who they hire, I would say that it is the worst customer service I have received in recent times, owners know that there is a lot of competition do not accommodate a mediocre staff who does not even know how to make an appointment, my 13-year-old niece Years I would do better, Im talking about the hialeah salon, I made my appointment, when I arrived they told me that they did not know anything and that no one could attend to me, leaving I called the coral gables salon where a girl kindly attended me and gave me a second appointment helping me to solve the problem, that unfortunate and bad time passes, especially not wasted time.

For someone who likes to do their nails every 2 weeks the price is amazing and quality is great! I have no complaints, I never have to wait when I walk in and if I do it’s not more than 15 minutes. The staff at the Hialeah location are always very welcoming and during my time there they make me laugh and feel relaxed. The location is very well organized and staffed appropriately.

Love coming here! They have renovated the place and everything is new. My nails have lasted more than 3 weeks and the quality is amazing. Love the service and the girls that work there. Great quality and the price is even better.

I love this place especially the Hialeah location!! I’ve been coming here for years because of the amazing $25 deal that you seriously can’t get anywhere else. All the girls are so nice but my absolute favorite tech is Liudmula. She kills it every time and is so sweet. She’s so patient and always takes her time to make my nails look perfect 💅🏼❤️ I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I used to do my nails only for special occasions but when I found this place I was so excited. A friend told me about it and I could not believe how affordable it was. You are getting quality for a great price. Now i go every two weeks to get my nails done. Sometimes I even do my hair which is convenient. Definitely recommend

During this time, youd expect to at least have hand sanitizer at the door or mask required but no. I didnt even feel comfortable staying in the place knowing theres a pandemic and the staff had no regard for its customers. Everyone please be safe and go somewhere more equipped to serve you during this pandemic.

I usually attend the coral gables location. It was my first time attending this location and I had a bad experience all ready. I was waiting in here for 15 minutes and they had two clients come in sayin that they picked a number and left and since there number was already called they wanted to skip everybody so they could be attended. And that is not fair at all because the rule is to pick a number and wait until your number is called, not to pick up a number and leave and come back later. Because there are people that sit in the salon and wait. At least say something to the manger but they don’t even do that. And I totally understand the manger is trying to her job but it’s not fair for the rest of the people. Definitely a sign needs to be placed that says please be advised once you leave and your number is called you will have to get a new number and wait

Emma did a great job. With my nails and with customer service. She Made great conversation. I Told her about my Halloween costume and without even thinking twice went out of her way to bring me something after her shift was over in order to help bring the costume together. Made my experience all the better. Plus you can’t beat the price.

Yubi was great! I always go to this salon because the price and the service. All the girls are super special, they give great customer service and bring fun to the clientele. They even gave us a glass of wine. I went with other friends, and we all had so much fun! Definitely, I’m going back.

Never have I ever witnessed such a lack of consideration for the people waiting for their turn. I get that the service is cheap and we wait for the service but when I wait for over two hours and two of the workers take lunch for over an hour then I have a serious problem with that. Then, when it is finally my turn you somehow have run out of the color I wanted. They never have a good color choice. The girls on this particular day were all in a terrible mood. I would much rather pay double for a place that has the colors I want, the people seem like they definitely want to work, and I do not have to wait. Thanks but no thanks!

WHICH IS WHY MY SON WAS WITH ME SPENDING TIME. SO PLEASE NEVER TELL A SINGLE HEALTHCARE MOTHER SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON.. Visited for the first time today because my daughter went a few weeks ago and said they were cheap and good. So she made appts for both of us this morning. When she was there last she asked if it would be a problem if my 6 year old son would go. The lady who helped her said absolutely not a problem. Showed up today at our scheduled appt. We all walked in the ladies asked if we had an appt we said yes at 10am they asked to please sit and wait. Mind you they ALL saw my son walk in with us. We went to sit and were attacked by some employee who was outside on the phone when we walked inside. She asked if we had appts VERY rudely I explained we did and had already told the ladies we did. She said well he cant be here so go wait outside. I explained that we were told to sit and wait and she said well your son cannot be here. I told her really because you have about 10 signs in the salon saying kids need to wait in the waiting area and she said well those are old and are not true anymore. So I told her we both had appts at the same time and she still insisted he waited outside. I told her it was too hot and still said he couldnt be there. My son was not talking or misbehaving. He had his nose in his phone minding his own business. I understand there is a virus however at no time were salons told kids could not be in them and YES he had a mask on. She was very rude and unprofessional but thankful she was because we found another place alot nicer and willing to allow my son to sit on his phone away from everyone. Some people are single moms with nowhere to leave a child. And a child who knows how to behave. Glad I didnt stay definitely lost a weekly client. Spent over $100 at the other salon did our hairs and all.

I called to make an appointment and the woman hung up on me because I didnt speak Spanish ! Will never call back and will never go into that place. Very rude and unacceptable for a business !

Although this place does a good job with their nails for a low price, their hours aren’t clearly stated. My cousin and I have tried to come to this location on multiple occasions and have been turned away well before 6pm. If you’re going to stop accepting customers after 4:30pm then don’t advertise that you’re open until 6pm. Utterly ridiculous. Forever Young Hialeah has lost our business.

I love Forever Young Spa! I’ve gone multiple times to do gel mani and a regular pedi for $25. It’s very cost efficient, cute, and clean! Today for the first time I did acrylics with Adriana and she gave me great service. She made them very thin and even. I would recommend everyone to go!

The only reason I come to this nail salon is for their mani/pedi prices. You cannot beat those prices anywhere. In general you will wait 2+ hours before getting started on your nails. It’s very noisy, the number ticket system is dated and the employees stop seating “waiting” customers between 4-5pm because at 5pm the second shift starts. AVOID being there at that time, your wait time will increase. To avoid the wait time, I HIGHLY recommend arriving before or right as they open.

Really disappointed with the owner of this establishment. I have been a loyal customer for a long period of time and I recently decided to try their other services and put on lashes. The glue was so cheap they fell off by the moment I got into the car (WITHOUT ME TOUCHING THEM) !!! when i called the salon to informed them they offered to do them again however refused to provide a credit towards other services. Why would I want to re-do lashes with poorly made material? So my natural lashes could fall off too? No thanks! The owner said she refused to provide any other service so I basically lost my money.. bad customer service, low morals... Definitely NEVER going back.

The worst service Ive had in my life, nobody raised his head to say good morning and explain that they work by numbers, supposedly they don’t give appointment for regular nails and gel, while I was waiting there was no place to sit, I saw how the manicure took out the numbers from their pockets to sit their clients and passed them over the line, when I arrived there was in number 60 and 2 hours later they were in the same number, I recommend that if you do not want to spend a whole day there then go to another place, I talked twice with the supervisor and she gave me silly excuses that made me feel even more angry and frustrated finally I went home without a service, I have gone to many beauty salons in Miami but never like that one, if you can not respect the numbers don’t say that it is without appointment, simply make an appointment because the customer is the one that needs good service and so I don’t think they can give it

I drive from Broward because it’s worth the time and there’s no other place in town that will provide excellent service at a great price for gel mani and pedi. They offer a variety of treatments which I can’t wait to try. Overall, give their service 5 stars ⭐️

My wife recently made a visit to this location and she claims it to have the worst customer service she has ever had an encounter with the management believes that cheaper prices equates poor customer service and we should absolutely send a message that mentality ought not be tolerated whenever the public trust and integrity is linked to a dollar amount then they have missed the mark this by far is the worse review I have ever given, I hope they wake up before its too late every customer is as important as the next and should be treated with the utmost respect. Management and ownership should take notice.

There work is good but the staff is not friendly. The closing hours is six on Saturday and if you arrive at 5:00 the door is lack or they will advice that they are close even though is 5:00 pm.

I will never go again. They take forever because the employees are always on their phone . They have no type of hygiene they go from one client to the next with the same stuff all they do is spray it one time with alcohol (sometimes) . I got something on my toe nail because the last time I went . I do not recommend this place at all the price is not worth the risk .

Best nail salon in town!!! I’ve been coming here since Blanky opened the Hialeah location and I’ve never gone anywhere since!!! Leyanis (aka España) is THE BEST!!! She’s a perfectionist and pays very close attention to detail. She is constantly reassuring if you are satisfied with the work or not which not a lot of nail techs do. I can honestly say she genuinely cares about what she does and strives for perfection every single time.

I’ve been coming to the Hialeah location for some time now and usually come early in the week and in the day so that I’m not waiting too long. I always use the OPI colors because I find they last the longest on my nails. I’ve done my nails with Riselda on several occasions and absolutely love her work!!! She’s very sweet, professional, and fairly quick. I would definitely come back and would recommend to a friend. Also, you can’t beat a gel mani and regular pedicure for only $25!

I have come several times and I like how they work however, if you value your time, I do not recommend that you consider it as an option. I have never waited less than 4 hours to be seen, I have tried it several times and it does not seem worth it.

The lounge is very good, the people who work there treat you very well and their service is of a very good quality. I went and I had a facial with Tatiana Fernández, and it was excellent. I highly recommend it.
