Yino, owner, was under the impression I had not paid for services and owed him money on another property he did work for. After clarifying toHim multiple times, He continued to call everyday, over 10x a day. Then he showed up at my house in a threatening manner (knowing there was small children in the house) and refused to leave. I had to call the police.There is something wrong with him and highly recommend not doing business with a person like this.

All though my washing machine was beyond repair; Albert was awesome and honest, he answered all my questions and gave me the best advice. Also refunded my money for the part that was ordered and didn’t fix the problem. Without a doubt, Yino services is the company to use when you have a problem with your home appliances. 5 star service.

Called here becuase of the great reviews and didnt dissappoint. Alberto was on time, fast and most important of all HONEST! Turns out my dryer had nothing serious it was just the way the tenants were using it. Appreciate to find honest people in 2020. I had a problem with an old washing machine few days ago because the old repair technician who came before didnt do a decent job and it didnt last very long till I had to call someone else. So I searched on google for some local appliance repair companies around my area and I found Yino Services & Repair. I called them the same day and the technician came few hours later to fix the problem. He finished fast and the price was reasonable, he also gave me some advice on the washer if future issues would occur. I felt satisfied with my service and the washer is working good. I would recommend to give them a call.

Ive used Yino Services for five years to repair my washer and dryer, refrigerator, and a/c units.Not only are they prompt and professional, but their knowledge of each appliance is impressive. Its especially helpful that I only have to call one company and they are skilled at solving each problem successfully and most importantly, usually the same day. They seem to almost always have every part needed right on their truck.I decided to write a review today because I called early this morning for a service call. After explaining to Yino what was happening, he instructed me over the phone about what to do myself in order to correct the problem. And it worked! I called a few months ago because an older oven in the property I purchased quit. I thought for sure I was doomed to buy a new one, something that was not yet in my plans or budget. Called this morning at 9:30 and Yino was at my business within the hour. The tech determined the issue within 15 minutes and a couple of hours later my refrigerator was working like the day we purchased it. Great Service and very reasonable price!!! Saved me from buying a new refrigerator. I would strongly recommend them.

I want to recommend this company! My refrigerator broke down, they came to my home same day I called, ordered the part and 2 days later it was up and running. They are responsible and very courteous, I was very pleased with the service.

Quick to respond to the call and quicker to come to the site and “analyze” the problem perhaps because of a service fee...($70) He’s smooth enough to fill your ignorant head with a story you cant relate to when it comes to your appliance.. Refrigerator in my case... nice person but I keep getting the, I can’t cause of a certain part isn’t “available now n days” and he continues to promise a call back, For more then 2 months now. Mind you the times I call him for an update this individual doesn’t even remember me and once reminded he needs to dig deep in his notes and even then doesn’t ever call back. Perhaps a quick fix, he “might” be capable. But for a more serious issue skip this guy and his service fee and call a real professional or buy yourself a new appliance. Lol Hence, don’t wait or waste your time on this guy.

Arrived in Miami early this year and Alberto from Yino services has been great in helping me since then with several issues in my house (ice-maker in fridge, insinkerator etc.). Hes very response, quickly available and know his stuff. I really recommend him for any appliance problems you may have!

I took off from work to meet this unorganized company who forgot about our scheduled appointment which was confirmed by text by the number listed on google for yino services. He would then offer no accommodations for rescheduling around my work schedule. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not care about his customers. The saddest part is he shows no remorse for double booking and could not care about the damage his actions caused me. I would recomend people use a more reliable service company.

Horrible experience came and charged me 69$ dollars to check the appliance out as a flat starting fee and he said that if I decided to fix with him the 69$ will go into the service price. So he checked the washer and it was good working order and my dryer and he said I needed a new outlet before he can check the dryer. Later my wife decided to run the washer and had the same exact issue I complained from the beginning, so I call him to ask whats going on with my dryer and he said if I buy the part he will only charge 87$ so I asked him I only have to pay the difference since I already paid the flat service fee? He said no he had the charge again and starting become very aggravating with me highly unprofessional and basically telling me to go to hell if I dont pay his service charge.Ladies and gentlemen please dont contact this man if you want someone professional working on your appliances

The heater elements burnt out in my Kenmore freezer/fridge causing the defrost cycle to malfunction. Called Yino to repair the issue, which they did - but the $280.00 repair bill seemed a bit excessive. They were professional, but I would suggest you call around to price the repair. The service call fee makes pricing repairs after the fact a moot point.
