Had a wonderful dip manicure and gel pedicure on Saturday. Tina did an exceptional job and was courteous, clean, and attentive. The best pedicure I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back!

I love not having to wait. My husband and I come together, they get us right in on our appointed time. Everything is very clean and hygienic. Everyone is very professional. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

The WORST experience I have EVER HAD at a nail salon in Hendersonville. My $70 nails, which didn’t even include a manicure we’re fading less than 3 days after getting them done with no sun exposure . When I went in & asked if they would fix them the lady was extremely rude & would not fix without a receipt & was unwilling to look up my payment or appointment that was made. She accused me of not even getting them done at her salon, which was false. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I will NEVER go back nor would I suggest anyone go here. It is a COMPLETE waste of money. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Would love to experience the service and leave a better review, but their scheduling system is archaic. You make an appt. online, but that is only a request—not a confirmed appointment. You should receive a text with the confirmation, but we did not receive the text, so there was no way for us to know in advance that our appointment time was not confirmed when we arrived. Just make things easy for your customers.*response to owner* (note that it deleted their response when I edited the review):Yes, you see that there is again more conflicting information. Your reply to my first comment says that appointments must be made 2 hours ahead of schedule AND 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Which is it? And that’s not even the problem… we made our appointment 2 hours in advance, yet we didn’t receive a confirmation text like your response and website says. This isn’t going well for you… just make it clear for your customers please. This isn’t meant to be harsh for your business; it’s meant to be helpful feedback so you can improve in areas where you might need it.

Pedicure with Gel. Had Kenny. He was good and I really liked it. They are really nice and eager to please everyone. I am going to give them another try next pedicure and get them to do my nails. Im a little picky about my nails....so well see how that goes. Def recommend pedicure!

I had a great experience at Envy! I made an appointment same day for 4:30pm and did not have to wait at all. It is so beautiful and clean inside. Very reasonable prices. I will be back and highly recommend!

Work was very good but the prices are exorbitant!! DontPersonally need waterfalls andChandeliers..just a fill and pedicure at a FAIR price!

My daughter and I had appointments at 4:00. They didn’t start my services until 4:35 and didn’t start my daughters until 5:00. They do really nice work but are getting busier and seems like they need more employees. Also they have increased prices but the sheets still have old prices listed. Was a little shocked.

The Spa is clean and beautiful. However, it’s very pricey. They didn’t explain the extra charge for an actual manicure. I overheard the explanation to another customer. I’ve never been charged for each step in a basic manicure. There is a separate charge to clean your cuticle and cut the nail. My dip was okay, but my nails are sore. The staff was friendly, but this was my first and last visit.

I am super picky about my nails and for a very long time I have not found a place I would go to more than once.. most places have reviews about one certain mail tech doing a good job.. I have been here twice now two separate nail techs and both of them have been super amazing I have no complaints at all.. I love this place and will continue my business here. The facility is super clean and very pretty inside and the techs are very nice and friendly..

I came in because the place I went to before did not do a good job on the design I wanted and Envy fixed it no problem and they look amazing, I’m so happy with them!! :)

I went to this place my son and daughter getting a pedicure. They were unprofessional they let my son set in the chair for about 10 minutes and then did not give him more hot water. Then staff got into an argument in front of customers and that was a whole another story. They need to tell you how much things are going to be upfront instead of giving a price on the back end like they done my daughter for her nails. I would not recommend this salon. Hendersonville has great service just not this location.

Made an appointment and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes later. Felt like entire service was lackluster. The best part of getting mani/pedi is the massage. This was basically non-existent only lasting a couple minutes, like someone just spreading lotion. Also, when using the pumice scrubber he went WAY too hard almost to the point of making me bleed and now I have red scratches on the side of my foot and heel that hurt when I wear shoes. I didn’t even have my forearms touched during manicure. I also didn’t feel comfortable that there were some customers in the salon that weren’t wearing masks. I’ve been to other salons with much better service and a safer environment so I won’t be back.

I came to Envy nail and spa for the first time last week, and Tony did an amazing job on the dip and manicure. I came back today for a pedicure and it was great. Unlike a lot of other nail salons they take their time and provide high quality services. Their salon is very clean and pretty!

Today we had an appointment for a bachelorette group before our trip. Envy nail was so accommodating of us! They booked us exclusive time, had wine & snacks for us. Not to mention our nails look amazing! Very friendly staff & clean, modern salon. We will be back for our wedding nails! Thank y’all so much for making our girls day so great!
