I received a phone call from an insurance representative named Dan Smith with State Farm Insurance asking me if Im interested in getting a Homeowners and Car Insurance and what is the best time to talk. So I told him to e-mail me a quote for both and I will look it over. After a few weeks, I called him and query about the quotes. He patiently went over the policies. I called him again a few more times and get more personalized quotes best to my needs and he emailed me for updates to look over again. I switched from USAA to Andrew Felder State Farm several years ago for my home and auto insurance. I have also since opened investment accounts with State Farm. Andrew is awesome an will work his tale off for you. I asked him a ton of questions about my coverage/investment options and he knew his stuff. He always answers the phone or calls you back promptly (huge for me) when needed. Andrew is also a supporter of several community programs in Hendersonville and is a all around great family man.
