I have been trying to get paid for a claim for one of Johns insured that ran into my mailbox. I dont have time to chase $350 bucks. I care about people and if you ask the lady who was in the accident she will tell you that her Dr. told her that if I had allowed her to walk home and not driven her home she likely would have been paralyzed as she had fractured her back after hitting the ditch in her car after hitting my mail box. I think I have shown more concern for your customer than your office has. Why your office cant even respond to me is unconscionable. Can you please do the right thing and get back to me. I am e-mailing you again tonight. I dont want to have to escalate this to the state and federal agencies that are responsible for protecting consumers from big insurers like yourselves. Neither of us have the time sir.
